11 Insane Things Cursor’s NEW GrokBot Can Do

This right here is my AI agent team.

Grokbot lets you build an entire team of AI agents that work for you 24/7, and it is the fastest growing agent tool on the market. And I've spent the last week

market. And I've spent the last week using it across my business, and it is the closest I've felt to managing a real team of AI agents in an interface that makes sense. And so there's a lot of

makes sense. And so there's a lot of hype going around about this tool. So in

this video, I want to get incredibly practical. I'm going to show you the

practical. I'm going to show you the real ways that I use Grokbot that help me with growing my business and my following to over 2 million followers across social media platforms. And I'm

going to show you exactly how to set it up so that you can use Grokbot to be more productive. Okay, so this right

more productive. Okay, so this right here is Grokbot. This is a desktop app called Grokbot, and this was an app built by Cursor. Of course, Cursor was

acquired by SpaceX. Now it is SpaceX platform Grokbot. And as you can see

platform Grokbot. And as you can see here, I have I'm using this Grokbot called Grokbot, but then I have a team

of Grokbot agents or bots that solve a specific function for me or my business.

And so before we dive into the 11 tips for using Grokbot, I do want to explain the basics of Grokbot first. Grokbot can

be simply explained as a personal team of AI agents each with their own little computer. Right now, I am using the

computer. Right now, I am using the Grokbot agent, which is an agent that I created, and I'll explain what this Grokbot agent does in just a little bit.

As you can see here, it has a chat session where I can chat with Grokbot. I

can say something like hi.

And Grokbot has its own little identity.

It's this gray little blob.

We also can use skills. So just like Codex or Claude, you can use these skills. Here is a skill that I created

skills. Here is a skill that I created called financial insights. All of these skills can be used by all of these agents.

You don't just have certain skills for one agent. All of these agents share all

one agent. All of these agents share all of the skills. The same with plugins. I

can add a plugin to Grok bot, the agent, right? I could add Intercom. And if I

right? I could add Intercom. And if I were to add the Intercom plugin or Gmail plugin or calendar plugin, all of the agents would also have that plugin.

And so, the only thing that makes these different is each of these agents operate in their own session.

And if you click on Grok bot, you can see that it has a name, a title, and a description. And so, this description

description. And so, this description describes how this agent should behave.

And just as a really quick example, this right here is my partnership bot. We

have the chat session with the partnership bot. If I click on

partnership bot. If I click on partnership bot at the top, it reveals the settings specific for this bot. If I

click on this, I can change what it looks like. I can change the name, the

looks like. I can change the name, the title, and the description. The agent

reads the description every time it runs, so it kind of is reminded of what it does. If I hit this back button, I

it does. If I hit this back button, I can see the computer that this agent has access to. I can fully control this

access to. I can fully control this computer, as you can see here. It's

running in the cloud. I can control it, but the agent can also control it. And

that's the most important part. And

then, as we'll get to later, we have our routines. And this is what triggers the

routines. And this is what triggers the agent to work 24/7. And so, now that you understand the basics of Grok bot, that brings me to Grok bot tip number one,

which is to have a monitor the situation bot. So, here is my MTS bot. And like

bot. So, here is my MTS bot. And like

all of the best bots that I've seen that people have created in Grok bot, it is incredibly simple and incredibly useful.

You don't want to create these really complex workflows. You want to create

complex workflows. You want to create simple, yet really useful agents. So,

this bot is incredibly simple. What this

bot's job is to do is to monitor all of the important situations. So, every 5 minutes this bot on weekdays will wake

up and it will monitor all of the active situations. As you can see here, here

situations. As you can see here, here are the three active situations that it's monitoring. For instance, I could

it's monitoring. For instance, I could say, "Please add the Grok Bot full guide video to our active situations, please."

And what this will do is this will update this list of situations that this bot is always monitoring. The point of this bot is to monitor Slack, monitor

email, and monitor any other calendar or any other things that it has access to, and it's supposed to look for updates on these active situations. And so, these

actually aren't the real situations I have it monitor. Those are in my actual MTS agent. I just can't show it because

MTS agent. I just can't show it because all of it is very sensitive to my business. It's data I don't want to put

business. It's data I don't want to put out in the public. But as you can see here, now this is the list that the agent will check every single time this

runs. So, every 5 minutes on weekdays,

runs. So, every 5 minutes on weekdays, this agent will run. It'll check email, Slack, calendar, everything. Look for

updates on anything that has to do here.

And what I'm going to do is I'm going to say, "Please simulate a change to the Grok Bot full guide, and please give me you pretend the latest up update just came

in now, and then run your workflow."

I'm just doing this to show you what would happen if every 5 minutes it goes off and it realizes that there's an update to the Grok Bot video, it would just give me an update message, and I

would get this notification not only on the desktop, but also on the mobile app.

So, these are things that I think are really important. And one thing I

really important. And one thing I included in this skill is that it says situation Grok bot full guide video here's the update. John just left his learn 99% of Grok bot in 40 minutes

video in the database. This is all real by the way. 17 ways to use Grok bot is sitting next to it three blah blah blah blah blah blah. So it gave an update here on that video. And then it lists

them all out here. If the situation update is about the Grok bot full guide, I have it marked as white. So I can immediately check this MTS bot, see which situation it's talking about, as

well as see all of the different situations that we have going on, and I just get the updates. And then when something is no longer a situation, I

can say, "Okay, I'm done with Grok bot."

We've completed it. And so then it will simply remove this from the situations that it's monitoring, and then it will only check on these three things. And so

you can see here it says updated routine and off the list. And then every single time it responds, or at least in every turn, it shows me the full list of situations that it's going to continue monitoring. All right, for the second

monitoring. All right, for the second tip that I have for using Grok effectively is to have a developer bot that is connected to cursor. You see,

Grok bot is meant to be a general agent platform, meaning to be used for knowledge work tasks, kind of like GPT work. However, you can actually connect

work. However, you can actually connect to this to cursor. And it's really easy to connect because you actually sign in with the same account that you use to set up cursor. And once you set up

cursor, you can do something like this.

Hey, the landing page we are working on the other day, I need you to redesign it. I want you to design it in the same

it. I want you to design it in the same style as Grok, like XAI's Grok, and try it with that simple black and white style, please. Create a new version of

style, please. Create a new version of that of the agent native site, and then take screenshots of it and send it to me. Please use Claude Opus 5.

me. Please use Claude Opus 5.

So, you can specify which model, and then your developer bot will begin working, and it will delegate this task to Cursor. And so, what it's going to do

to Cursor. And so, what it's going to do here is it's going to create a new branch. So, this actually won't affect

branch. So, this actually won't affect the actual app that I'm creating in production. It's going to create a new

production. It's going to create a new branch. It's going to run it in another

branch. It's going to run it in another cloud computer, because that's what Cursor can do now. You can run these in the cloud, and then it's going to take a screen recording of the app and send it

to me, which is really cool that you can do that. And you can see here Agent

do that. And you can see here Agent Native Redesign, and here you can see Open in Cursor. As you can see here, you can see the status. You can see that it's running, and we'll just wait for this to complete. And then while it's

running, you can always just press or type in status, and then it'll check the redesign, and as you can see here, it's still running. And then of course, you

still running. And then of course, you could check the status just by clicking on Open in Cursor, and this is running in the cloud in Cursor. And so, you can see the prompt, you can see the prompt

that GrokBot gave to Cursor. So, it it literally delegated to it. I asked

GrokBot, I said, "Hey, can you do this?"

And then it actually made a better prompt, and here it wrote out the prompt here, and now we're just waiting for it to finish. And you can see here now that

to finish. And you can see here now that it actually created a PR, and I can actually view this PR. So, this should take me directly to GitHub, and so we

can see that it made this PR. Now, what

it should be doing in the background is it's actually going to run the app and take screenshots, and that's what it'll send me. So, that's how this is kind of

send me. So, that's how this is kind of working on the back end. And remember, I can always go to Cursor to kind of get a closer look, but remember, this has an iOS app. I use GrokBot on my phone

iOS app. I use GrokBot on my phone probably more than my computer, and I can just view the screenshots once it's done. And you'll see in just a second.

So, this kind of shows the design of the app. I can see the screenshots. This is

app. I can see the screenshots. This is

really cool. And so, as you can see here, you can just delegate to any model, right? I specified that I wanted

model, right? I specified that I wanted it to be Claude Opus 5, and it will build it, run the app in the cloud, take screenshots, and send them to me. Now, I

want to talk about something that I think is incredibly important, which is your general Grok bot agent. Tip number

three has to do with an agent that does nothing. And this agent I just call Grok

nothing. And this agent I just call Grok bot. And I

bot. And I unpinned it for the sake of this example, but I keep this agent pinned.

So, you can pin agents here at the top.

And so, I'll keep Grok bot pinned. What

Grok bot does is this is a place where if I don't know where to go, or I need to do something quickly, I just go to Grok bot. It is basically like Chat GPT,

Grok bot. It is basically like Chat GPT, where if I want to ask something really quickly, or if I'm on my phone, like if I'm using the iOS app, I can very quickly just go to my pinned Grok bot,

and this is where I will talk to my agent. I will very often use my voice

agent. I will very often use my voice and say like, "Yo, what was that conversation we were having a few days ago about ideas for using a Windows laptop for that video I want to do on a

Windows AI setup?" I can just fire off these prompts here, and this is where I go if I don't know where to put it. And

remember, these stay perfectly in sync.

And so, right now, this is where I just have my general conversations with Grok.

So, I've noticed when people go to set up their AI agents, they try to like create a new bot for every type of chat.

You don't need to do that. Simply just

talk to Grok bot, and when you talk to Grok bot, you'll probably come up with an idea of what type of agent you might want to create as its own individual one, and then it's really easy to just

take that functionality, and you can add it as its own agent. And here we go. It

actually found the conversation that we were having on Friday. I believe I just had it with the Grokbot. I was talking about this Windows laptop series that I actually want to do, and it found the conversation that we were having before.

If you want to take a look at the agent's description, remember, this is all I put for the description. You do

whatever. You have no specific purpose other than to respond to Riley the best you can. This chat is meant for general

you can. This chat is meant for general use, while all the others are meant for specific uses. Now, I will also use this

specific uses. Now, I will also use this Grokbot chat if I want to do some like summarization of all of my different agents, or if I want to do larger strategy where I need to get input from

the other agents. Because this brings me to tip number four for using Grokbot, which is to have these agents talk to each other. So, well, I'm going to show

each other. So, well, I'm going to show you something really cool. I'm going to go to my general Grokbot. Hey, buddy. I

need you to do something for me. I would

like for you to talk to all of the other agents. I want you to talk to those guys

agents. I want you to talk to those guys and get a good summary of the last week, and then present to me a summary of what we've done over the last week. I'm I'm

trying to look for what projects I should be focused on, and what is the next thing that I should be doing, and please do that for me. And so, this is

what makes this platform really unique is you can actually see this Grokbot go in and start to talk to all the other agents. And look at this. Message three

agents. And look at this. Message three

bots. Message four bots. Message five

bots. Look at this. So, I can click on this right here, and you can see that it's actually messaging the other bots.

Today, it said, "Riley asked Grokbot for a last week recap so he can pick what to focus on next." So, this Grokbot agent

just sent this to weekly update. I love

how these get stored. You can just view all of these conversations by clicking on this right here and you can see that GrokBot is having a conversation with all of the other chatbots, which is

really fun and just a really unique experience. While this is running, I do

experience. While this is running, I do want to show you that you can actually create a new group chat and you can actually add GrokBot, we could add the

partnership bot and MTS bot and we could send a message here. And so, all of these agents can respond in this little group chat here. And remember, all of this can be used on our phone. You can

see we have the group chat here. I

believe you can name the group. Yeah, we

can name the group. Let's call this the boys. And this is And you can see the

boys. And this is And you can see the instructions file right here. Pretty

fun. And you can see they can respond and you can see which ones are typing.

And so, we have MTS bot is working. We

have GrokBot and remember, all of these can be seen on the phone and the MTS bot can give us the update from whatever it is that it's doing, which is really cool. Okay, so take a look at this. My

agent got back to me after I said to talk to all the other agents and then create a summary. Now, I took a screenshot and blurred a lot out. A lot

of this is confidential information.

It's literally my business, clients that I work with, people that I'm helping set up AI agents, so I can't fully just show all of this information, but it said, "Got enough recaps. Here's the week and

what to do next." A couple bots still haven't written back. Those are probably ones that just haven't really done anything.

Uh but it says, "So, do these three this weekend in this order." And it gave me one, two, and three and then it summarized everything that I kind of needed to do around this. And so, in

that way, GrokBot, my general agent, kind of ends up being the one that kind of overlooks all the other agents. I

don't like to be too structured with it.

If I need to know something about many of the other agents, I'll just ask GrokBot to ask or I will create a group chat. And so that was just having agents

chat. And so that was just having agents talk to each other. That's a really useful tip. Now what I want to talk

useful tip. Now what I want to talk about is tip number five, I believe, which is creating a general project bot.

So imagine right now, so this part of its summary, GrokBot when it talked to all the other agents, is it talked about a short-form video editor that I want to

hire. And so what I want to do is I want

hire. And so what I want to do is I want to create a onboarding video editor bot to kind of manage this as its own bot.

And it's really easy to spin off a new bot, and this is how I do it. I'm just

going to go create a new bot, and I'm just going to call this video editor bot. Because in the GrokBot, we just had

bot. Because in the GrokBot, we just had it output a bunch of useful information.

Hey, I think it's really important that we get this video editor on-ramped and make sure that we give them all the information that they need to do a really high high-quality job for my short-form content. Can you please go to

short-form content. Can you please go to the new video editor bot and give them everything that they need to get set up properly to be a good video editor bot?

Just make sure that this agent has context over this new video editor. And

so we can, again, have the agents talk to each other. It's going to take all of the information that it just surfaced here. It's going to give it to the new

here. It's going to give it to the new video editor bot, and then it'll configure it. And I can just say like,

configure it. And I can just say like, "Please listen to @GrokBot come up with a new name." And so that's how we can kind of spin out a new agent that is a

video editor bot. And so while it's actually talking to GrokBot, we can configure it by creating a routine.

"Every morning at 8:00 a.m., I want you to remind me to write a short-form script or ask for like, literally ask me what things have been interesting, and

also check my bookmarks on Twitter and give me some suggestions for things that I should talk about in short form." And

so this is kind of how I'll set up a new bot. I named it First Frame, which is

bot. I named it First Frame, which is very interesting. Setting a weekday 8:00

very interesting. Setting a weekday 8:00 a.m. ping, write a script, what was

a.m. ping, write a script, what was interesting, plus bookmark. Here it

created this routine. So, every day at 8:00 a.m., it'll remind and it created

8:00 a.m., it'll remind and it created the instructions for that routine. So,

now we have a new bot created. It has

the context it needs and it has a routine. That easy to create a new bot.

One other thing I do want to mention, let's say that I actually don't want to create this, right? I created this as an example. I don't actually want this to

example. I don't actually want this to be its own bot. I don't think it's necessary. But let's let's say like

necessary. But let's let's say like maybe I might want it in the future.

Instead of deleting it, you can very easily just hide from sidebar. And here

I actually have 15 hidden bots that I don't use anymore, but these are ones that I might want to bring back into existence. And as we'll get to a little

existence. And as we'll get to a little bit later, you can actually access these even if they're hidden really easily just by typing in first frame and you can see here that it's hidden, but I can

still bring it up just by doing this command K. And so, I guess this brings

command K. And so, I guess this brings me to a bonus one, which is using command K to access things really quickly, right? If I hit command K and I

quickly, right? If I hit command K and I type in Grok bot and press enter, I can very easily get to my Grok bot. If I

want to get to the boys, I just type in command K and I type in partnership bot.

It's really easy. If I want to go to the to-do list bot, just type to-do list bot, enter. If you press command K and

bot, enter. If you press command K and go over, you can actually search messages. So, I could type in agent

messages. So, I could type in agent native, which will have a lot. That's

the name of my company, so there's a lot of things there. If I search for uh daily, I should probably see a bunch of routines. And so, I can remove this. I

routines. And so, I can remove this. I

can see all of the routines for all of my agents. And here you can see that

my agents. And here you can see that this is by the Twitter bot. This is by the Slack bot. These are the routines that run and it shows which bot has which routine. Here it has all the

which routine. Here it has all the links. Here it has all the files that

links. Here it has all the files that either get created or that I give to the agent. And then here are the groups that

agent. And then here are the groups that you have. And remember, you can if you

you have. And remember, you can if you don't want these like showing up in the sidebar, you can hide these from the sidebar and you can still have your if you just want to use them every once in a while, you can

actually have the boys which are hidden and I can very easily go to this old group chat even though it's not in the side panel. Okay, so now I want to go to

side panel. Okay, so now I want to go to a new agent for Grok bot tip number six which is connecting Grok bot to Twitter or x.com. So on Grok bot I said this,

or x.com. So on Grok bot I said this, "Please analyze my last 50 videos on X and put them with a link below and how they did. Only videos that are over 3

they did. Only videos that are over 3 minutes." And because we've set up this

account. I've also connected another X account which is Agent Native. So my

main account and Agent Native, it can go through and find my videos. I It doesn't need to be plugged into my account to get my videos because I posted those

publicly. However, with the official X

publicly. However, with the official X plugin, you can also get your bookmarks and likes on your own posts because those are no longer public. But as you can see here, it just does a really good

job of finding all the posts you need that have been posted on X and you can see here like these are all of my Twitter posts. It shows the exact amount

Twitter posts. It shows the exact amount of views and I said, "Um guys, Mythos Fable is AGI." I can click on this post.

It takes me straight to Twitter and here it is. Okay, so I want to show you what

it is. Okay, so I want to show you what else this Twitter bot can do. On my

phone, "Hey, I want you to please list out all of my bookmarks for the week that have to do with AI agents and then what it means in a few sentences for each one and I want a hyperlink to all of those bookmarks so I can kind of

review all the things that I bookmarked." This is if for those of you

bookmarked." This is if for those of you who are on Twitter, if you get a lot of your updates from Twitter, this is so useful to just have an agent that has access to your bookmarks. Especially for

me, I do my weekly agent updates. The

way that I get started with that is I just summarize all my bookmarks because I only bookmark things that have to do with AI advancements, AI agents, and it'll look through the ones that it'll

think are relevant for the weekly update and then send those to me. But, let's

wait for this. So, it's pulling this week's bookmarks and there you go. So,

here all the things that I've bookmarked about agents, Grok bot, Elon Musk said interesting ways to use Grok bot, lot of Grok bot things, Ross Mike launched

Bezalel, Drew launch Skydive. And so,

it's really easy to just click on this and it takes me to the exact tweet on where I learned about it. And so, this is just like a weekly summary of all of the things that I bookmarked, which are like all my interests, right? It's good

to go back through these. If we go back to the desktop app, you can see that I actually have this for every Wednesday and Sunday, it sends me a bookmark digest. And so, this helps me write my

digest. And so, this helps me write my weekly updates. And so, that's kind of

weekly updates. And so, that's kind of how I use the Twitter bot. One other

thing that you can do is you can actually say of the most popular videos in the last month, what VCs liked my posts? So, it actually can view all of

posts? So, it actually can view all of the people who liked all of your posts and then it list out the different VCs that actually liked my post and which post it liked, which is really cool. And

remember, to set this up, you're just going to go to plugins. You're going to click it type X. You're going to click on this and you can add your account. My

default account is my Riley Brown account, but I also added my Agent Native account, which is my business account, and then we can add another account. And it's really easy to do

account. And it's really easy to do this. Third account, I don't have a

this. Third account, I don't have a third account at the moment, but you can add an account and then this will have you sign in. I don't have a third account, so I'm not going to do it, but it's that easy. You just need to

authorize with your Twitter account and that will very easily get set up. I'm

going to remove that for now. So, yeah,

that's how you set up the Twitter integration. So, for the next Grok bot

integration. So, for the next Grok bot tip, I want to talk about trigger-based automations. And when I say automations,

automations. And when I say automations, I mean routines, or at least that's what they call them in Grok Bot. If you look at the web UI, you can see that they call them routines. Now, there's two

types of routines, right? The ones that I've shown you so far are time-based routines. And so that includes like

routines. And so that includes like everyday at 10:00. It also includes something like every 5 minutes, the

agent will basically wake up and do the task depending on whatever is in this right here, right? You have the name of the routine and then the instructions.

So, everyday at 10:00 p.m. it'll do this thing, right? Whereas if we go to my MTS

thing, right? Whereas if we go to my MTS bot, it's every 5 minutes it'll do this thing. And so those are the ones that

thing. And so those are the ones that I've talked about. And I have a lot of these because they're incredibly useful.

Now, there's another one, which are action slash trigger-based routines. Now, this is the only

routines. Now, this is the only platform, to my knowledge, of the general agent platforms that has these trigger-based routines. So, if we

trigger-based routines. So, if we navigate back to Grok Bot and we go to the partnership one, you can see here that this one is deal Slack alerts and

it is triggered on any message anywhere on Slack. Here it is on any message in a

on Slack. Here it is on any message in a specific channel on Slack. Let me show you. So, if we were to add a new

you. So, if we were to add a new routine, when you come here they have a certain list of things that can trigger the bot to do something. And so here you

can do it with Slack, GitHub, Microsoft Teams, Linear, Sentry, and PagerDuty.

I've heard that they're actually going to be adding a lot more triggers like email triggers, things of that nature, but you can also set up your own triggers with webhooks, but I'll make a

dedicated video on that. The most useful one for me is Slack. There are certain channels where if something happens, I need to know about it really quick, or something needs to happen externally

like someone else needs to know, or we need to update a database, or it needs to create some sort of document. And I

have a lot of those hidden. Those are

like for invoices and things like that.

We have a lot of these Slack messages, and you can create these for shared Slack channels, so that if someone does something, it automatically pulls data, it pulls the document, or does some

external thing. And remember, if we were

external thing. And remember, if we were to create a new bot, I'm just going to call this test bot, and we wanted this to run on any Slack channel, all we have to do is say, "Hey, your job is to be my

Slack reminder. Anytime something

Slack reminder. Anytime something happens in any Slack channel, I want you to tell me in all caps what that thing is. And yeah, rename yourself

is. And yeah, rename yourself accordingly." And so, I can just fire

accordingly." And so, I can just fire that prompt. And you want it to say

that prompt. And you want it to say something like, "I'll watch Slack." If

it watches Slack, that means it's just waiting for a trigger. Here, it's

created a routine. If I click on this, we can see here, right? If we go back to this right here, we can see on all messages anywhere on Slack. So,

basically, that is when to run. That is

a trigger-based automation, which is incredibly useful, and I'm actually going to make a whole dedicated video just for this. Okay, so

for Grok Bot tip number eight, I want to talk about something that all of these platforms have, which are plugins. In

Grok Bot, if you navigate down here to plugins, this is where you can see the full list of plugins that you can add, features, agent orchestration, etc.,

etc. I could very easily go to Grok Bot and just say, "Please list out all of the plugins I've configured in Grok

Bot." So, here Grok Bot gave me a list

plugin that you add to Grok Bot, obviously, it does increase the risk of like security issues, but it also increases the amount of context your agents can get. For instance, having

access to Google Drive means it has access to the Google Docs that I've created. A lot of my ideas I throw in

created. A lot of my ideas I throw in Google Docs. Um it has access to my

Google Docs. Um it has access to my calendar, right? Which is very useful. I

calendar, right? Which is very useful. I

actually have a calendar bot. This

calendar bot, what this does is this literally every 5 minutes from 6:00 a.m.

to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays, it'll check my calendar, right? It'll check my calendar and it'll basically remind me 5 minutes before a meeting and 15 minutes before a meeting. And it'll tell me

everything that I need to to understand for the calendar bot. And so that is one example of a really useful plugin. And

so Notion, this is where I write all of my different um content scripts. Linear

is where we keep all of our product updates. And then obviously Twitter, it

updates. And then obviously Twitter, it can grab my voice on Twitter. So if I need it to like come up with an idea for tweets that I should tweet, it will literally just check my voice on Twitter. ClickUp, I work with a

Twitter. ClickUp, I work with a consulting company and this is where we keep some of our information. It can

very easily check that out. Uh and then all of these, right? We have Granola, which actually haven't yet set that up, but this will allow my agent to have access to all of my meeting notes. The

more context you give your agent, the more it will understand you and the more it'll be able to make good decisions in what to show you or what to create for you based on the tasks you give it. And

for those of you who use Cursor, basically over time all of the plugins that Cursor has Rock bot will have and vice versa, which makes it really easy to set up. Okay, for Grok bot, tip number nine. And this might be one of

number nine. And this might be one of the most useful, and that is you can use the Gmail plugin and connect multiple accounts. So I can tell Grok bot, "Yo,

accounts. So I can tell Grok bot, "Yo, buddy, I need you to go through both of my emails, find all the things that I've paid for over the last 3 months and and list them out right here, please.

Everything that we've paid for. Ignore

big massive business expenses. We're not

I'm looking for my personal stuff." And

so I can fire in that prompt, and it will analyze both emails. And so, here's a little story. When I first got Grok bot and found out that you could connect multiple Gmail accounts, the first thing

I did is I had AI go through all five of them looking for subscriptions that I should cancel because I've collected a lot of emails over the years. I needed

to find where like what accounts I've signed in with and how I can cancel them, and it went through all of them and saved me a ton of money. And so, if you're someone who has multiple emails, maybe you're a freelancer, you have a

personal email and a business email, it's incredibly useful to connect through multiple, and it's amazing. And

then, if you want to have an agent that is specific for your just your business email, you could always spin up a new agent, right? You could create a new

agent, right? You could create a new bot, and you'd just be be like, "Yo, you're in charge of the agent native email and slack. So, everything I ask

you if I tell you to send an email or or send a message in slack, that is the channel and email that you should be doing it in." And so, here we'd basically specify to a new bot. Oh, I

need to create a new bot. We're going to call this buddy. And then, this would tell the agent, right? It'll put in its description that it's only going to send emails from this specific email. And I

basically just send all my emails through an AI agent platform. Grok isn't

my primary agent platform, but when I use Grok bot, I do send emails directly from it. Like, I can say like, "Please

from it. Like, I can say like, "Please send an email to emily@agentnative.inc

saying, 'You should really try Grok bot.'" And

then, I can say, "Please check for her response every hour until she responds."

Right? This is another way to use your agent kind of in the future, which is like, I just sent her an email. Emily

just got it at emily@agentnative.ink.

She said, you should really try GrokBot.

Imagine if this was a really important email that you wanted to be notified as soon as something happened here. Please

check for her response every hour until she responds. Once she responds, delete

she responds. Once she responds, delete that automation. And so, what this will

that automation. And so, what this will do is it'll just create a routine, right? It'll create a routine. It'll

right? It'll create a routine. It'll

watch for it every hour. Once she

responds, and you can see here it created the routine, it'll let me know, and then it'll delete this routine. And

so, that's a really fun way to use agents. It's just like, this is

agents. It's just like, this is important to me. Check every 10 minutes, check every 5 minutes. If something

happens, let me know. And if it when it checks, if nothing happens, it'll just do nothing, which is exactly what you want. Okay, for GrokBot tip number 10,

want. Okay, for GrokBot tip number 10, it is connect your GrokBot to Notion.

And so, let me show you how this skill and Notion connection works, cuz remember I used the Notion integration and I used the uh add context skill. And

so, the Notion integration allows it to edit and create Notion documents and update Notion databases, and the add context is a custom skill. Let me show you exactly what it does. If we open

this up right here, this is the video that I'm working on right now. This is

the outline. I have a very specific format that I do outlines with, like this is what how I just write my outlines. If I want an agent to add

outlines. If I want an agent to add context, I don't want it to cloud this.

I don't want it to add or change things in the document. What I want it to do is just add a little context in the doc. I

can very easily open it up, and this skill just tells it to put it in this callout in a drop-down. So, it doesn't take up too much space, and if I need to access it, I can look at it. And yeah,

so this is just a way for the agent to add context to my Notion doc, and it's incredibly useful because once I'm done filming, or once I'm done scripting a video, I can be like, "Hey, what else

did I forget? Please, can you add context, right?" That is just a really

context, right?" That is just a really easy skill that I can use, and because it connects to notion, it can very easily do that. Okay, for the final tip for using that your agent has a computer. So, this

right here is my journal bot, and my journal bot is meant to be used mostly on my phone. If I pull up my phone right here, you can see that this is where I just go to vent. It's a little bit

different than my Grok Bot one because this one is meant to use a specific skill, which is called grill me. This

grill journal is designed for me to just like yap out my ideas, and then the AI agent will grill me and ask me follow-up questions. And then I can then I have my

questions. And then I can then I have my next topic, and I just keep doing that until I have like a giant journal entry, and the agent will store them on its computer. And you can see here that it

computer. And you can see here that it has files on its computer. I don't

really want to store them in notion, but you can remember you're just like put them on your computer somewhere, and don't forget where you put them. You can

just tell that to an agent because remember, all of your agents have access to a computer. And I do want to show you this grill me skill or this journal because remember, all of this the skills and bots that I've created are going to

be in the description below, and you can get it for free. And so, I do want to explain this one. Hey, I want to journal about the different videos that I'm going to make this week. And so, I can fire this prompt into Grok Bot, and it

said, "I'm in. Pulling what's already in the video database for this week, so we can start from what's real." So, it'll actually look at the context. Then it'll

come up with follow-up questions. And

so, it kind of looks through some of the information. It says, "Which of those

information. It says, "Which of those are you actually making this week? Which

one are just sitting in the pile?" The

next one I want to make is the computer use video. I really want to make the computer use video. I don't

know what use cases I'm going to do for it, though. And so, I will often do this

it, though. And so, I will often do this while walking. If I don't know what to

while walking. If I don't know what to focus on next, I'll pull out my phone, go into my journal, and then my agent has all the context, and after like seven or eight exchanges, it will usually come up with some clarity and then we'll figure out what we need to

do. So, it's like, which of these have

do. So, it's like, which of these have you actually done on your own computer versus ones that only you like because they sound good? That's a really good question. You see, it's actually

question. You see, it's actually grilling me and it's it this grill me skill, which I'll call include in the link below, is designed to like stump me. It wants to stump me, which is those

me. It wants to stump me, which is those are the most useful questions because it finds gaps in your logic, which is really really useful to have someone who does that. But if we go back to tip

does that. But if we go back to tip number 11, which is remember that your agents have a computer, we can get more focus and I want to show you that you can use this computer, right? This is a computer that we have access to. We can

open the browser and we can go to a website. Like we can go to twitter.com

website. Like we can go to twitter.com and I will say I haven't found a ton of use for this specific feature yet. I've

found that this IP address just gets blocked because a lot of these sites want to block they want to block bots, which this is literally Grok bot. And

so, I don't think this computer is that useful yet, but I do think in the future it'll get really useful because you can literally teach it a task. Like you can do something on your computer, tomato.com,

whatever. You can do a bunch of steps,

whatever. You can do a bunch of steps, so you can literally teach the agent how to do something and then you can hit stop and then it'll add that demonstration to the agent. And you can see here the agent is actually watching

that demo. And I just haven't found any

that demo. And I just haven't found any good use cases. If you guys have any really good use cases for using the uh computer that the agent has access to, please let me know in the comments. I'll

review all of them and that'll probably be in my updated video that I make in a month or so. All right, guys. We talked

bot. You can add new things to the situation list. It's always monitoring

situation list. It's always monitoring for these. You can create a developer

for these. You can create a developer bot, give it access to cursor, a general Grok bot where you can go for general questions, something where you don't really have to worry about the organization. We talked about getting

organization. We talked about getting the agents to talk to each other, whether that's to tell one single bot to go talk to everyone or create group chats. We also talked about a general

chats. We also talked about a general project bot. So, if you have a really

project bot. So, if you have a really important project come up in one of your other channels or chats with a with a bot, you can basically spin it out and create a bot just for that project. We

talked about connecting it to Twitter.

We talked about it watching Slack. And

we talked about trigger-based automations. We talked about plugins and

automations. We talked about plugins and how you can add plugins. This increases

the amount of context and its ability in the world to actually do things. We

talked about connecting it to more than one more than one email. We talked about connecting it to Notion and some useful skills there. And we also talked about

skills there. And we also talked about the Grill Me journal. I'm going to turn this into a much more useful resource.
