Summary
## Key takeaways - **Avoid Modern Wheat for IBS Relief**: Modern wheat, developed in the 1960s, contains higher levels of gluten, which has led to an increase in gluten intolerance and IBS cases. Replacing wheat with grains like oats, barley, or millets can significantly improve IBS symptoms. [03:01], [03:45] - **Cooked Vegetables and Bananas Aid IBS**: While raw foods can be hard to digest for IBS sufferers, cooked vegetables like carrots, green beans, and bottle gourd are beneficial. Ripe fruits, especially bananas, are easier to digest and have shown up to a 76% reduction in IBS symptoms in studies. [06:49], [08:03] - **Green Moong Dal is Superior for IBS**: Unlike rajma and urad dal which can aggravate IBS, green moong dal is easily digestible, has cooling properties to reduce inflammation, and suits all body types, making it the best dal for healing IBS. [09:54], [11:15] - **Dairy Products and Processed Foods Trigger IBS**: Many IBS symptoms subside when milk and milk-based products are avoided, especially those from foreign breeds of cows which can cause lactose intolerance. Additionally, processed foods, deep-fried items, and caffeinated drinks are major culprits. [11:18], [02:04] - **Bilvasava: An Ayurvedic Supplement for IBS**: Bilvasava, a fermented Ayurvedic formulation made from raw bael fruit, is highly effective for IBS and ulcerative colitis. lose motions or constipation,
>> irritable bowel movement. But don't
worry, this is not a battle only few are
fighting.
>> Let's talk about the ayuridic supplement
that gives excellent results for IBS and
that is in this video I want to share
with you four foods that you should
avoid if you're suffering from IBS. And
along with that, I'll also share with
you the foods that are best in healing
IBS. Towards the end of this video, we
will also talk about an ayuridic
supplement that works as a catalyst in
improving this condition. IBS is a lot
more common than it appears. In India
alone, 10 cr people suffer from IBS.
Among women, this problem is even more
common. But one thing is for sure, if
you just focus on eating the right foods
even for 1 month, your IBS symptoms will
definitely get better. So without any
further delay, let's get started.

Hello friends, welcome to Fit Tuber. IBS
or irritable bowel syndrome is a problem
related to the large intestine. During
the digestion process, when food reaches
the final stage, the large intestine
absorbs extra water and pushes the waste
out. But in IBS, the muscles of the
large intestines get irritated and start
behaving abnormally. Sometimes they
don't absorb any water at all and
sometimes they absorb too much. That's
why people with IBS experience either
diarrhea or constipation or both.
Because of this irregular muscle
activity, IBS symptoms include abdominal
pain, a feeling of incomplete bowel
movement and changes in bowel frequency.
Feeling a pressure to go to the toilet
immediately after a meal is a classic
symptom of IBS. Now the question is why
does this problem happen? There are
mainly two reasons behind it. First is
the food choices and second is emotional
stress. Needless to say, the brain gut
connection is strong. Well, there are
certain foods that trigger IBS symptoms,
sometimes even immediately. Processed
foods, deep fried foods, caffeinated
drinks like tea and coffee and sugarfree
foods made with artificial sweeteners
are the main culprits. But apart from
these, there are also some foods that
look healthy and we eat them almost
daily. That's why this problem doesn't
go away. Instead, it keeps getting
worse. In the case of IBS, 90% of the
cure lies in your own hands. It's your
diet. I can tell you this responsibly
and with confidence if you remove the
worst foods for IBS mentioned in this
video and include the best ones instead.
Within 1 month, you will feel such a big
difference that you will be compelled to
write in the comments that your IBS
problem has reduced a lot. And you know
what? Your comments not only make me
feel good, but also they become a
motivation for others. They feel that
this video isn't made just for names
sake. The things mentioned here truly
work. So, let's now talk about those
four foods that are healthy otherwise,
but you should avoid in IBS. Starting
with number four on the list is wheat.
The more you avoid wheat, the fewer IBS
symptoms you'll experience. Wheat
naturally contains gluten. But what's
even more important to know is that
during the green revolution in 1960s,
the traditional wheat seeds were
tempered to increase yield. Of course,
wheat production increased, but so did
the number of gluten intolerance cases.
In 2009, a study clearly showed that
gluten allergies, which were almost
negligible in 1950s, have now increased
many times over, and so have IBS cases.
That's because when we eat this modern
wheat, our system doesn't take it
properly, which causes inflammation in
the intestines and triggers problems
like IBS. Not just based on books, but
having observed this in real life
scenarios, I can tell you that if you
replace wheat with other grains like
oats, jaw, bajra, ragi or millets, even
for one day, you'll notice a difference
in your IBS symptoms on that very day.
Just try it once. Stop eating wheat for
1 month. Eat other grains instead. After
1 month, you'll say to yourself, "Yes,
quitting wheat felt difficult at first,
but this has turned out to be the best
decision for my IBS." But roti made from
other grains like jawar ragi turns out
to be a paput. How can it be a great
replacement practically? We had
discussed in the calcium video that if
you need joggi or any millet flour with
boiling water, the roti becomes so soft
that you won't even realize whether it's
made from wheat or some other grain.
Just boil water equal to the amount of
flour you are using. Once the water
boils, mix the flour in it. Now when it
cools down a bit, knead it like normal
dough. And now make roti. It's a great
technique that helps you easily replace
wheat roti without compromising on
texture or taste. What about rice? Can
we eat rice?
>> Rice doesn't cause any problem in IBS.
You can safely eat it. But there is one
grain that actually helps heal IBS and
that is Barnard millet. Barnard millet
is not some new grain. It's the modern
name for sama ketchaval also called
swank which we often eat during fasting.
You might have also eaten it. Barniard
millet contains both soluble and
insoluble fiber and it's also rich in
resistant starch. Because of this, it
works as an effective prebiotic which
helps increase friendly bacteria in the
gut. And note this that low gut bacteria
is one of the main causes of IBS. Apart
from this, Barnard millet is easy to
digest, low FODMAP and completely
gluten-free. You can easily find it at
any grocery shop. I have also added its
link in the description box. To eat it,
just soak it the same way you soak
lentils. Then boil it like normal rice.
It cooks in just 15 minutes. You can use
barnyard millet to make vegetable pulao,
idli, dosa, anything you like. Taste
wise, you won't find any problem. The
only thing is it doesn't turn out as
kille chille as regular rice. The small
grains tend to stick together, but they
don't let inflammation or ulcer stick to
your intestines. In short, replace wheat
with ragi jawar or bajra roti. Eat rice
and also include ratwal chaval that is
baniard millet in your diet. Its results
in IBS are truly amazing. Next at number
three are sprouts. But I thought sprouts
are very healthy. There is no doubt that
sprouts are a superfood along with
protein. They are a powerhouse of many
micronutrients. But if you have IBS,
then you should not eat sprouts. The
reason is that digesting sprouts
requires a lot of effort from your
digestive system. And in IBS, the
digestive system becomes weak plus the
digestive fire is low. That's exactly
why symptoms like gas, bloating, and
irregular bowel movements appear. In
fact, in IBS, you should strictly avoid
raw foods like vegetable salads. Many
times, in order to get more nutrition or
following diet trends, we start eating
raw vegetables or drinking vegetable
juices. But note that digesting raw
vegetables takes a lot of energy. And in
IBS, the body doesn't have that much
digestive strength. If at all you want
to eat salad, have a small quantity
before lunch. Add black salt, black
pepper, roasted cumin and lemon to it.
This makes it a bit easier to digest.
Definitely avoid salad at night. Eat
vegetables only in the Indian style.
Cooked properly with a light tempering
using carbonated spices. That way you
can eat almost any vegetable
comfortably. According to studies,
cooked carrots are quite beneficial in
IBS. Green beans, capsicum, matey and
palak are also good option. In summer,
vegetables like bottle guard, pointed
guard and round god are the best. Soups
are underrated but whether it's tomato
soup, vegetable soup or lentil soup,
they worked like medicine for IBS. And
when I say soups, I mean homemade soups,
not those packet ones. Soups are that
one dish which is filling, rich in
nutrition yet very light on the stomach.
You said to avoid raw foods, but fruits
are raw too. So should we avoid them as
well? See, vegetables are eaten raw
before they ripen while fruits are eaten
after they ripen. Ayurvedically
speaking, fruits have more fire element
than vegetables. That's why digesting
ripe fruits is easier than raw
vegetables. Still, there are some fruits
that are better avoided in IBS. On top
of the list is apples. We have all heard
that an apple a day keeps the doctor
away, but that doesn't hold true for
IBS. In IBS, apples can cause serious
bloating issues. There is one fruit
though that's cheap, always available
and actually works like medicine for IBS
and that's banana. Whether you have
constipation or diarrhea, banana is
beneficial in both cases. In one study,
when IBS patients were given one to two
bananas daily, their symptoms reduced by
up to 76%. You can eat bananas either
early in the morning before breakfast or
before lunch or 2 hours after lunch. But
don't eat bananas after sunset. Even raw
banana curry is very good for IBS. What
about dry fruits? You can eat almonds,
cashews, peanuts, and walnuts, but with
two precautions. First, always eat them
either soaked or roasted. Otherwise,
their anti-nutrients can trigger
digestive issues. Second, keep the
quantity small. With nuts, less is more.
Around four, five soaked skinless
almonds are enough at one time. About
seven to eight cashews are sufficient in
a serving. Observe your own body. After
you eat anything, notice how you feel
and choose accordingly. Next food on the
list is Rajma and urad dal. Rajma and
urad dal. Both of these pulses are high
in protein, high in fiber and rich in
complex carbohydrates. Yet they
aggravate IBS symptoms. According to
Ayurveda, these pulses imbalance the air
element in the body. Which is why many
people experience gas and bloating after
eating them. If you really want to eat
urad dal, it's best to consume it in
fermented form like idli or dosa for
breakfast. Rajma if you want to eat
should be taken in small quantities at
lunchtime only. Some people may also
have trouble with chana dal or
chickpeas. Other ds however can be eaten
without issues. Among all dals there is
one that is almost therapeutic in IBS
and that is green moonong dal. What's so
special in green moonong dal? There are
three main reasons why green moonong dal
is so beneficial for IBS. First it
digests better than any other dal.
Because of this you can eat it for
lunch, breakfast or dinner without any
problem. Second, green moon dal has a
light and cooling property which helps
reduce inflammation in the intestinal
walls. Third, it is three doshik meaning
it suits all body types very easily. If
you make green moonong dal a regular
part of your diet, IBS symptoms will
start reducing on their own. You can eat
green moonong dal just how you make
normal dal. Another great option is kiti
made with green moonong dal and barnyard
millet or rice. Kituri serves as an
excellent dinner meal for people with
IBS. Many people underestimate kiti. It
is not only tasty but it is so gentle on
the digestive system that during punch
karma treatments when oil enemas are
given post that kit is the first meal
given to strengthen the intestines.
Kituri is perhaps the best dinner option
to reduce IBS symptoms. You can also eat
green moonongdal dosa which is called
peseratu in South India. A common
breakfast item. Green moonong dal soup
is another great starter meal that
soothes the intestinal walls.
Nutritionally, Ayurveda has compared
green moonongdal soup equal to milk. The
main point is to limit rajma, urad dal
and even chana dal. Green moonong dal is
by far the best dal for healing IBS.
Finally, at number one are dairy
products. Often it is seen that people
who have IBS symptoms, if they avoid
milk and milk based products, their
symptoms begin to subside. There is a
reason behind it. See, milk in general
helps lubricate the intestines. But
nowadays, the kind of milk being sold is
not worth damaging your gut health. Due
to commercialization, instead of native
DIY cows, milk is taken from foreign
breeds like Jersey and Fresh and Holene.
These foreign breeds of cows give more
milk in quantity, but the quality is
much lower. This type of milk is the
reason why lactose intolerance, a
problem people didn't even know about 25
years ago, has become so common today.
If you have IBS, you should avoid milk
and milk based products. Try avoiding
them for 1 month and you will notice
that the IBS symptoms you were
experiencing have started reducing.
Abdominal pain and bloating will happen
less frequently. If you want to include
a milk product in IBS, the best option
is spiced buttermilk or char. Add a
tempering of asafotida and cumin and
have it in small quantity during lunch.
That will help. Now if we plan a rough
diet for someone experiencing IBS type
symptoms, it could look like this. In
the morning before breakfast, eat one to
two bananas. Alternatively, you can
drink coconut water. Don't miss out on
the malai. For breakfast, dalia works
very well. Add vegetables to it. You can
use steel cuta oats or make porridge
using any millet. Avoid wheat. You can
also have idli or dosa. Sometimes moon
dal chila is great. And if bas chila
suits you, you can have that too. Add a
little awine to the batter for better
digestion. For lunch, eat ragi, jawar or
bajra roti with any seasonal vegetable.
After lunch, take the ayuridic
supplement that we will discuss later.
In the evening, you can have herbal teas
like ayurvea ccf that is cumin,
coriander, fennel tea. Along with it,
you can have soaked nuts. Quantity less,
chew more. Or you can just have two
bananas as evening snack. No, it won't
make you gain weight if you add black
salt and black pepper to it. Pay special
attention to dinner. It should be light.
Soups work very well. You can have
moonongdal kiti or dal with biard
millet. You can also include a small
quantity of homemade lemon pickle often
made using black salt, awine and asafida
along with your meals. This will ignite
the digestive fire.
>> Please suggest that ayurdic supplement
you were talking about.
>> Sure, we will talk about an ayuridic
supplement that is very effective in
improving IBS- like symptoms. But first
I want to share with you Biomun Skin
Radiance Vitamin C Serum. When your
digestion is good, your face naturally
glows. To enhance that glow, you can try
Biomun serum which contains vitamin C,
neosinamide and hyaluronic acid. Now
there are many serums in the market. But
the special thing about this one is that
it contains no harsh chemicals, no
silicons, no EDTA, no artificial
fragrance and no parabens. In fact, it
contains aloe vera leaf juice, licorice
root extract and mangishta root extract
which are some of the best ayurdic herbs
for the skin. This serum is suitable for
all skin types. To use, take three four
drops on your hand and massage evenly
onto your face. Biomoney also has two
other face serums, one for dark spots
and one for acne. All three are 100%
toxin-free. To buy Biomoney Skin
Radiance Serum, click the link in the
description box. Do not forget to apply
the special discount coupon to get 10%
off. Finally, let's talk about the
ayurdic supplement that gives excellent
results for IBS and that is bilvasa. As
the name suggests, it is made by
fermenting raw bale fruit over several
days. Now, this is a classical
formulation meaning the herbs used in it
and the method of its preparation are
exactly as described in Ayurvedic
scriptures. Along with bale, it contains
datki, nakaser, black pepper, clove,
camphur and jagury. This syrup is so
effective that if taken regularly and
correctly, it helps relieve not only IBS
but is also very effective in treating
ulcerative colitis. This syrup has no
side effects and it can be taken by
everyone from children to the elderly.
It is so safe that it can be taken three
times a day although I would recommend
that you take it at least once. Always
take it after meals after breakfast,
after lunch and after dinner. Take four
teaspoons that is 15 ml and mix it in
lukewarm water before drinking. Now
there is a reason why it's indicated to
be taken with lukewarm water compared to
cold water, lukewarm water increases
digestive fire and helps reduce
inflammation in the intestines. So does
that mean if I drink warm water in place
of cold water, it will help me in IBS?
>> Absolutely no doubt about it. Since this
is a classical syrup, many companies
manufacture it. You can buy it from any
trusted ayurdic shop. For your
convenience, I have provided an
unsponsored link in the description box
as well. A 450 ml bottle costs around
200 rupees. Take this syrup continuously
for 1 month and you will say for
yourself that you didn't expect this one
thing to give so much benefit. Of
course, keep paying attention to your
diet. Avoid caffeinated drinks, foods
with artificial sweeteners, fried foods
and other junk. Also, try to follow the
diet plan mentioned earlier. Avoid
wheat, raw foods, milk products and
rajma ura dal for 1 month. Then come
back and comment. Your comment will
motivate others as well. The link for
Biomoney Skin Radiance Syrup is also in
the description box. My name is Vive and
I thank you so much for watching.
