high as $20 to $50 per hour to offer them these skills. But before we go ahead, if you're seeing my video for the first time or if you are not subscribed to my YouTube channel, do well to hit
the subscribe button, like, and also share this to a friend or family member who is looking at how to make money online. Now, let's get started. Now, the
online. Now, let's get started. Now, the
number one on my list is customer support representative. So, for
support representative. So, for international companies hiring for customer support representative, you are expected to work from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00
a.m. Nigerian time. If you're in other African countries, you have to convert your time to the company's time zone.
Most times, the companies hiring for customer support representative are US-based company. Now, what are you
US-based company. Now, what are you going to be doing as a customer support representative? What you'll be doing
representative? What you'll be doing majorly is you will help this company respond to customer emails. Most of the companies that hire for this role are e-commerce companies, right? So, they
are looking for people to respond to customers' emails, customer inquiry, customer complaints. So, as a customer
customer complaints. So, as a customer support representative for international companies, this will be one of your duties. The second thing you will have
duties. The second thing you will have to be doing as a customer support representative is to handle live chat.
For example, all these companies are big companies that are willing to pay as high as $65 to $70 per hour. So, they
actually have a website that customers visit often. Now, they will be expecting
visit often. Now, they will be expecting you to reply to live chat inquiry from their customers. Also, you'll be
their customers. Also, you'll be expected to answer customer inquiries and help customers resolve basic issues.
Now, what are the requirements to land a customer support representative job with an international company? The number one thing these companies are looking at is good written English because you'll be
responding to customer emails, you'll be chatting with your customers, and as a customer support representative, you're the first contact person these customers have to interact with. So, one, you must
have a great written English. You must
have a stable internet, and you need to have a laptop and a strong communication skills. Now, let's look at the typical
skills. Now, let's look at the typical pay for a customer support representative. I have worked as a
representative. I have worked as a customer support representative before for a health tech startup company based in the United States, and as of that time, I was being paid $20 per hour, and
I was expected to work about 15 hours per week. Now, the typical salary range
per week. Now, the typical salary range for a customer support representative is from $15 to $30 per hour. And please
note that this also depends on on skills and your experiences. The number two on my list is live chat support agent. Most
people mistake this particular role for a customer support representative, but a live chat support agent is actually different from a customer support representative. Now, when we are talking
representative. Now, when we are talking about a live chat support agent, you will have to be chatting with these customers live. I told you that most of
customers live. I told you that most of these big companies actually have a good website or apps. So, as a live chat support agent, you'll be expected to chat with customers real time. Now,
let's look at the typical hours. Now,
the typical hours is One thing you need to understand about live chat support agent for international companies is most times a shift through. So, they
mostly have the evening and the overnight shifts. So, let's look at what
overnight shifts. So, let's look at what are you going to be doing as a live chat support agent. Now, you'll be expected
support agent. Now, you'll be expected to respond to customers' inquiries via live chats, maybe through their website or their apps. You'll be expected to troubleshoot simple issues. Maybe if you
Well, maybe during chatting with these customers, if you notice any issues like lagging in delivery of chats or any issue at all you notice, you'll be expected to troubleshoot simple issues
to the technical team. Now, the next thing you'll have to do is you'll be expected to escalate complex complex cases. For example, if a customer's case
cases. For example, if a customer's case is complex, maybe delay in a refund or damaged goods, what you have to do is you'll have to escalate these to the appropriate team, maybe the financial
team or the technical team. And you'll
be expected to also provide product information. Now, most customers can
information. Now, most customers can visit the websites app of a company to get more information or about their products or their services. So, one of your responsibilities as a live chat
support agent is to help customers understand the products or the services being rendered by the company you're working for and the benefits of their products and services. Now, let's look
at the requirements to become a live chat support agent. The number one requirement is you must have a fast typing skill. Like I said, as a live
typing skill. Like I said, as a live chat support agent, your role is mainly chatting with customers. So, for you to actually be good at this role or to be able to land a job, you have to have a
fast typing skill. In fact, during the interviews for this kind of roles, the companies will ask you to carry out a a typing speed test. And you have to carry out this typing speed test and share it
to the company. So, you should have a fast typing speed. Now, another thing is good grammar. You should be able to know
good grammar. You should be able to know how to use your tenses, know how to use the punctuation marks, know how to spell correctly. So, because you'll be
correctly. So, because you'll be chatting with the customers of big companies all over the world, so you'll be expected to be good in grammar. You
should also know how to use basic computer skills. So, for a live chat
computer skills. So, for a live chat support agent, you don't really need to know how to use computer very well. All
you need to know is the basic computer skills like knowing how to on your computer, knowing how to visit the website of the company, knowing how to track your hours because your hours needs to be tracked because that will determine how much they're going to pay
you per week. And please note that most of these companies pay per week. So, if
you are actually expected to work 15 hours per week, you're expected to track it so the companies can actually see that yes, you actually worked for 15 hours per week. And please, when you're tracking, please be honest with your
tracking because I've had someone lose her job that was paying her about $20 per hour as a live support agent because she was being dishonest, okay? So, in a week she might just do a task of 10
hours and she would tell the company that she did a task of 15 hours, okay?
Now, she will have to just stay on her laptop pressing around, playing around just to add more hours to the company so they can pay her higher. I do not recommend that. Please be honest. And
recommend that. Please be honest. And
when the company found out, she lost a job that that was paying her that high weekly. So, be honest with these people.
weekly. So, be honest with these people.
One thing with these international companies is they actually like working with honest people. So, when you're working with them, make sure that you're honest. Make sure that you're
honest. Make sure that you're documenting whatever you're doing and especially you're being open, transparent, and honest with them. Now,
the next requirement is reliable internet. So, for a live chat support
internet. So, for a live chat support agent, most companies will ask you to actually take a an internet speed because they want to know how fast your internet is because they wouldn't want
to have customers waiting for you to reply, and you will end up not replying.
So, this is actually one of the major requirements for this role. Now, the
salary for this role, most companies are willing to pay as high as $25 to $40 for this role because most companies believe that their live chat support agent is the face of the company. So, their live
chat support agent helps them to convert a customer to a sale. So, they're
willing to pay that high for a live chat support agent. Now, the next on my list
support agent. Now, the next on my list is virtual assistant. Now, mostly this is for night shifts. Most companies do hire their virtual assistants for night shifts, okay? So, the third on my list
shifts, okay? So, the third on my list is virtual assistant night shift. We
have companies across the world hiring for virtual assistants, and mostly they want these people to work during the night, okay? Now, examples of companies
night, okay? Now, examples of companies that hire virtual assistants for night shifts is the healthcare industry, the e-commerce industry, and the edutech industry because they want people to be
available 24/7 to help them attend to their customers. Now, the typical hours
their customers. Now, the typical hours for this role is in the night. Now, what
will you be expected to do as a virtual assistant that works in the night?
You'll be expected to manage calendars.
So, you'll be expected to manage the calendars of the company or maybe one of the executive in the company. You'll be
expected to organize emails. You'll be
expected to conduct conduct internet research. You'll be expected to schedule
research. You'll be expected to schedule appointments and perform data entry. So,
these are the major roles of a virtual assistant. Now, what are the
assistant. Now, what are the requirements? So, for the role of a
requirements? So, for the role of a virtual assistant, you have more requirements to be able to land such roles. For example, you should have a
roles. For example, you should have a good knowledge of making use of the computer. So, you should have a good
computer. So, you should have a good knowledge of make working with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Now, when
I'm talking about Microsoft Office, I'm talking about you should know how to make use of your Gmail. You should know how to make use of your Word, your Excel, and PowerPoint especially. So,
these are the major requirements you should have if you want to land a virtual assistant role. Now, the second requirement is organization skill. Of
course, being a virtual assistant is all about having a good organization skill.
There is no way you can actually be a good virtual assistant if you do not have a great organization skill. So, the
second requirement for you to be able to have land this role is to have a good organization skills. And of course, you
organization skills. And of course, you should have a laptop and good English.
Now, the typical pay for virtual assistants that work at night is from $15 to $14 per hour. In fact, some companies are even willing to pay as high as $50 per hour depending on the
company you are working for. Now, the
third on my list is appointment setter.
So, most people tend to mistake virtual assistant for appointment setter, but it is not true. So, a virtual assistant has a broader task compared to an appointment setter. So, as the name
appointment setter. So, as the name implies, typically you will be expected to set appointment with companies or set appointment with customers or with clients. So, you'll be expected to to
clients. So, you'll be expected to to generate leads, qualify leads, schedule meetings for sales representative, and update the customer relationship management systems. Now, this is what an
appointment setter basically do. Now,
when we are looking at the requirements for you to land the job of an appointment setter, the number one requirement you should have is an excellent spoken English. So, you should be able to speak English very well
because you'll be speaking with clients.
You'll be speaking with customers to actually set appointment with them. So,
you should have a good command of spoken English. The second requirement is
English. The second requirement is confidence of on calls. Of course, like I mentioned, you'll be expected to call customers, okay? So, you should have a
customers, okay? So, you should have a good phone etiquette. You should be able to hold conversation. You should be able to talk to customers politely. You
should be able to understand customers.
You should be able to carry customers along. So, this is what it means when I
along. So, this is what it means when I say have confidence on calls. The third
requirement is having a laptop because you'll be required to work with a Microsoft software. So, another
Microsoft software. So, another requirement is having a stable internet also. So, this is another requirement
also. So, this is another requirement for you to land an appointment setter role. Now, let's look at the typical
role. Now, let's look at the typical pay. I've actually worked as an
pay. I've actually worked as an appointment setter before and I think when I was working with that company, I was being paid $12 per hour and I was expected to work for 10 hours per week.
But, most companies looking for appointment setters are willing to pay as high as 18 to $35 per hour. And one
amazing thing with some companies is they even give you commissions, okay?
So, aside your hourly pay, they give you commissions. If you're able to land an
commissions. If you're able to land an appointment with a client, with a customer, or with a company, depending on the service that the company is actually into. So, for each appointment
actually into. So, for each appointment you're able to land for them, you get a commission on that. Now, let's go back to the next. So, the next is AI data annotator or AI trainer. Now, one thing
you need to understand about being an AI data annotator is that this role is very flexible, okay? So, there are thousands
flexible, okay? So, there are thousands of projects you can actually complete at night. So, so even if you have a 9-to-5
night. So, so even if you have a 9-to-5 job, you can actually complete your 9-to-5 job, come back home, and complete these projects at night. Now, this is one of the amazing thing about being a
data annotator. Now, what are you going
data annotator. Now, what are you going to be doing as a data annotator? The
number one thing you'll be doing is you have to label text, images, and or audio, okay? So, you'll have a bunch of
audio, okay? So, you'll have a bunch of audios, images, and texts. All you have to do is label them correctly following the standard provided by the company.
Now, another thing you need to do is evaluate AI-generated responses, okay?
Maybe when customers are actually chatting with an AI agent, okay? With
the company's AI agent, you need to evaluate the responses that the AI agent is actually giving them to ensure that it is giving them the right information and to ensure that the customers are
able to understand the information that is being provided by the AI agent. Now,
the next thing you have to be doing as an as an AI data annotator is review search results. And another thing you
search results. And another thing you have to do is simple research. So,
you'll be expected to carry out simple research tasks for the company and also.
Now, let's look at the requirements to of being an AI data annotator. Now, the
number one requirement is strong attention to details. Remember I said that you will have to be labeling text, audios, images, and the rest of them depending on what the company is working
with. So, being able to pay attention to
with. So, being able to pay attention to details is actually one of the major important skill as an AI data annotator.
So, you should be able to pay attention to details and minimize unnecessary mistakes as best as you can. Now, the
second requirement is good English. So,
you should be able to know how to speak, write, read correctly. So, this is one of the major requirements to land a data AI an AI data annotator role. Now, the
next is of course you need to have a laptop and know how to use basic computer skills. So, you don't need to
computer skills. So, you don't need to be a computer guru. You just need to know the major things about using a computer. Now, let's talk about the pay.
computer. Now, let's talk about the pay.
I've never worked as an AI data annotator before, but I have friends that actually work as an AI data annotator even to this. In fact, I have a friend that all she does is image
labeling and she earns as high as 20 Australian dollar per hour. So, the
typical pay for an AI data annotator is from 20 to 50 dollar per hour depending on your experience and of course on the company. But, if you are an entry-level
company. But, if you are an entry-level AI data annotator, you should be looking anything between $12 to $20 per hour.
Now, the next on my list is email support specialist. Now, this is one
support specialist. Now, this is one role I know that is actually very amazing, and in fact, I've worked as an email support specialist before, and I have friends that are currently working
as email support specialists. And when
I'm telling you that companies are actively hiring for this role, companies are actively hiring for this role, and the role is easy. You can do it at night, okay? So, even if you have a
night, okay? So, even if you have a 9-to-5 job, all you have to do is go to your job, come back home, and do your and work as an email support specialist and earn good money. So, let's look at
what you'll be doing as an email support specialist. Now, the first thing you
specialist. Now, the first thing you have to do is respond to customers' emails, because you're an email support specialist, you should be able to read emails correctly, understand what the customer is trying to ask or get
information about, and respond to them correctly. So, you should be able to
correctly. So, you should be able to process refunds and exchanges. So, this
company will be expecting you to be able to process refunds and exchanges. And
the next, you should be able to answer to product questions. So, you should be able to understand what services or products that the company you're working for offers. So, this will actually help
for offers. So, this will actually help you answer product questions or services questions being asked by customers. Now,
the next thing you should be able to do is escalate technical issues when needed. So, you should be able to know
needed. So, you should be able to know when there is an issue and when you should escalate or when you should not escalate an issue. Now, one thing that helps you to succeed as an email support
specialist is knowing when an issue needs to be escalated and knowing when the issue doesn't need to be escalated.
It's not all issues that should be escalated. In fact, that was one thing I
escalated. In fact, that was one thing I had to learn the hard way when I was working as an email support specialist.
So, not all issues needs to be escalated. So, you must know the issues
escalated. So, you must know the issues that should be escalated and the issues that should not be escalated. And one
thing that helps you to succeed as an email support specialist is be proactive. As an email support
proactive. As an email support specialist, you need to be proactive.
You don't have to wait for your for the company or people ahead of you in the company to push you or tell you what to do. So, you need to be proactive, know
do. So, you need to be proactive, know what to say, know what to do at every particular point in time. Now, this is one of the thing that makes you a good email support specialist. And above all, you should know how to make use of a
computer and you should have a reliable internet. These are also one of the
internet. These are also one of the requirements to learn roles like this.
So, let's go over to the next on my list. Remember I told you that for this
list. Remember I told you that for this particular role I'm about to mention, I actually earned a lot of money from this role. And trust me, if I come out here
role. And trust me, if I come out here to tell you that I made a lot of money doing a particular thing, just know that that is the truth. I made it a lot of money working in this particular space.
Now, the space is content moderator.
People do not know because this is not a popular role, but a lot of international companies are looking at hiring content moderators for your website, for your apps, for your social media pages, and
everything. So, content moderator is a
everything. So, content moderator is a skill that actually pays very well. And
one amazing thing is come most of these companies offer 24/7 jobs, and which simply means that you can even work in the night. So, even if you have a 9-to-5
the night. So, even if you have a 9-to-5 job, being a content moderator doesn't stop you from carrying out your 9-to-5 job. So, you can simply wake up in the
job. So, you can simply wake up in the morning, go to your office, perform your 9-to-5 job, then come back home and work as a content moderator. Now, let's go ahead to look at what are you going to be doing as a content moderator? Now,

content are suitable for the company and that is actually ties with the company's policies and requirements. Now, the next thing you'll be expected to do as a content moderator is to remove content
that violate platform's policies. Now,
like I said, most companies hire content creators. So, we have different social
creators. So, we have different social media like we have the we have TikTok, we have Facebook, we have Instagram, we have WhatsApp and the rest of them. Now,
your role as a content moderator is to ensure that the content generated by the employees of the company is actually following the regulations of each social
media platform. This is to ensure that
media platform. This is to ensure that the content generated will not be flagged. So, they are So, So, the
flagged. So, they are So, So, the content writers or the video creators will not spend hours, months creating content that will end up being flagged or taken down. Now, your next role as a
content moderator is to flag suspicious accounts. Another thing is to maintain
accounts. Another thing is to maintain community standards. So, you should
community standards. So, you should ensure that community standards are being upheld. So, you have to review how
being upheld. So, you have to review how their live chat supports specialists, their email support specialists, their virtual assistants, how they reply to customers, how they attend to customers'
issues to ensure that the standards of the community and the company is being kept. Now, let's go ahead to look at the
