okay maybe you're skeptical about this AI stuff you're probably overwhelmed with all the new tools coming out and not really sure where to start or you're scared that you're gonna get replaced here's what you need to know mastering

these tools it's not just a small level up it's a whole new world I'm gonna prove it I'm gonna take an email from a filmmaker his story idea and get it ready for production in under

develop the story below the visuals create the storyboards and then something else something that's such a Time Saver which I'll show you at the end all of that five minutes let's Dive In a warning this AI exploration it's

gonna move fast like real fast and it may not all make sense but that's okay the goal is for you to see the power and potential with these tools and that includes their speed

her daughter to cancer and then started a charity it's a powerful story just from the little bit that will had shared in his email but at this point I know pretty much nothing about the character or the story the charity or anything so

step one a quick Google search I'm gonna add the woman's name and the charity boom that pops up a medium article on Julie and her story okay so I'm just gonna copy and paste that into chat GPT

and ask for a Story summary easy peasy [Music] but the article has a video interview so I'm going to use a plug-in and I'll have chat GPT now review the video and see if

it helps us improve our understanding of the story okay now the secret sauce I've spent so many hours learning how to teach AI our science of Storytelling course which means we have these prompts saved that

teach AI story and how to execute it with your materials so I'll use my prompt to find the six essential plot points and build out Julie's story on Emily okay so I'm gonna start a new chat

in chat GPT and then I got this plugin that let us let's save our prompt library and I'm going to load this detailed set of instructions which will help chat GPT to develop the story structure I'm going to open up a notepad

and copy and paste all the valuable information the chat GPT comes up with so I can use it for future prompts so I'm simply pasting what chat GPT gave me on the story summary into this prompt

now tune this you can actually decide how many options you want for certain plot points letting you choose the best one okay we're 90 seconds in and I already have a solid story outline now we're

just getting started time to put your seat belts on now I'm going to feed these plot points into a new prompt and ask it to brainstorm visuals or b-roll using the four layers of place from Muse

basically give me some ideas on how to bring this story to life through b-roll so new chat loading that prompt paste the plot points in done with AI it's

always about you leading and guiding it so we got to take the ideas that we like and leave the rest here's one that really stood out to me for the hook he gave me the idea of this situation Julia's alone playing a melancholic tune

on her saxophone trying to express her grief through music I mean it's powerful and it's realistic for Wilm to film with her we're not done not even close so now we're gonna take the scene and we're

gonna have it apply Muses three over one rule effectively breaking the idea down into a beginning middle and ending in a wide medium and tight so that we have strong visual language oh new chat run

that prompt for the three over one rule but remember each time I'm using chat GPT and teaching it the rules of the idea and then asking it to execute with the material that I'm providing it so in

this case I'm now giving it that visual idea and having it break it down into the three over one rule okay so here's what chat GPT came back with remember we're just minutes in and we started from scratch so the beginning could be a

wide chart of Julie in her living room perhaps sitting on a chair or sofa holding the saxophone but not yet playing this would set the scene introducing Julie and the saxophone a symbol of her expression of grief now

this is what chat GPT gave me I'm not interpreting this for you the middle could be a medium shot of Julie beginning to play the saxophone her eyes closed and gross to the music the shot could capture her facial expressions showing the depth of her emotions and in

the ending it could be a tight shot of Julie's fingers on the saxophone pressing the keys also tight shots over lips blowing into the saxophone this highlights the act of playing the saxophone symbolica for channeling her grief

come on that's like Goosebump level wild it broke down the plot Point into a beginning middle end and really solid

visual structure okay now we're gonna take the wide shot we're gonna head over to Mid Journey we're gonna use it to create a storyboard sketch now a tip here is to use the quality setting and actually

turn it down to 0.25 normally you want high quality options for mid-journey if you turn them down you can get great storyboard sketches so I could take that plot Point run it into mid-journey then

I can pop over to canva use one of our templates for storyboards and I can copy and paste that information on the plot point and throw in the image from mid-journey and look at how quickly my storyboards are coming together now I'm

going blazing fast here but with a bit more time you can really push this story and have remarkable storyboards ready to go in I don't know half an hour but to really bring this to life we need a

powerful interview so more than just a story structure b-roll ideas and breaking them down into a shot list how about we ask chat GPT to create a list of interview questions wait hold on I

can make it better how about a train chat GPT on our interview techniques the need to create powerful conversations and how to whine them emotionally so

that the conversations flow so now new chat I'll run this prompt and now I'm going to give chat GPT the plot points and I'll tell it how many questions I

want per plot point boom strong interview questions in an amazing order for your interviewee that allows you to have a powerful conversation here's a question that

helps you to bring out the hook as an example can you describe the moment when you found out about Emily's illness and how did it change the Dynamics of your life I mean these are good questions

that are really intentionally developed I mean by chat GPT but through the tuning of these problems my friends this is all of the science of Storytelling at your fingertips in seconds it's an email
