Today, I'll be checking out another one-bedroom condo here inside the Nova Atrium located on Patia Clang 12 in the center

of the city.

This unit 76 meter in size and priced at 17,000 bar per month on a one-year lease.

There's the pool on the ground level.

It's nice long balcony here which leads into the bedroom.

Microwave, utensils, oven, as well as a cooking stove.

Got your fridge, too.

So, here's your living room bathroom.

Chest of drawers.

Here's your bed.

Air conditioning above it.

Apologies for the lack of light.

So, here's your on suite bathroom.

Very nice.

So, here's the pool on the ground level in the center of the grounds.

Fitness room too.

Set of dumbbells.

Resistance machines.

treadmill.

The Nova Atrium is located here on Patia Clank 12.

Roughly a 5minute walk behind the building is Third Road.

If you walk straight ahead from the building, if you turn right on this part of Patia Clang 12 and head down patio Saisong 4, you can access second road

right where Soy 6 is.

From that part of Patia Clang 12, a 10-minute walk to the left will take you to Central Patio Road here, where you can also access Second Road.

The unit I just viewed inside the Nova is available to rent through the inside juristic office and is priced 17,000 B a

month on a one-year lease only.

The deposit is 34,000 Bart and the electric is charged a government rate.

The previous unit I viewed inside that condo project was also a 76 m one-bedroom unit.

However, that particular one lacked the balcony and was also at the back of the building where noise can be heard inside from the nightclub across the land

below.

Also, that one was furnished in a distinctive retro way.

So, the unit I view today certainly spacious enough in size with not only one but two bathrooms inside.

The kitchen area very large with an oven fitted and a cooking stove.

Also, most cooking accessories you'll need.

Like I mentioned, that unit today did have a balcony that can be accessed from both the bedroom and living room.

In both rooms are two tall units to store your possessions.

With the light color walls and flooring and the windows letting in strong natural light, there's no lack of brightness inside.

The unit in pretty good condition, well maintained by owner.

So the building's amenities. There is a pool and a fitness room.

I'll discuss some slight issues I had with that unit.

First thing that stood out was the furniture layout in the bedroom.

As you walk in, the large wardrobe is right in the middle of the room, not against the wall.

That would be the first thing that change by moving.

The units inside not the best in terms of quality.

The white kitchen ones look slightly discolored from sun exposure over the years and had marks from oil splashes from

tenants cooking. A nicer set of dining

tenants cooking. A nicer set of dining table and chairs is definitely needed.

With the plain white color walls and black units, there's no color vibrancy inside.

You could say dull-looking in terms of design.

Some furniture and appliances were lacking.

No proper work desk standing or small lamps any kind of fan and no washing machine fitted inside

that unit directly faces another building meaning the balcony view is mostly restricted.

Now the amenities the pool a big disappointment far too small in size.

Lastly, the location. It has its issues.

The side roads in that district are very narrow and not very safe if you're a pedestrian.

The road outside the building, especially, cars and motorbikes pass by inches from you.

So, based on quality and value for money, I'm going to rate that condo a 6.5 out of 10.

I love the design of that unit.

The living room, kitchen, balcony, and bedroom all perfectly sized, but I do think it needs a renovation and an upgrade.

The furnishings and a different color theme.

As it is, I'd say it's slightly overpriced at 17,000 B a month.
