Hello everyone. I'm Lee. I'm an
intuitive and every month I take the pulse on what might be showing up energetically, emotionally or psychologically.
For the month of April 2026, there are eight themes. Three of those themes are
eight themes. Three of those themes are dimensional disorientation, timeline jumping, and the purge of

with you. Thank you. Okay. So firstly, I hope you're doing okay. I think that's a really important question at the moment.
And depending on the day, you might be doing okay, you might be doing great, you might not be doing okay. And of
course, everyone is in a slightly different place with this. But I've what I've done this month because there's so much going on is I've divided the energy
update into two categories. I'm going to talk about outer world themes and then I'm going to talk about inner world themes. So outer world is everything
themes. So outer world is everything going on out here that might be affecting us and inner world is everything that's coming from inside us or moving through us. Now, of course,
the outer world and the inner are connected and they do play off each other, but given how much is flying around right now, it just felt helpful to divide them into these two categories. So, I'm going to start with
categories. So, I'm going to start with the outer world, and there are four themes for that, and then we'll move to the inner world. So, the first theme I got given for the outer world pulls from
something that I brought up last month, and it takes it a step further. I spoke
about the purge last month, which is how it feels to be moving through prophecy in real time. That knowing prophecy is very different to experiencing prophecy.
There have been lots of prophecies about this time of history that we're in. And
many of us may have been privy to a lot of them for a long time. But it's a whole other thing to to feel yourself moving through it. We have brothers and
sisters on the planet who are right now in the thick of it. right now in some of the deepest, darkest, most difficult experiences.
You yourself might not be in those right now, but your empathy, your sensitivity, and your reaction to what's going on might be incredibly strong. So this
theme is the purge of collective pain, the purge of collective pain. And this
is twofold. On the one hand, you can look at collective pain, the pain body of the collective or the energetic pains that we have gone through as a society
historically coming to the surface and showing their face again. And these are cycles of history that we're moving through. But there's also fresh, very
through. But there's also fresh, very real, very now pain that a lot of people are in. Suffering, pain, grief,
are in. Suffering, pain, grief, difficulty.
So because of all of this going on, you as a sensitive might be finding yourself having hours, moments, or days where you feel like you're in the purge and it's
moving through your body in a very visceral way.
So here's the the theme for this this area of what we're talking about. So the
purge of collective pain, the purge is still happening as more shadows are revealed.
These reveals will continue through and beyond summer of this year. You will get more acclimatized to this, but don't be surprised when you are energetically or
emotionally impacted. Work with your
emotionally impacted. Work with your nervous system where required and know your triggers.
So shadows being revealed, more coming out about corruption or shadow in our world or things that we used to believe in or take for granted or think we were
safe in suddenly being revealed as the opposite. Now of course many
opposite. Now of course many marginalized groups on the planet have been experiencing this for a long time.
Uh now it's becoming a worldwide human issue. So it's a very intense process
issue. So it's a very intense process that we are going through and you might need to not only know how to work with your nervous system. So when you are
activated, what is it you need? Do you need quiet?
Do you need calm? Do you need breath work? Do you need to meditate? Do you
work? Do you need to meditate? Do you
need to put on nice music? Whatever it
is that's going to help you restabilize and reenter.
The nervous system going off in the body is a little like an alarm and it's trying to get your attention. And it's
not wrong. You know, when we see what's going on on the planet, it's it's a certain type of person living a certain type of life who is able to completely
remove themselves from it. And by the way, they're not doing the wrong thing.
You know, people who are able to maintain a really high frequency right now, not be affected by what's going on on the planet. We need those people. So
don't judge anyone for the way that they are experiencing things. But many of us who would identify as sensitive are finding these emotional waves really
big. So the reason there is a message
big. So the reason there is a message here that says work with your nervous system where required and know your triggers.
We all have different triggers. There
are different things that we may each be predisposed to because of our past. So,
for example, if I was someone who traditionally hadn't felt safe in my life, perhaps I grew up in a home or an environment where safety was never
modeled to me, offered to me, or I was repetitively in unsafe situations.
One of my triggers would be safety. And
safety would be something, the idea of there being no safety would be something that would alarm my body very quickly because I have lived through those experiences. So that's what I mean by
experiences. So that's what I mean by our triggers. We're all a little
our triggers. We're all a little different. For some it might be safety.
different. For some it might be safety.
For some it might be control.
But given how destabilized things are on the planet, it creates essentially an earthquake energy in your grounded stability. So we have to learn to be
stability. So we have to learn to be adaptable and we have to learn how to restabilize ourselves when our previous methods of stability are challenged. the
rug is pulled from under the feet. It's
it's a it's a big time and the only thing I can say about it really is that our job is to continue to find ways to strengthen ourselves and we do this not
just through isolated practices. We do
it through community. You know, we do it through connecting to others. I had a really beautiful conversation with a dear soul friend uh just yesterday for
90 minutes and I felt so much better afterwards. You know, I'd been okay in
afterwards. You know, I'd been okay in the day and I'd been fine. Uh but it was funny how that connection, that heartto-heart. So for me it can be that
heartto-heart. So for me it can be that as one of my important things that I have to bring myself to cuz it's very
easy to go into freeze or fight or flight to pull back from the world to want to isolate and hide away. But we do need to be able to bring ourselves to
the things the activities the people the actions that can help us feel balanced and centered again. Because even with everything going on on the planet, one
thing my guides are always reminding me is yes, we're seeing the purge of darkness. We're seeing a rise of dark
darkness. We're seeing a rise of dark agendas in many ways, but we are also seeing this rising of consciousness, this rising of light that is there too.
So on the days we're really struggling, we have to find that. And sometimes
we'll find that through others. So the
purge of collective pain, the purge is still happening as more shadows are revealed. If you are feeling a lot right
revealed. If you are feeling a lot right now, don't worry. There isn't anything wrong with you. But you are being asked to feel those feelings, purge what needs
to be purged, but equally to find a new way of balancing yourself. And we will acclimatize to this a little more.
doesn't mean it will ever feel completely comfortable, but we're in the first few months of a lot of this purging energy that's coming up and
through us in 2026, particularly the first half of 2026.
Okay, theme number two, timeline jump energy.
Timeline jump energy. Action and
reaction energy will be strong in April.
Things will flip and change fast.
ground and stay balanced as much as you can and use the action energy to lean into what you want to create and experience. Okay, so timeline jump
experience. Okay, so timeline jump energy. This is interesting. I have a
energy. This is interesting. I have a couple of close intuitive friends and we've all experienced a similar thing in recent months where it can feel like we're headed one direction and it can
feel very strongly like that for a few days or a week and then all of a sudden it shifts and things lighten up again for a while and then we shift back into
another timeline. So there is this
another timeline. So there is this flipping of timelines. Things are moving incredibly fast above our heads, so outside our bodies. And we're being
affected by that because collective consciousness is playing a big part in what actually happens on the earth right now. It's why it's so tumultuous.

So we are seeing these timeline jumps that that is global, but it can also be personal. But action and reaction energy
personal. But action and reaction energy will be strong in April. So, April will be a strong month with outer world actions and reactions, but things will
flip and change fast. This message has come up a lot in recent months that just as it looks like things are doom and gloom or things are all about to go down, suddenly things will change and it
won't end up quite being like that. And
I'm definitely seeing evidence of that playing out in many ways. So, look out for that, too. But because of how fast things are changing, ground and stay
balanced as much as you can, but also use the action energy because the action energy is going to bring a bit more motivation and a bit more support for
some of you. So use that action energy to lean into what you want to create and experience. You may need to take action
experience. You may need to take action to reorganize things this month to ensure that that happens for you. This
brings us to theme number three which is linked action in motion. Action in
motion. So a shedding of energetic layers in recent months will see those of you who have experienced that taking
bolder actions in April than in January through March. So for most of us in this
through March. So for most of us in this camp, swimming will be easier than trying to float this month. Okay, let me break that down because it's a little
obtuse, I think. But um so any of you who've gone through this purge in recent months and have felt a lot leaving you or moving out of you or changing and transforming in you, April is going to
be a bold month for you and you are going to get stuff done. You are going to move things forward. It doesn't mean you'll be like that every single day, but you will notice more of a an energy
of I can swim with these waves. I no
longer need to float just to keep myself safe. I'm going to start swimming with
safe. I'm going to start swimming with the waves and I'm going to see what I can actually create. So, action in motion will be a big deal in the month
of April. Uh don't panic. Those of you
of April. Uh don't panic. Those of you who are sitting listening to this lying in bed going, "Oh my god, I can't take action." I'm not asking you to. If it
action." I'm not asking you to. If it
doesn't come through you, it maybe isn't for you. But for those who have gone
for you. But for those who have gone through a lot of change and transformation in recent months, you will find yourself a little more acclimatized to these waves in the world
and you will find yourself leaning into action in a bigger in a bigger way than you may have all year so far.
Fourth theme for the outer world is collective balance and collective growth will come from the new. Collective
balance and collective growth will come from the new collective balance. You know, perhaps
collective balance. You know, perhaps historically collective balance came from certain things that we all liked and that we all knew and they were traditional. Well, a lot of traditional
traditional. Well, a lot of traditional is currently in shift in major shift or transformation or in some cases some of the things that we relied on are no
longer there for us. So any balance and growth in our collective is going to come from the new. Meaning new
communities working together in ways they didn't previously have to as a response to certain things going on that are disastrous or that people are having to rally around. There is a lot of new
energy on Earth which I think we don't talk about enough. I often am having to report on how the old is leaving um and how we're experiencing the old leaving.
But I'm also constantly asked to remind us of how much new is occurring. So
collective balance and collective growth will come from us behaving in new ways and new experiences for us bring new
energy and the new is what will eventually rise from the ashes of our current world. So look for and create
current world. So look for and create the new in your life and for the lives of those around you where possible. So
if you want to harness this energy, but it's not naturally coming to you, you could literally choose to do a new thing every week right now as a conscious
action to get you in that slipstream of new energy. Sometimes new energy will
new energy. Sometimes new energy will find us and come through us and sometimes we have to help make it happen. You never know which well you
happen. You never know which well you will know which camp you're in. If uh if nothing really new is happening for you but you like the idea of this new start doing some new things. You know the
small simple things that many of us are aware of. go a different way to work or
aware of. go a different way to work or walk a path that you don't normally walk or if someone invites you to a party that you would normally say no to. Say
yes and just allow yourself to go for 30 minutes just to see because you never know where the new wants to find you. We
have to respond to new energy right now.
It's really important. Otherwise, you'll
find yourself very confu consumed with the death of the old. And actually, what we have to do is be here for the birth of the new as we go through the death of the old. And many of you are programmed
the old. And many of you are programmed and wired that way. Many of you will feel like you have lost your light recently because you are so tired of
watching the death throws and death rattle of the old world. So we have to create the new in order to bring new energy, new life, new birth to the
planet. April is a good month to do
planet. April is a good month to do that. Wherever you live in the world,
that. Wherever you live in the world, whatever hemisphere and whatever the weather is doing, April energetically, astrologically on all levels, it's going to be a very good month to try and give
yourself to new experiences because we have this action energy that's really strong in April. Okay, those are the outer world themes, but of course they relate to the inner world. Now we're
going to look at the inner world, which of course can also relate to the outer world. It's very confusing.

Okay, theme number one for the inner world. Dimensional disorientation.
world. Dimensional disorientation.
Dimensional disorientation. Here's the
theme. Where are you positioned now? And
how are you doing with it? Many are
accessing new and higher states of being and it can affect your sense of balance and normality.
Old ways and things that no longer have the same pull or identification for you.
Um, which is really an ongoing ascension symptom is quickening for more people now in tandem with the unraveling of of
the old outer world. But intense
releases from your past can accompany this and then feelings of invincibility or strong energy or great courage and
new patterning can follow. So this is really I mean it's a classic ascension symptom for those of us who've you know been through our ascension journey for
we've been at this a long time but more people are going through it than ever before. So more people will feel
before. So more people will feel dimensionally disoriented.
So where before the norm might have been a lower state of being, a lower way of being and it wouldn't have felt low to us because it may have been at that
point our evolution. You know right now there is this literal splitting of the worlds energetically on earth that is creating a sense of human disorientation
which is psychological and emotional in nature but also energetically we have this dimensional disorientation as people are having more cosmic experiences, more energetic experiences,
more intuitive experiences and it can pull you around and you can start to wonder where is the gravity, where is the middle and usually Usually, it's different for all of us, but usually
there is a period of time where you feel a bit like you're not even really here or you're like, "Wow, I'm walking through my life like it's all normal, but I don't feel like I'm seeing things
from the same vantage point as I was or feeling things from the same vantage point as I was." And that disorientation is part of the process. During that too,
you may have intense recall from your past, old memories, old experiences flushing through your body, flooding through your body, and it might feel
like regression. But usually it's a
like regression. But usually it's a pocket of energy that we are going to, if you like, compost, and we're going to use that energy and we're going to bring
it to new life force. But we often have to unpack, heal, or recall or revisit the moment that energy became compacted.
So, let's say you were very badly bullied and you no longer feel like you're bullied and you've got yourself to a place in your life where you've worked on your self-esteem and all the
things that bullying may have taken from you or states that were lower that the bullying put you into. You might now be
55, very happy, living a a good life, and all of a sudden this memory of the bullying comes through your body and it's intense. It's okay when that
it's intense. It's okay when that happens. It's it's our body and our
happens. It's it's our body and our energy field releasing something that at the time we either couldn't feel, couldn't release, or it wouldn't have been good for us to really be highly
aware of it. But as it's about to rebirth, as we're about to let go of that old story, we often revisit the feeling. So that's what I mean by
feeling. So that's what I mean by intense releases from the past can accompany this and then feelings of invincibility or great courage or new
patterning will follow. You know, we often have to take a couple of steps back before we take three steps forward.
It's not how it happens for everybody.
We're all a bit different, but for many of us and for the majority of people who are sensitive and tapped into their emotional selves, that can be part of
the process. So theme number two in the
the process. So theme number two in the inner world telepathic intuition is increasing. Telepathic intuition is
increasing. Telepathic intuition is increasing. There is an increase
increasing. There is an increase apparently in people knowing and sensing each other and it's happening now. So
you may feel increasingly connected to the thoughts, feelings and knowings of others. This is worldwide and more
others. This is worldwide and more people are experiencing it slowly but surely. Now, you know, for many of us
surely. Now, you know, for many of us who have some intuitive wiring in us for a long time, this might not seem like it's going to make much of a change for
you, but actually it will because it will in a way make your life easier. It
will make that part of you that is very good at intuitively sensing the world and communicating in some ways, it will give you more people to have that resonance with. So, the good news if
resonance with. So, the good news if you're already intuitive is it's going to make you feel a little less alone and a little more like you are part of a worldwide tribe. For those of you who
worldwide tribe. For those of you who have never been intuitive before, your biggest hurdle might be believing that it's happening. So, the thing about
it's happening. So, the thing about intuition is test it. You know, that's what I always advise.
It's very good to test your intuition and to see if it's valid. So, if you've got a trusted friend who you're thinking of and then they call you, you know, ask them, "Hey, I was thinking of you. When
were you when were you thinking of calling me?" You know, if there's
calling me?" You know, if there's someone in your life that's safe that you can ask about these experiences just to test it. I think one of the greatest disservices that has been done to us is
this idea that intuition is this special otherworldly thing. I do not think it is
otherworldly thing. I do not think it is at all. I think it's part of how we're
at all. I think it's part of how we're built and I think it's part of how we're constructed. It's just we were talked
constructed. It's just we were talked out of it and we were told to be afraid of it. It's actually a natural part of
of it. It's actually a natural part of our sensory evolution here as beings and it's a part of our power and our skill, our ability, and it's also a part of our
safety. You know, having an intuition
safety. You know, having an intuition helps you discern and decide where to go, who to go with. you have that gut feeling or that gut knowing. Well,
telepathic intuition is more showing up now for more people where you might be thinking of someone and they call you or you might be having thoughts about someone and wondering if they're okay and then the next day they tell you,
"I've been having a really rough time."
So, that's what that will look like and it's increasing in frequency, which is a good thing. Okay. Theme number three on
good thing. Okay. Theme number three on the inner world side, you are allowed to be you. you are
allowed to be you. Where is this experience not showing up in your life or where is the opposite reality being shown to you? Notice where you are
allowed to be you and notice where you aren't.
Don't confuse this with being liked and accepted or appreciated or everything going your way. But know you are allowed to be you. This is the end of people pleasing.
So firstly, you are allowed to be you. I
see a sentence like that as I'm receiving it and typing it out and I think God there are so many places in the world in our world right now where we're being told we aren't allowed to be
us on so many levels.
So on the outer world we're having a lot of the opposite being affirmed to us certainly by the existing systems that have control.
But on a personal level partly because of that you will be less tolerant of modifying yourself people pleasing
staying silent because you're going to feel more raw and you're going to feel the need for you to be fully you in a time like this. We all need to be as
fully us as we can right now. So notice
where you are allowed and where you aren't. Notice the people in your life
aren't. Notice the people in your life who are happy for you to be you. And
notice the people who want to judge you, belittle you, shame you, try and tell you off for being you. And just notice that and go, "Huh, might not be able to hang out with these people quite as much
right now because that doesn't feel true to me. I'm being stopped by another
to me. I'm being stopped by another human." But remember, and this is really
human." But remember, and this is really important, don't confuse you being you with a guarantee that you're going to be liked accepted appreciated or
everything's going to go your way.
That's very different. Those are two very different things. People pleasing
might lead you to some of those outcomes. But actually, when you're
outcomes. But actually, when you're fully yourself, there will be some people that won't like you or won't like what you said or won't like what you did because they're in opposition or they
have a judgmental opinion about you. And
there's nothing you can do about that.
There's nothing you can do about that.
So, know that you are allowed to be you and that the part of you that perhaps used to modify yourself or people please or stay silent, you don't need to do that anymore unless
you choose to. If it's painful for you to do that now, you're going to find yourself busting out of it and remembering I am allowed to be myself.
We are all going to die one day. And of
course, you know, the soul is not going to die. But we as humans in this
to die. But we as humans in this identity, in this form of us, we are all going to die at some point. And the
wisdom that we learn from people who are at the end of their life or know they haven't got much life left to live, they all say, "I wish I'd just been more myself." They say other things too, but
myself." They say other things too, but that's one of the things they say. The
things that they're worrying about or societal concerns, they go out the window. This is that kind of time. So,
window. This is that kind of time. So,
good luck with your journey of remembering you are allowed to be you.
It's a journey and it's an uncovering, but it's an important one. Finally,
anger, sadness, and grief as movement toward expression and making changes.

Remember, these feelings and emotions often come up for us before we make a big shift in our life or before our
perception or experience of life really changes. So anger, sadness and grief,
changes. So anger, sadness and grief, there is a lot of that going around right now and it may have been moving through you. But sometimes it's what
through you. But sometimes it's what moves you towards expressing yourself differently or making changes you need to make.
So interesting, you know, as I say those words, making changes you need to make.
I'm like, God, this is a this is a time on earth where a lot of people understandably would be afraid to make changes or would be hesitant about making changes or would think, oh, I'm just going to wait for everything to
calm down before I make changes. And
that that's not the message I'm hearing.
I'm hearing if you feel like you need to make a change, do it. And again, make the change you're sure of or that you feel pretty confident in. Don't make a change you're very very hesitant about
or you have a lot of fear about it. That
that's telling you your body isn't ready to move into it. You might be thinking about it. You might get there or it
about it. You might get there or it might just be good for you to sit in the possibility of it. But if your fear is so strong it's going to unground your
action, wait is always my advice. But a
lot of you will be able to make really powerful changes in April. Despite the
wavy world despite the tumult that we're seeing, it's going to be a month of big action. And that's not just action in
action. And that's not just action in the outer world. It's action that we will take and we will make some big moves. So, good luck with everything
moves. So, good luck with everything you're doing. And to bring all of this
