Oh my god, I just cannot believe it. But

I just canled every single one of my subscription plans that I was using inside of my AI agency because Claudebot can just do it all. It's ridiculous. So,

over the past week, I have been furiously rebuilding my AI startup called Creator OS. And it was originally costing around $4,000 a month to run my

software. And I just saved three grand a

software. And I just saved three grand a month because I was able to replace every single tool that you're seeing on this screen with this little red lobster

over here. Okay, this is ridiculous. And

over here. Okay, this is ridiculous. And

my goal in this video today, guys, is to show you exactly how I did this so that when you guys build out your CloudBot operating systems, you're able to basically remove all of these

subscription plans that none of us want to pay for. And in this video, I'm going to run you guys through three chapters that is going to break everything down.

I'm first going to start off by breaking down the six core features that makes Claudebot so good that you can replace all of your software with it. Then I'm

going to go step by step with every single software application that I replaced with Cloudbot. and I'm going to explain the solution that I'm using

inside of Cloudbot to create this opportunity to actually just get rid of and cancel all of my plan. I'm then

going to finish off with the most simple Claudebot tech stack that I've built that runs this entire AI agency. So, if

you're looking forward to this video like I am, looking forward to making it for you, please hit this video with likes and subscribe. If you want to get hands-on material to grow your AI agency or grow your AI SAS, then check out my

academy, Kev No Code Academy, down in the link down below. But let's get into the rest of this breakdown. So, I just want to say that last month, my agency

made around $30,000, but costed $4500.

This month already, January 29th, my agency will make around $35,000, but will only cost $1,500. So this month alone, I've saved three grand in API

costs. So what actually makes Claudebot

costs. So what actually makes Claudebot so capable that it allows us to replace all of our software. Now I've already made this exact breakdown so I'm going to do a little speedrun version. So

essentially these six tools are the reason why and I'm going to go through each one. The first one is Claudebot has

each one. The first one is Claudebot has its own computer use tool stack. So it

has the Chrome developer tools and it has the Playright MCP tools. This allows

our agent to do whatever we want on its own computer. So, it doesn't have to use

own computer. So, it doesn't have to use APIs to do things. It could just click the screen and it'll get the same job done. The second reason is that it runs

done. The second reason is that it runs on a computer. So, whether that's a Mac Mini or any other computer that you'll be running it on. This gives Claudebot the full computer power, all of the

files on your computer, and it just runs locally. So, you don't have to use a

locally. So, you don't have to use a VPS. You don't have to pay for any of

VPS. You don't have to pay for any of this hosting. And so, absolutely

this hosting. And so, absolutely game-changing in that way. Now, similar

to naden and make.com, when we were building out our AI automations last year, we would set them on scheduled triggers inside of Cloudbot, we can set up any one of our workflows into a cron

job, which is the same thing as a scheduled trigger. We could communicate

scheduled trigger. We could communicate with our Cloudbot agents remotely using iMessage WhatsApp Discord Telegram.

We could integrate it into cloud code, meaning if we run into an issue with our cloudbot agent, we can actually have it debug the problem, find the solution, and apply it to the codebase without us

being there. And all of the skills that

being there. And all of the skills that I've shown you guys on this channel and all the skills that exist on the internet that we give to our AI agents can also be given to our Cloudbot agent.

So when we decide on a workflow that's winning using the this six feature suite, we can then turn them into a skill and then Cloudbot knows exactly how to use it. So this is the stack that

allows us to replace all of our software. So now what I'm going to do is

software. So now what I'm going to do is we're going to go through each software tool that my AI agency has replaced with Cloudbot. I will then explain what each

Cloudbot. I will then explain what each software tool did for my AI agency and then I will explain the software stack that replaced it with CloudBot. And to

make things fun, we're going to go from most expensive to least expensive. So,

buckle up, grab some coffee, let's dive in. So, the first tool that we replacing

in. So, the first tool that we replacing costed me $2,000 a month, and that was the AirShare API. So the airshare API was very powerful because it allowed us

to connect to all social platforms for any one of our clients whether that's Google LinkedIn Reddit YouTube Tik Tok, Twitter, every platform. We could

then post content to all platforms. We can get analytics from all platforms. We could run social comment automations similar to ManyHat. And we can run social messaging automations similar to

ManyHat as well.

The solution costs $0 a month. And the

way that we do this is by leveraging social cookie login. So when the CloudBot agent uses your computer to log

into a provider, it will save that JSON code that has signed into that website so that it can keep using that code and keep signing into that website. Meaning

it'll have full access to whatever thing that you log it into.

It'll then use computer use tools like the Playright MCP and the Chrome dev tools to actually do whatever you want on that software provider or on that social network. So if it was like

social network. So if it was like LinkedIn for example, it could have one skill set where it sends DMs, one skill set where it responds to comments, one skill set where it creates content. I'm

going to explain that a little bit more later on. It can post content to the

later on. It can post content to the internet and it can grab the content that lives on the computer. So if we had one workflow that created a video and

stored it into the computer, then we could have another workflow that checks that folder, grabs any new pieces of content and uploads it to the internet.

We could also do this via database storage. So that is tool number one. Now

storage. So that is tool number one. Now

tool number two is Phantom Buster. Now

Phantom Buster was an amazing automation platform for us to do certain computer use actions and and certain lead scraping automations. The core use cases

scraping automations. The core use cases that we had for Phantom Buster was to send connection requests on LinkedIn and DMs on Twitter as well as Instagram

scraping and email address scraping.

This costed us $200 a month because the way that their plan scaled was that every time I onboarded a client, I would have to pay extra per month for that

client. And the solution is very similar

client. And the solution is very similar to the solution in software tool number one where if we have someone's social cookie login and we have the computer use tools and the workflows. We can go

and do everything that was once possible on Phantom Buster but now we can do it for free or at least for like a dollar a month because the only cost in this workflow is to getting the leads or aka

like lead scraping. So, if we wanted to get like leads on Instagram or leads on LinkedIn or email leads, for example, we would use Ampify. Ampify is the biggest lead scraping platform on the entire

internet. It's extremely cost effective.

internet. It's extremely cost effective.

And that's why I set it at $1 a month because that's genuinely how much it's costing me to do lead scraping at scale.

So, the third tool is instantly.ai. And

instantly.AI is very simple. It's just a powerful email automation platform. So

you can spin up email accounts and then those email accounts can send emails on your behalf. Well, that's $100 a month.

your behalf. Well, that's $100 a month.

And the solution is just giving your Claudebot agent its own email address and then having your CloudBot agent sending some emails back and forth with yourself or some colleagues to warm it

up. Once that's set, this email can work

up. Once that's set, this email can work the exact same way that the instantly email worked, but for free. This is just like what's happening the software.

[laughter] All right, tool number four are AI automation platforms. So nadn or make.com. So the core value of these

make.com. So the core value of these platforms in 2025 was that yeah, we could build up streamlined AI automations and then we can set these AI

automations on scheduled triggers. In

2026, AI automations are just agent skills. So once you give your agent its

skills. So once you give your agent its skill, it's able to then do whatever task that's in that skill set. Once

you're satisfied with that skill, you could just set it up on a cron job. And

a cron job is the exact same thing as a scheduled trigger. It just different

scheduled trigger. It just different terminology.

But again, $100 a month to now $0 a month. Software tool number five is Cap

month. Software tool number five is Cap Cut, Adobe Studio, and the Clap API, aka video editing. So, this allows us to do

video editing. So, this allows us to do video editing, sound design, resizing different videos from vertical to horizontal, all that fun stuff that

costed me around $100 a month. The

solution is an app that I built using Cloud Code, which is called Hyperedit.

And HyperEdit uses agent skills. It uses

this tool called FFmpeg, and it uses this tool called Remotion. FFmpeg is

what we use to make cuts in the video, edit the video, change the sound design, fix the sound design, and reotion we can use to create animations. Once you have good workflows, you can turn those into

skills, and then all of a sudden you have an agentic video editor that costs nothing except for the tokens that you're paying for uh for your AI model.

On top of that, this is also way, way faster to edit videos than Cap Cut because all you have to do is send in a prompt and then the agent will go ahead and do that. I'm going to be making more videos on this because like I said,

HyperEdit is still in development and I'm going to be releasing that to the No Code Academy so that you guys will have access to that Aentic video editor as well. So, those are the main software

well. So, those are the main software tools that I wanted to talk about today.

Now, there are other ones that I've gotten rid of, like Many Chat, we don't use, and a bunch of other ones like Twillow, Vappy. Like, we don't need any

Twillow, Vappy. Like, we don't need any of these things. But, but the reason why I showed you those main five is because those are really the most expensive tools that we were paying for inside of

my AI agency, Creator OS. And over the past week, I used all of these software replacements using Claudebot, and I

built a full stack AI employee.

Introducing my Clawbot employee, Zeus.

Zeus will create one long form YouTube video, two short form videos, two written posts, 200 Instagram DMs, 100 emails, 20 connection requests, and 100

Twitter DMs every single day. And it

doesn't need to use any of those software tools that we were previously using in the past. So you guys are going to be given the codebase that created

Zeus. And so our tech stack cost went

Zeus. And so our tech stack cost went from around $4,500 to around $400 per AI

employee. And we only need these three

employee. And we only need these three core tools. So we need to use cloud code

core tools. So we need to use cloud code or cloud opus as our AI model that powers the entire cloudbot operating

system. We use ampify to do any type of

system. We use ampify to do any type of lead scraping on any type of platform.

So, phone numbers, emails, social networks, and then we use Hey Genen to create video content of Zeus. So, we've

created a Zeus avatar. We've given him a voice. We've given him images, but now

voice. We've given him images, but now we just use Hey Genen to create any video that we could possibly think of.

And so, I turned Zeus into a codebase on GitHub. So, if you want access to that

GitHub. So, if you want access to that codebase, just head into the no code academy, shoot me your email, and you can build out your own AI employee just like how Zeus works within like a couple

days. I hope you guys enjoyed, and let's

days. I hope you guys enjoyed, and let's enjoy these software savings, baby. What

a crazy time.
