toxic touch I think we all understand toxic touch is inappropriate touch and we all understand the damage that toxic Touch Can can have in someone's life in terms of messing up their thought life

impacting how they function in future but there's another side to touch as well and that is what we call lack of touch or the scientific term is called cutaneous deprivation so the lack of

touch is as bad for the brain and the body as too as inappropriate touch they've done a lot of research studies where they've shown that children that have been put into orphanages and people that just don't get sufficient touch it

affects their immune system it affects how they their self-esteem it affects their intelligence it affects how they function so it's really important that we actually touch appropriately you know

that hug that well done that pat on the back that handshake that cuddling your child that giving a hug to your spouse that is just so good in releasing all kinds of incredible chemicals that flow

through your body and help you to turn maybe a bad day into a great day so appropriate touch is such a good thing and such a healthy thing
