How I Legally Copy $40k/Month Channels With My AI System [FULL COURSE]

By Kevis

Summary

## Key takeaways - **Avoid 'Walk Traps' for YouTube Shorts Success**: Many online guides offer misleading advice, leading creators down unproductive paths that drain time and energy without yielding results, making it crucial to discern genuine strategies from 'walk traps'. [00:20] - **Shorts Offer Lower Barrier to Entry Than Long-Form**: YouTube Shorts have a simpler algorithm and require less upfront cost for editing or hiring staff, making them accessible for creators to test content and iterate quickly compared to the higher effort of long-form videos. [06:04], [06:44] - **High Success Rate Niches vs. Generic Niches**: Generic niches have high demand but also high competition, making them harder to break into, while high success rate niches have less supply relative to demand, offering a faster path to monetization. [07:21], [16:08] - **Competition Research is Key to Niche Selection**: Analyzing competitors is crucial to understanding market performance; if most channels in a niche are stuck with low views, it's a red flag, indicating that your own channel is likely to face similar struggles. [11:19], [22:49] - **Ideation Drives Viral Success, Not Just Metrics**: Focusing on viral ideas and proven clips is more critical for success on YouTube Shorts than obsessing over metrics like average view duration; understanding what the audience consumes and finding similar viral content is paramount. [40:14], [41:16] - **Leverage AI for Sub-Niche Ideation**: For sub-niches or non-commentary content, AI can analyze transcripts from multiple successful competitor channels to identify patterns and topics that resonate with audiences, guiding ideation before creating any content. Hello ladies and gentlemen, and I

promise you this is probably going to be

the most indepth YouTube shorts guide

you ever watched on YouTube. And I know

a lot of people say that you probably

heard this a bunch of times, but

actually that is something that you

should think about, right? I would say

the reason you're still stuck where you

are right now on YouTube shorts is

because there's endless advice. Anyone

can give advice. Anyone can say, "Oh, do

this, do that. This is the best niche

right now. This is the best strategy."

Right? But another thing that you should

keep in mind is like anything in life,

anything you're trying to achieve,

there's one path and there's other

endless paths that that arguably lead

nowhere. And all they're there to do is

to take your energy, take your time,

take your mental space, and basically

make you feel like you're making

progress, but you're actually walking

the wrong path. And when you get to the

end of that path and realize it leads

nowhere, now you're like, "All right,

well, YouTube shorts is a scam. Why the

[ __ ] am I not seeing results when

they're all seeing results? You know,

99% of it are walk traps. Okay, walk

traps, right? Anyway, why should you

listen to me, right? Cuz I could just be

like one of them. Well, I've done it.

I've done it over and over. So, I bu

this channel. So, I built this channel

to over 40K. I probably have covered

this multiple times on the channel, but

the reason I keep talking about it is

the videos take 12 minutes to make, and

I'm literally replicating this on so

many other channels. Basically scaling

what works, right? But that's not all. I

monetized this channel in about one

week. But anyway, I covered this on the

channel before. Monetized in one [ __ ]

week. Over 300k subs now. And in the

same month I was running that experiment

cuz everyone was like, "Okay, I was

making my personal brand videos. I was

new to this thing. Can I build my

personal brand here on this channel that

you're watching right now?" And

everyone's like, "Oh, okay. Build a

channel live. Show us how it's done."

Well, in the same month, I also

monetized this channel. same month. This

one took about a month to do. Like

there's so many accolades you could say

that I've done on YouTube shorts, but

I'll just keep attaching them on screen

right now. I got Ivan from 0 to 12K subs

in about a month. Odin is monetized and

he got monetized in about a month as

well and he's currently well that's his

channel right there. Althia blow up his

channel. I'm blowing up this channel

right now and these ones right here. And

we run experiments like this all the

time. These are more like on screen

right now, you'll see more and more. But

I am not saying this to flex. I'm saying

this to let you know if you have any

sort of attention span and you can sit

through this video with no cuts, no

edits. I don't script my videos. Just

know these things off the top of my

head. So, cuz I'm going to completely

I'm just going to sit here. Everything I

know about YouTube shots and how I would

start a new shorts channel if I were to

blow it up as fast as possible. how to

find the right niches, the actual right

niches, because bro, anyone can say this

is the best niche, right? Because if you

say this is the best niche, it's

clickbait. You get views, right? So, but

I'm going to show you what's actually a

good niche. The checklist you should

use, how to ideulate with AI, you know,

cuz I incorporate AI with what I'm doing

because why not? Because it's

revolutionary. All my AI templates, all

my scripting templates, I don't know.

Okay, the mindset, everything. Okay, now

you may be thinking, "But why the [ __ ]

would you do this? Why? Why?" Right? And

this is actually something that I want

to address. All my past videos have been

getting comments. People are like, "Yo,

guys, oh my god, the only reason he's

sharing it now is because it doesn't

work anymore. You guys are [ __ ]

losers." But it's baffling to me, right?

How even if you hand people what's

working, they will doubt themselves out

of it. So, for those that are wondering,

oh, but I'm probably not sharing what's

going to work because I don't want to

create new competitors. What

competitors, bro? Is this guy my

competitor? Look how many likes this

got bro.

>> So, even with the new YouTube update,

I'm currently make

>> Oh, where's the video? Did he delete it?

Oh my god. Did he delete his comment? He

deleted his comment.

>> Hello, my name's Gavin.

>> Oh my god, he deleted his comment. Why?

Why? Why did he delete his comment, bro?

The guy deleted his comment. I was

trying to show you. But basically what

he was saying is he was like, "Oh, the

only reason this is working. This is I'm

sharing this video is because it's not

working anymore. Oh, people are so

gullible." And anyway, but the reason

I'm saying this is cuz it got over 300

likes. I mean, you can skip ahead, but I

just I want to preface this. I want to

get you in the right mindset before you

even watch this course. Cuz I'm not

joking when I'm saying, "Oh, it's

literally everything I know about

shorts." But the reason I can so

confidently share all this value on

YouTube

is because number one, the people that

were already going to succeed on shorts

would take action on it and succeed on

shorts. Even without my guide, the

people that were going to make it are

still going to make it, right? And out

of those people, I'm still going to get

competitors regardless. But the people

that oh, what would you say? The major

masses that oh if I got them as

competitors it would be bad news

probably wouldn't take action because

they already have limiting beliefs. You

think I'm joking but I'm not joking.

Your competitors really are already

doubting this cuz they have been taking

they've been watching a bunch of all

these videos binge watching these guides

and stuff like that and that ended up

nowhere. So the everything they see

they're skeptical and that's good. And

number two reason I could do that is

because I know right that bro I don't

think you see any other personal brand

channel on on like YouTube shorts

blowing up like this much right now. And

one of the strategy behind that is one

cuz I did long form. I know how to get

views on long form. But secondly the

reason that's happening is because I

share so much value on these videos. So

it's not it's also mutually beneficial.

I go viral. You learn what you need to

know. Enough yapping but we're going to

get started. Number one, let let me give

you a quick overview of YouTube shots.

Why should you even do YouTube shots?

Why not long for me? Well, why YouTube

shots is so good is obviously because I

mean look at these videos, right?

These videos can take you what 10

minutes to make. It's very easy. You

don't need much upfront cost to like

hire editors or stuff like that. You

know, you can literally start yourself

with zero money invested whatsoever.

That's why it's so good. Another reason

it's so good is the algorithm for shorts

is very much simpler to the algorithm

for long form. For shorts, once you

analyze the market and you see what

people are doing, what's getting

attention, don't make the greatest

video, you still get attention, right?

But we'll we'll cover that once we're

talking about niches and stuff like

that. But so the mindset you should

approach shorts with is you should

understand if you're someone that did

long form, you understand that long form

takes so much more effort, energy, time

to make and all these things. and it's

harder to iterate faster post videos,

right? But on shorts, you can take

advantage of the low entry barrier to

like test videos, make videos, make

videos in batch, test the algorithm, and

literally iterate quickly and see

results faster. That's what I really

love about YouTube shorts. Now,

obviously, to start your very first

monetized channel or to start getting

monetized or to even start making

content in general on shorts, you need a

niche, okay? And you need a really good

niche. depends on how fast you want to

monetize. But if you want to monetize as

fast as possible, I would say go for

like high success rate niches and I

recommend this for beginners, right? I

suggest this for beginners. Now, I'm

going to get into what high success rate

niches are. But before that, let's talk

about the more generic niches cuz

there's two types of niches. There are

more generic niches that evergreen

that's been here forever. It's very

popular. A lot of people are trying to

get into these niches, right? And on the

other hand, there's a lot of niches

where because YouTube is so big, there's

so many different things you can talk

about. I guess you could call them

subniches that emerge here and there.

And it doesn't mean that trends that can

still be completely evergreen, right?

But those niches are the ones that are

easiest to literally drive your channel

from where you are into monetization.

Now, so when I say generic niches, okay,

I know this is about the animal niche.

basically let me play a video real quick

>> when he saw a turtle struggling in the

ocean.

>> So it's basically wholesome clips you

know about about stuff but the idea is

it's the clips that bring the attention

for this and it's completely evergreen.

Let's go all the way back to when he

started making his first video. This is

years ago. Okay, I think so that was

last year. Okay, but there's other

channels like this has been created

three years ago. back. If you have a

channel like this doing good views or if

you have a channel in this niche, if you

keep posting, you will see results. And

I'm going to show you actually I'm going

to tell you why it's harder to break

through in these niches, right? Because

everyone's doing them, okay? And this

would be opposite of what I call high

success with niches. Before we get into

high success rate niches, let's talk

about how it would look like. What's the

realistic time frame if you were to get

into a niche like this, right? And what

would be your best shot? I'm going to

cover this first. Then we're going to

cover how success rate is the ones that

you monetize faster. I'm going to give

you all cuz I know everyone wants to do

different things. So, I'm going to give

you all strategies, every single one of

them. So, the pros for this one is that

the views can get crazy, right? The time

is total addressable market. It's

insane. You can reach so many people,

right? Another pro to this is once you

have a channel in this niche, you're

pretty much good, right? Because from

there, all you need is just to keep

making videos, keep making videos, keep

making videos, you never have to worry

about really, oh, your channel getting

um not getting views, etc. because it

doesn't saturate, right? If for example,

you stop getting views, all that means

is that you need to find better clips,

which I'm going to show you how to do,

right? So, let me show you example why

when you start this niche right now, um

you are more likely to be stuck in the

video in the dedicated video. We're

going to cover the zero video later on.

right now the 30k video. Okay, the tech

gel if you didn't know is so when you

start a new niche and let's say you're

new like small creator in a new niche,

YouTube tests your channel. So when

you're making videos, you're not going

to instantly like, oh, hit a million

views, right? You're going to have a

period of time where your channel is

literally being limited, being throttled

at around 30k views, right? And what I

want you to understand is that is really

dependent on the niche. Some niches you

can monetize on the first video like I

told you on on the like I showed you

with that channel that was a high

success rate niche right and some niches

like these really require post a lot

more volume before you end up breaking

through and I mean a lot more volume

there's no guaranteed number could be 60

videos could be 100 videos could be 200

videos right but there's no definite

number but like I said earlier the pro

to this is that when you eventually do

break through and consistently getting

views you're pretty much set forever

right so the Reason when you enter these

niches, niche like this or even okay,

let's say gender shots, this is another

example, these commentary niches. The

reason that when you enter these ones,

it feels like you need to make a lot

more videos to break through is because

everyone's doing them. So when you

search something, let's say, let's say,

let's try to find competitors. And this

is another thing that you have to

incorporate in your mindset before you

even enter any niche. You always want to

do competition research because you're

not [ __ ] Queen of England, bro. Like,

you're not freaking you don't work for

YouTube, right? So, when you make your

channel, the average of what the market

is getting, of what channels in the

market, the niche is getting is what

you're going to get, right? Because you

don't have an edge over them. You're

pretty much doing what they're doing.

But I'm going to give you an edge

always. But you you get what I mean

anyway. Okay. So, right, let's find

competitors. How do I find competitors?

I'm going to get you through the whole

process of how I analyze niches before I

even get into them. But we're using this

as an example right now. If you were to

get into this niche or the whole

commentary niche, the color commentary

niche. Okay, I don't know why I forgot

about that, but yeah, the color

commentary niches. If you were to get

into them and you were to find

competitors, let's say, let's try to

find competitor for what was the other

channel. So, another way you can the

fastest way to try to find competitors

is to maybe look at your most popular

videos

and copy the title. Copy and paste it

here. I'll remove this and put the

little asterisk. When you do that, it

just brings you a lot more channels like

that. Okay. So, when you do that, you

can go to shorts. Click shorts and go

ahead and click filter and like sort by

this month. So, like that. Okay. Nothing

by this month. That's cuz that was an

old video. But let's select this here. D

of the year. We can search this instead.

Okay. So yeah, we after clicking a

bunch, we got this. So I just remove the

emojis. But you would try to search the

most recurring title formats how they

usually title their videos. When you

search for it, you now try to look at

the competitors. Now the reason most

people are going to be stuck in this

video because they're doing what

everyone else is doing. The reason for

that is only about 10% of the market of

these commentary niches are the ones

actually doing so good views like really

good views right and these people are

are the people that are at the top of

the curve right and the reason that is

is because they posted so many videos

that literally like most of these

channels they are really doing it like

businesses okay so they're not sitting

around like you transcript videos post

videos they're the ones batch producing

content they're the ones that have whole

systems behind them they're the ones

with teams they're the ones ones that

literally handle like a business. So, it

doesn't matter how they feel, videos get

posted every single day and stuff like

that, right? Those people that play for

the long-term game are the ones that end

up winning in the end and are the ones

that end up getting the views, right?

Now, the reason that's bad news for you

is everyone else is doing it, right? And

then you have the other 90%. Other 90%

are stuck. The other 90% are people in

the journey, right? People making videos

like this, right? 40 videos posted and

they're just not seeing views, right?

This is your competitors and I promise

you 90% of this niche are all like this.

Okay, they're getting random views here

and the dedicated views. As you can see,

views are stuck. But 90% of the market

is like this. That's why when you start

your channel, your channel is most

likely going to be like this, right? For

a long period of time, right? The only

ways you can break through faster is

regardless, you need consistency and

volume. Volume is the number of videos

you've posted. Okay? But you have two

ways you can break through. One is just

sheer determination and like consistency

like I've said. Another way you can

break break through it faster, break

through the jail and like start getting

more views is through ideiation. Better

ideation. When I say better ideiation is

better methods of finding clips that

have gone viral cuz that's essentially

what these are doing, right? If you can

more closely identify clips that are

more likely to go viral and you combine

that with consistency and like share

determination, that's going to be the

fastest way to break through it. But

nonetheless, literally spamming like not

spamming, don't spam. We're going to get

into that. But literally, just share.

I'm not going to give up on this. I'm

just going to keep posting, keep

posting, however long it takes you,

right? If you just keep posting because

of how the market is. This is not me

making up [ __ ] right? If you just keep

posting, right? Keep posting. Keep

posting. Keep literally posting and stop

complaining. Cuz a lot of people

complain about, "Oh, I've been stuck for

this long, but I'm not seeing views."

You know, but you're not special.

Everyone's stuck. 90% is stuck. Like the

reason it feels like everyone's

succeeding and you're failing is because

the only point, the only like

screenshots you see, the only success

stories that you see that will obviously

only make it to your feed are the ones

that succeed. The people that fail, you

don't look for them. In fact, you don't

even do your competition research,

right? But I promise you, I guarantee

you for these niches, commentary niches,

90% is failing. That's how the market

is. Now, you can get a more, you know,

you can help yourself. You can just do

it faster if you have a strategy like

I'm going to give you in this video. But

that's the commentary niche. Okay. I

wouldn't say the reason, okay, the

distinction between these niches and

what I call is a high success rate niche

is when you do competition research,

there's so much demand. There's so much

demand with not good not enough supply

that when you do competition research

you see that you find about like three

to four or five channels and they're

also succeeding like they're not failing

they're not stuck in the video high

success rate niches like that you can

break through the video or in the 30k

video in freaking 30 in freaking 30

videos or five videos for example so I'm

going to give you an example of what I

would call a high success rate niche now

you don't need any tool to find this in

fact I'm going to show you how you can

find this without any tool whatsoever

how to do it easily but it's very easy

to find these niches and when I say high

success rate niches do not mistake it by

trends it's not trends right can also be

for green okay so that brings us to my

checklist okay when I enter niches if I

just want to run like a little

experiment for you guys if I want to you

know show off or if I want to make a

viral video on my channel this is what I

go for this is what I go for because

they're the easiest to monitor not

easiest but the fastest to monetize.

Yeah. So that brings us to my checklist.

Okay. If your goal is to monetize within

two months and start making multiple

four figures, this is what you would go

for. Okay. And the reason this works,

like I've said earlier, I feel like I'm

just yapping, but like the reason this

works is because no one is doing this,

okay? Everyone is doing the frequency,

the niches that are getting told or

given in the videos and stuff like that,

right? And for some of those watching

this video, if you want, if you feel

like you want to get direct help from me

to build this channel, like I build it

for multiple students, if your goal is

to monetize fast, if you can invest in

yourself, if you want to work with me,

the link for that will be in the

description. But for everyone else, for

those that are actually ready to put in

the time themselves and execute this

strategy and learn on their own, I got

you. I always got you in these videos.

Spam of the likes right now, by the way.

Type tight. Anyway, okay, moving on.

More checks is better. Okay, if your

goal is to mon as fast as possible, you

need these checks in mind. So, let's go

through it. Number one thing is videos

are getting on average 1 million views.

What this confirms to us is significant

demand, which is good. You always want

significant demand cuz if there's

significant demand, if you're a new

viewer or if you're a new channel and

you make videos, you're more like you're

most definitely going to get some

attention, right? And we're looking for

recent videos. So, you always want to

make sure that you're checking their

recent videos and clicking this and

making sure that they're posted

recently, right? Because niches that

were going viral 5 months ago and then

they stopped making videos 5 months ago,

if if you make videos like that, you're

probably not going to get views cuz that

niche has probably transformed. Not

saturated to transform. I promise you,

no niche ever truly saturates, right?

From my experience, what actually

happens is market sophistication, right?

People get tired of watching the same

things over and over and over. Market

chores. That's why in any niche for

example in freaking let's say 2015 when

the whole oh self-improvement thing you

know was a big thing when it was new

everyone was saying get into this

self-improvement self-improvement. If

you made videos if you made any video

about oh how to be productive it would

get views. But fast forward 5 years

later today if you make how to be

productive video no one gives a [ __ ]

They've seen it a thousand times. That

doesn't mean that the audience is dead.

That doesn't mean the market is

saturated. They didn't [ __ ] get

nuked, bro. They're still alive. Um, all

it means is you need to be more creative

in the kind of ideation that you come up

with. And for shorts, what that means

for you is you need to follow patterns.

You need to follow the formats. There's

formats that consistently garner views.

Sometimes that format saturates. There's

new formats, but the audience is still

there. They're just craving something

new. And if you're patient enough and

you don't give up on that channel, that

new format is going to emerge and you're

just going to pivot your channel into

it, right? That's why this channel isn't

dead. Okay, the one that made me put 5K

from. But yeah, I'll get into how you

can do this effectively, right? But in

case I end up forgetting for some reason

when you monetize your channel, when

you're getting views, the audience tab

really gives you a lot of insight in

what your audience is currently

consuming. Now, make sure it's recent

views. And this guys, most importantly,

all my ideation research, everything I

do about ideiation, about niche

selection, it has to do with

competitors. Let me okay, approach it

with this mentality. Stop trying to get

into a niche. Um, just because you see

good views. Try to remove red flags that

this is if you're going for high

successful niche, if you want as fast as

possible, remove as much red flags as

possible from that niche instead of

trying to look for green flag. Okay? So

more checks is better. You would want to

make sure that you have competitors. And

I've shown you how you can find

competitors. Another way that you can

find competitors is if you go to the

channel and you start watching their

videos. Let's say this was a channel you

wanted to model for example. What you

would do is you just watch a bunch of

their videos, engage with their videos,

like their videos. And once you go back

to the home feed, I'm going to give you

an example how to do all this. But once

you go back to the home, like to the

homepage, you will be getting their

videos here. And if you keep doing that,

it will start recommending you similar

channels to that channel. So that's how

you would find more competitors. Now the

reason competition research is so

important if you want to monetize as

fast as fast as possible and you're

getting into a high success rate niche,

that's what's going to tell you is this

a high success rate niche. So time to

give you an example. So, this channel

has been going super viral recently and

he literally started when was this about

>> the sweet little girl accidentally fell

as

>> 2 months ago and it just started. It's a

it's commentary and it just started.

Okay it's

>> videos about animals

>> heart broke when her soldier friend left

for the army,

>> right? But there's a whole format behind

it. There's a whole there's a reason why

it's a high success rate niche or format

right now. If you watch every video,

>> this girl told everyone she had the

world's smallest.

>> She's using a particular song, etc.

>> using a particular way she subtitles her

videos right?

>> A giant dinosaur was

>> and around the end, she's using this and

most importantly, she's using that one

song. It might sound trivial, but these

things really matter. Okay. Now, to

verify if this is a high successful

niche, if you create your channel in

this niche, how fast can you go viral?

Right? What you would do is consume

their videos. I'm just going to watch a

lot of his a lot of their videos. I'm

going to skip ahead and we're going to

look at the competitors and we're going

to see if it's a success or niche or

not. The goal is to find at least two

competitors doing well. Because on the

flip side, if all the competitors are

failing and just not seeing results,

chances are that's how your channel is

going to look like too. But we're going

to get into ideation and how to come up

with viral ideas, etc., etc. So, yeah,

stick around, etc., etc. So, yeah, that

will give you an edge. This girl was

confused when her dog suddenly went over

to the mother cat and gently picked up

one of her kittens. She told him to put

it down, but the dog refused to let it

go. Surprisingly, he went back again and

brought another kittus was so old that

even his friends didn't know his real

age. But on his birthday, they made sure

he didn't feel alone. So, they planned a

little surprise party just for him. His

friends came from the back window and

cheered for him with their flashlights.

They even prepared a special fish cake

just for him and placed a pink crown on

his head. Each friend gifted him his

favorite fish and they finished the

party with boba tea. It turned out to be

the walrus's happiest birthday ever.

This walrus was

>> This girl prepared the bed for her three

dogs. At first, two of them quickly took

their spots. But even though there was

plenty of space, the third dog squeezed

himself right between the other two. So,

the owner laid out a bigger mattress so

all three could sleep comfortably. But

still, the third dog did the same thing

again. Then, she came up with another

idea and brought out two separate

mattresses. But the third dog refused to

sleep separately. Then the owner

realized that those three had actually

grown up together and had slept closely

their entire lives. Their bond was truly

inseparable.

This girl prepared the bed. This woman

spotted a little hedgehog stealing

watermelon in her garden. When she

touched it, the little thief panicked

and ran away. Surprisingly, the very

next day, the same hedgehog returned,

this time with a friend. Both of them

were enjoying their watermelon, but

after getting caught, the friend ran

away quickly. The little one couldn't

run, so the woman gently grabbed its

ears and scolded it. That's when she

noticed several

>> after a few minutes of engaging with

your videos, you know, watching the

videos and stuff like that. I went back

to the home feed and we got this. We're

getting some similar channels. What you

go ahead and do actually one of the

other videos that talked about this guy

with the pet B. So, this is definitely a

similar like a competitor channel. So,

what you would do, we need more here.

So, we would go ahead and open this in a

new tab.

>> This guy has a pet. This interesting.

Let's see this guy's channel. 50 videos.

Okay, by the way, that tells you

something about this clip. Hey, work for

two channels. If you're in this niche,

why not give it a try, right? So, 50

videos. Obviously, the recipe is not

exactly

Wait, where's the channel?

>> This man had no friends.

>> It's not exactly like infest diary, but

>> so he would always go to his favorite

and eat his favorite biscuits. No. So,

we'll just keep watching that. Would we

watch this?

I'll say no, cuz we only want to find

exactly this. So,

>> I'll make a cut and I'll cut to when we

found

>> it doesn't take that long. It takes

about I've been here 2 minutes or 3

minutes. It doesn't take that long.

>> That's why you shouldn't skip the It's

very important competition research.

This cat loved to bother pretty girls.

>> This girl gave the otter two choices,

ice cubes or his favorite fish. He

looked at the fish and rushed straight

to his feeding window. But jokingly, the

girl gave him the ice cubes instead. The

moment he realized it wasn't his fish,

he refused to take it and looked angry.

Feeling guilty, she quickly gave him his

favorite fish and gently rubbed his paw

to say sorry. Finally, the otter happily

ate his treat and then blew her the

sweetest little kiss in return.

This girl,

>> this man saw a small rabbit jump and

fell into a dry.

>> Oh, okay. Okay. Looks like we're finding

we're finding direct competitors now. We

have this one. Let's see.

>> Toss her trash into this pool, but she

didn't expect nature to teach her a

lesson. She'll

>> Is this one? Okay, it's empty.

>> This dog has a habit of anyways

>> with low volume. I'm going to watch it

on low volume while this one cuz I think

this is a direct competitor. Okay, he's

only made four videos.

literally blew up in his first video.

>> Oh my gosh, this is

>> Is it the right color?

>> But it's not. I think he's starting to

pivot to his strategy now

>> to empty diary strategy. So I guess I

would watch this. Yeah, I would watch

this one.

>> Women thought it'd be funny.

>> And then so when we reset, it's getting

us similar channels like that.

>> Unable to think of any other solution.

She saw that the owl was carrying a

letter just like in Harry Potter. She

thought maybe she was invited to

Hogwarts.

>> So, I'm going to try a new strategy. So,

I'm going to try a new strategy. I'm

going to copy the their titles, but I

will try too hard. Try to find some

competitors. Okay. Okay. Got this guy.

Recreating their viral video is never a

viable strategy though. Most likely,

like most of the times, it's just not.

You want to find similar videos to what

they're making that's gone viral, but

you don't want to directly repeat what

they're doing because as you can see,

everyone's literally doing the same

[ __ ] But um let's see. Okay, a lot of

these are kind of stuck

>> in the same air conditioner. So she

decides,

>> okay, but this is what it would look

like. Let's say for example, you find

some competitors and you're looking

through and the views are just not up

there. Obviously, this is still good.

>> Time her entire body just froze. It was

like her brain was overloaded and needed

to be rebooted. So, when the woman took

away her other fingers, it was like

pineapple's brain got restarted. The

woman also found that if she put tissues

in front of her, she would freeze

completely. So, her owner would get

pineapple to freeze and then play pranks

on her. She would even put her in the

cutest costumes. And if you love cats,

like and subscribe and comment a heart

for them. This cat wouldn't let her.

>> Whoa, whoa, whoa.

>> This owner wanted to teach his little

kittens how to use the litter box

properly. At first, he showed how to

cover up his waist, and the white kitten

could do it straight away. But

>> so, after looking for a while, we found

channels like this. And another thing

that competition research really helps

you do is it helps you nail the winning

strategy. Okay, when you're looking at

three different data points, let's say

you find three competitors, it helps

you, it tells you what's replicable,

what kind of what part of that format is

replicable. Okay, so or leads to more

views, right? So, we got this channel

right here. Got about 47 videos posted.

Doing pretty good. It's not doing the

worst. Doing really good, but it looks

like it looks like this guy is taking

videos from one creator. Okay. And as I

was looking earlier, I also found this

channel also putting really really good

views doing what Inface Diary is doing,

right? So when you have competitor, not

only does it help you nail what's

actually driving the views, cuz now when

you see competitors, you kind of

understand, okay, maybe the reason

they're getting the views isn't because

she's [ __ ] it's like now isn't

because, oh, she's editing her videos in

a certain way or this is happening. When

you find competitors, it helps you nail

down what is driving the views, right?

just like this channel doing really

good. Doing pretty good. He's not using

any kind of crazy

>> retriever is the most

>> like he's not he's not using the same

what would you say

>> he's not using the same what would you

say

>> this guy

>> and like

>> has a pet bee named honey bun who

>> like the same titles cuz people would

think oh this is why or this is

important or

>> he always

last thing

>> this guy has a

>> you see that image right there let me

see oh this is part of the recipe you

must get this right otherwise that's why

your video failed but that's not

actually what's driving the is the only

thing that's the only thing that's here

that's common across all the small

channels that we've seen go viral using

this format is the clips, right? The

clips they choose, right? They want to

choose videos that's gone viral before.

And if you go to popular here,

>> this is why you should never get a black

cat.

>> This is why you should never get a black

cat. And it's essentially about this cat

>> can't find

>> being so black. Being so black that it's

hard. Being so black that it's hard for

being so black that it's hard

>> owner looks in the direct

>> to find them cuz they hide on black

surfaces and stuff like that.

>> So isn't that crazy that that video

worked for that channel? That video went

viral on that channel and they also went

viral

>> on this channel. Ooh, crazy. Now, that's

that's really crazy. Now, a lot of

people would say, "Oh, it's because they

edited really well. Oh my god, they they

hooked people for 100% of the video."

No, that's not what's bringing the

views. What's bringing the views is cuz

this clip is a viral clip. Is a hot

clip. Like, I've explained this on the

channel before. You can go watch this

video. Hopefully, I'll remember to put

it up there, but you can watch this

video where I talked about that. Um, but

yeah, this is one of the things that we

make sure we iron down. Like when we

work, like let's say I'm coaching you to

do this. I give you the clips. I give

you the niche. I give you the clips

because if you have a niche and you

don't know how to ideate and find these

viral ideas, you're going to be stuck in

just for longer. So yeah, but I'm going

to be covering how you can do that. So,

okay, crucial. It's very crucial to do

competition research because not only

does it verify if you should even get

into the niche in the first place

because what you would normally usually

find is that when you think a niche is

the most perfect niche, when you start

doing competition research like I just

showed you with the search strategy or

trying to watch their videos hoping

competitors come up here, you'll find

channels that are like stuck in the

video. If you're finding channels 30k

views and they're just stalker and not

getting really good views on average,

you probably shouldn't want to get into

that niche. It's going to take you like

I mean you could do it. You can you can

break into any niche with just constant

share dedication and just posting

posting posting. But if your goal is

blow up fast, that wouldn't be the ideal

niche for you. So you would want to find

two competitors doing really well doing

similar recipe, right? And this is

crucial. You don't want to find much

failing competitors doing the same thing

they're doing finding good clips editing

editing them well but failing right

because that would be a red flag right

some entry barrier this is not really

required this is for niches when you

want to calculate how long would a niche

last before it saturates but niche we

just covered never really saturates

because it's just about the clips right

the clips bring the views like I said

earlier the recipe you want to make sure

the recipe is clear you can consistently

hit a high swipe rate, right? You want

to think ahead. If you're going for

longevity, um, and you want to run this

niche for a long time, this is what you

would keep in mind. You know, how clear

is the recipe and how long do you think

it will last? You want to make sure that

you're not going into trends. Okay? It

might feel like you can monetize really

quickly when it's a trend. Like for

example, there's another trend that

started earlier. I think it was the labu

doll kind of labu dollar something like

this. It was something like this. But it

was popping off like every video was

going viral. You know, a lot of people

got into it and they printed and they

got made a lot of money from it, right?

But eventually that format would die

down cuz it's one very specific format

and obviously audience fatigue like I've

explained earlier. But actually, I don't

think it's the worst idea cuz I truly

believe that a niche never really dies

cuz you can pivot. And how you can pivot

is if you do if you've built your

channel based on a trend, right? And you

got a lot of impressions on your

channel, you got a lot of traffic on

your channel, you can then go to the

audience tab. You can go to the audience

tab. Go to this tab, right? And then

this would show you videos that your

competitors are watching, right? What is

taking their attention right now? what

are they more focused on? And then you

just make a video positioned in this

library of videos and you're more likely

to pick up impressions again. This is

how you would revive a dead channel.

Okay. Now, that's how you verify niches.

Now, how do you find niches? I'm going

to show you how you can find niches,

right? With or without my tool. Um, I'm

going to show you how you can find

niches. Most importantly, how to

ideulate so you go viral to ideate even

for commentary people. People doing

commentary. I'm going to show you how to

find the right clips that would go

viral, how to script your videos and

make sure that you're making the scripts

that the market wants that's going viral

for other people. And then we're going

to cover the zero view. And then we're

going to cover the 30K view. Ready?

Let's go. So, how do you find these

niches? Now, I do have a tool that helps

you find these niches, but I'm not going

to say, "Oh, get my tool or you can't

find many niches." Don't need any niche

finder. Find good niches. If you're

prepared to just scroll, you can find

the really good niches. Okay, so let's

go into that method first. So what you'd

usually do is you would go to a channel

where you're only consuming content

you're using regularly. And you would

click in meter. So you let's say this

channel for me cuz I'm recording on my

phone. I can't really show you, but I

usually use my phone. And like if you

click I'm going to hopefully have a

screen recording of me doing this, but

if you click the incognito tab, it will

basically bring you it will make you

like a new user and you can scroll

through what's currently trending on

YouTube right now. So you can do that if

you're on your phone or you can open me

tab and just start scrolling on uh on

YouTube, right? And what you're looking

for if you're a beginner, you're looking

for faceless niches obviously because

you don't want to show your face and

stuff like that. You'll be looking for

faceless niches. Anyone, I literally

want you to get this thing right now.

Get this. I'm going to have it attached

in the description. Download it. Put it

next to your thing when you scrolling

through niches and you're trying to find

those niches. So, I'm going to scroll

through a little bit. Let me see what I

can find for you. We can just gloss over

it. See if it's a good niche or not.

And obviously if you're a beginner, you

want to look out for channels like this

cuz channels like this you can't really

monetize cuz they'll just say, "Oh, it's

not transformation like transformative

that you're not adding enough like

original

um modification of the clip to make it

monetizable."

But I will just freaking scroll

>> any channel that is like a personal

brand. Obviously, we don't want that.

So, we'll just keep scrolling.

And I will tell you as a beginner, you

might find channels like this. Channels

where okay, okay, channels like this for

example, and you'll be like, "Oh, this

is a lot of views. This is really good.

This is really good. It's really good.

It is good on paper." Now, the mistake

you're going to [ __ ] make is that

you're not going to do competition

research. Cuz if you do competition

research, right? If you were to do

competition research on this, you see

that on average, right, small channels

in this niche, and it's the small

channels that you're looking for, small

channels in a niche like that are all

stuck. Let's see if we can find this a

competitor. So, as a beginner, like

they're all stuck. this guy's made over

183 videos and he's just not getting

views right now because you're using the

shiny object syndrome. When you see this

channel, you're like, it's really good,

especially if you're a beginner. This is

the walk trap thing that I was telling

you about. Using the checklist thing

that I gave you, it's going to save you

a lot of time. You don't want to do

that. You always want to be doing

competition research, right? And

obviously, if you keep making videos

just blasting content, blasting content

like this guy, eventually you will get

results. But but the mistake beginners

make is that they feel like in their

first 15 videos of just making these

videos like like this guy, they'll start

immediately pulling the views that he's

pulling, right? And some niches you can

do that like I said earlier with high

success rate niches, but when you now do

competition research, it's these

channels, your competition that

literally tells you how your results

will look like when you get into it. So,

so this would be method one of finding

winning niches. Don't don't let anyone

tell you you need some kind of tool to

find winning niches. I promise you, you

do not. If you're ready to scroll, you

can find the really really good niches.

Okay?

>> So, yeah, this is this is how what you

would do. Try to find a bunch of niches

and obviously use the checklist. Really

important. Stop relying on your hunches.

Stop relying on what you think is good

because you don't know what is good. If

you did know what is good, you'd be

rich, wouldn't you? But yeah, anyway, so

you don't know what is good, use this

checklist. All right. Anyway, let's

let's move. Let's keep going.

[Music]

Ladies and gentlemen, now we proceed

with ideation. I think this is the most

important. I think this is the most

exciting part of the process because I I

promise you as long as your edits are

not [ __ ] as long as you're getting good

retention, which we're going to talk

about, good retention, 80% plus is fine.

As long as that as long as when you look

at your graph,

let me bring up something. Okay, in

terms of AVD, guys, please stop over

obsessing over this. As long as your

videos don't have any red flags. As long

as like there's no sharp freaking what

would you say? Dips. As long as there's

no sharps or sharp de dips around here,

you're good. You're good. Your videos

cuz a lot of people are going to watch

your videos, right? Not everyone is

going to [ __ ] sit down, watch it

twice in a row. People, some people will

engage with the video more. Some people

will not, right? It's just how it is

when you're targeting these mass

audiences. So eventually things will

smooth smooth out right there's just

some editing mistake you made maybe some

voice over was too loud or something

like that it will show you in this graph

or where there's like a big drop off the

big drop off is happening then you know

you need to optimize your hooks you need

to optimize this etc etc by and large

guys just because you get this to a

million% it's not going to get you going

viral I promise you it's just not what's

going to get you going viral is making

videos on ideas that the public want to

see that people already consume it.

Let's say it's like it's like rain like

when it's raining right how I approach

ideation is okay make videos it's

essentially like if you if it's raining

and if you stand in the rain you're

going to get wet right you will going to

you are going to get wet it's the same

with ideation when you do competition

research like I told you you should do

you know what people are consuming now

when you make your videos when you

ideate and make the kind of videos that

people are consuming you just slot your

video or you put it in the rain of

already big attention, you're going to

get wet. You're going to get views.

Right. Right. I've explained it on the

channel before when we blew up this

channel in the month. Right. You can go

watch that video. I'll try my best to

link it here. Uh link it up there, but

you can go watch the strategy behind

this video behind this channel right

here. So, yeah, that's really really

important. If you want to learn more

about ideiation, you can you can watch

that video. But obviously, this is the

full guide. What you want to do is, but

obviously this is the full guide and

we're going to get into that, right?

Yeah. So, whoever is telling you get

your swipe link to this, get your AVD to

this, that's going to get you views. No,

focus on your ideation. Focus on the

kind of clips you're making. Focus on

using your competitors

to understand what's working for them

and understand what kind of videos

people are consuming the most in your

niche. Now, enough yapping. I'm going to

give you an example.

Iation

ideation.

Now, in terms of ideation, I'm going to

give you two different methods, right?

But the two different kinds of niches

that we talked about. One is the more

generic commentary niches, right? The

ones where the clips are what brings

views. Here's how you would idea for

them. In fact, it's pretty simple. But

here's how you should start as a small

creator to monetize the fastest in these

commentary niches. Here's what you

should do. Okay? So, you're going to use

YouTube.

And what you're going to do on YouTube

is instead of trying to find already

viral clips from other sites, sure

that's a viable strategy. You can

absolutely do that. But having taken

already viral clips from YouTube itself,

already raw viral clips from YouTube

itself gets you closer to the bullseye.

I've experienced this time and time

again. In fact, I'll show you an example

right now. So, this is one of the

channels I was testing in a new niche.

It was in uh the grow blocks nish

initially but after I implemented the

strategy I'm going to tell you in this

video as soon as I pivoted it using the

ideation strategy I'm going to tell you

this first video hit 500k views 40k I

haven't been as active on this but um

yeah we had another video hit this many

views and if you're in the commentary

niche commentary on average takes a lot

of videos to break through but you're

seeing these results on like week one

week two that's pretty solid Right? So,

if you're a small creator, this ideation

strategy that I'm about to give you is

what you need to be doing. And not only

this channel, I'm running the same

experiment, the ideation strategy on

another channel. So, let me pull it up.

I'm running the same thing on this

channel, right? So, this one was in the

Roblox niche. I was like, "Fuck it. I'm

going to pivot this two." Here we got

130k views, 104 views, and then we get

zero views over here. It's not the end

of the world, guys. you know, 25K, 14K,

and then I think this video is also

blowing up right now. 57K, not bad, but

it gets you closer to the bullseye when

instead of trying to take clips from

other social media, you try to start

from YouTube. I'm not saying that you

should only stick to YouTube. I feel

like getting clips from other platforms

in the end will lead to you having like

higher viewed videos, you know, those 50

million views, etc., etc. But in terms

of success rate, in terms of trying to

get get your attention getting pushed,

get your video getting pushed to get

your channel getting the impressions it

deserves. I've had more success by

starting on YouTube. Okay? And here's

how you would do that. So, we're going

to use the infest diary thing as the

example. Okay?

So, so we would go to the channel again,

right? But here's what we're going to

do. We're going to only watch Infest

Diary videos, right? But when you do go

ahead and go to the homepage, Mhm. you

can apply this to any sort of commentary

videos, any sort of commentary channel,

any s any sort of niche where you need

viral clips, you can apply to any of

them. What you do is you only watch in

diaries videos. You just consume, like,

comment as much as possible. And the

more you do this, I'm going to show you

an example, but the more you do this and

come to the home feed, eventually it

will run out of inface diaries videos

and it will start giving you raw clips

without the voiceovers like unedited

literally like raw short clips, you

know, of scenarios like that or videos

like that or moments like that. And when

it starts giving you those raw clips,

what's very good about it is that those

clips are already clips that have gone

viral on YouTube before that no one has

made commentary voice over on. It's

literally a gold mine and then you can

take it and apply your own commentary

edits on top of it. So, let me show you

an example.

>> Went over to the mother cat and gently

picked up one of her kittens. She told

him to put it down, but the dog refused

to let it go. Surprisingly, he went back

again and brought another kitten,

placing it in his own bed where his two

this girl told everyone she had the most

intelligent orca in the world. But no

one believed.

>> So when you come back here, don't click

any other video. Click in this video or

the channel that you're copying video.

Okay? Keep watching it and we'll see

what happens. This zookeeper loves to

tease his hippos. He often sneaks up on

them with funny toys. One day, he bit

the hippo's tail with a dinosaur toy,

and it got so scared that it jumped into

the water and started making angry

sounds. Even the baby hippo isn't

spared. He pretends to steal its ears,

making it believe they're missing until

it ends up crying in frustration. But he

always comforts them afterwards and even

gives them watermelon as compensation.

Despite all the teasing, the hippos

never hurt him because they know he

loves them very much.

>> This zookeeper loves to tease his

hippos. He often sneaks up on them with

>> [ __ ] This is a keeper, bro.

>> So, the owner laid out a bigger mattress

so all three could sleep comfortably.

But still, the third dog did the same

thing again. Then she came up with

another idea and brought out two

separate mattresses, but the third dog

refused to sleep separately. Then, the

owner realized that those three had

actually grown up together and had slept

closely their entire lives. Their bond

was truly inseparable.

>> This girl prepared the bed for her three

dogs. At first,

>> mate. This dog looked pregnant for

several months, but there was no sign of

delivery. So, her previous owner

abandoned her in the mountains. There, a

kind-hearted woman found her and took

her home. Her belly was so swollen that

even walking was difficult.

>> Right. So, I did that for about four

videos. Like, I just ke when I

refreshed, I came on the home feed, I

just kept watching their videos. And

we've got our first sign of raw videos,

the kind of videos I'm telling you

about. So this video is unedited,

>> not being added voice over on top of and

it's gone viral before. Right. Right.

This is the kind of videos that would go

viral. It's animal clip. It follows the

same storytelling structure that Infy

was using. You can apply this kind of

clip finding strategy to any channel.

Now what you would do when you found one

is to start engaging with it. like,

watch the video all the way through and

comment something. Oh my god, beautiful

freaking video. Oh, what what does what

did those bots say? Oh my god, the way

you explained this.

The way you explained this was so clear.

Watch videos. Engage.

And what that's going to do is when you

refresh the home feed again, it's going

to give you endless more clips like

this. Now you have endless viry clips

that you can make in whatever niche that

demands clips. Okay? And this is what

actually drives views. Contrary to what

everyone else tells you to believe, it's

not your retention being a million%.

It's making videos on a proven viral

clip that can go viral. Okay. Yeah. So,

yeah, I'm going to make another cut to

when our whole feed is full of potential

bar clips like this.

These people should get a job, bro.

Like, what the [ __ ] is you doing, man?

Anyway,

this hasn't been edited, like hasn't had

the voice over added to it. You can do

that. This one also went viral and it

doesn't look like it has voice over on

top of it. You can do that. The more you

engage with these clips, you can open

them in new tabs. The more you watch

them, the more you find potential viral

videos. This is what I do. This is why I

can blow up so freaking fast, right? Cuz

it's the actual videos, the actual clips

is what matters, boys and girls. I think

this philosophy came from the whole idea

that I did long form, right? Long film,

if you don't have viral ideas, you're

kind of cooked. It's all about viral

ideas. It's not luck. It's it's all

about viral ideas. And yeah, this is

what I make sure we nail for you if

we're working together. That is your

speed. If you want to monetize as fast

as possible, this is one of the things

that we make sure we we nail down for

you. Now boys and girls, we shall move

on to ideiation for and that is how you

would find viral word clips for any

niche that's more generic, any niche

that requires some kind of you know

commentary commentary niches and stuff

like that, right? where the clip is what

drives the views. Now, another kind of

ideation that you come across is when

you're in niches like let me give you an

example of what I call a more more like

a subniche, right? And more like a like

a high success rate niche, but it's a

subniche. It's not really the general

kind of thing, right? So, in niches like

this, typically it's not just the clips

that bring the view. So, let me let me

give you an example.

So this would be an example of something

like a subniche, you know, something

that obviously you're not talking about

like random viral clips, you know. So

how would you ideate for something like

this, right? Because a lot of people

just say, "Oh, it's lock. You just have

to keep doing what you're doing." And

part of that is true. You do want to

obviously keep iterating cuz when you

iterate, you learn something new about

the market. You learn about what they

consume and stuff like that. So you can

go to manual route and just constant

trial and error. Trial and error might

take a while, might take a long while.

You will figure something out, right?

I'm not against that. But what I like to

do when I try I want to speed things up

is I would copy this and again I would

do the competition research like I told

you. I would try to find competitors. I

would try to find two to three

competitors that are doing well. And

what I'm going to do is I'm going to

copy their transcripts. I'm going to

copy the link and I'm going to go ahead

and download their transcripts. Now, if

you're wondering what the transcripts

are, it's basically

>> I bought it from,

>> for example, clips that you know that

has a voice over, you would download

what's being said in the voice over. The

reason we're going to be downloading

these things is we're going to use it.

We're going to use pattern recognition.

So, for niches like this, we're doing

pattern recognition. We're going to use

it and we're going to put it in an AI

across multiple competitors channels.

So, we're going to take like three more

data sets from other channels. We're

going to have four in total. We're going

to put it in this AI and we're going to

say, "Look, I want you to understand and

watch this, engage like the audience, be

like the audience, the ideal audience,

and try to understand what kind of

videos get more views than others. What

kind of things do they talk about in the

videos that the audience seem to

resonate with more, right? And then it's

going to help us nail it down before we

even make our first video. So, I would

use a tool like this." Okay. Um, I tried

building a version of this that can work

for general public, but since so many

people were using it at the same time,

it was flagging at peace and stuff like

that. But I'll try before I release this

video, I'll try my best to make sure

that I give you all the walking version

that you can use. If you check the

descriptions, hopefully it should be

there. But if for some reason it's not

there, you can use, but this is a bit of

a more manual method, but you can use

down sub. This is the one I know right

now, but you'd have to download the

transcript transcript of the videos

manually or you can get their premium

subscriptions like $5. Does sponsor me

for this down? But you can get their

premium subscriptions like $5 and you

can download multiple videos at once,

but I'll try to get you this. So, I

paste a link. I select the number of

videos I want to download.

And here I would go ahead and, you know,

and start scraping YouTube. The last

time I talked about this, YouTube

freaking flagged me. This is completely

legal. It's not illegal. We're just

getting transcripts, you know. I'm not

promoting any harmful stuff. Please do

not delete my video, YouTube. Please.

But we would go ahead and a good number

is usually 50 is actually pretty good.

So, we need enough data, right, for the

AI to recognize and learn something new

about the audience and stuff like that.

So, 50 is fine. We would do that for We

would do that and we would do that for

our competitor's channels as well. So,

you want to have like three at least

three. Okay, at least three.

And after you do download those

transcripts, I'm going to show you what

it looks like. But to give you an

example, I'm going to give you the

strategy that I use for this channel.

You can go ahead and check it out on my

channel. So, when I ran the experiment

in this channel, the reason or the way I

used to blow it up. So, I'm going to

show you what I did, right? So the AI

model that we use for this is not going

to be chargbt. It's either you use

claude or you just use AI studio. AI

studio is Google's Gemini model. So but

AI studio is free. So I don't know why

it's not loading. Nano banana. My head

hurts. Okay. So we would use AI studio.

We would have a data set. And in case

you've not seen the video or if you've

not seen the channel before, this is

how. Okay. This is how a video is. It's

about

>> during World War II.

>> So, it's like mini documentaries about,

you know, historic things that happened

World War II, World War I, whatever it

is.

>> Claimed to be neutral. Shot down 200

Allied planes and killed American

pilots. You know, neutral things. You

see, Switzerland had

>> So, that's how the video looked, right?

In this niche and like any other niche

that's not commentary, the ideation is

very crucial, right? So when I was

entering this niche, what I did and what

I still do is I went ahead and went to

my competitor's channels. So I found a

bunch a bunch back then. I found this

one. This one is still doing pretty

good. And I also found

history now. History Now history now.

This is another one, right? They're

doing it's very important. They have to

be doing similar formats. Otherwise,

what's the point, right? They have to be

in the exact same niche basically

talking about the same things so you can

more closely so the data will be

meaningful to you. So I would get the

data sets of those two channels right

and I would paste it here in AR studio

I'll drag and drop it and I would say I

want you to take your time a prompt like

this I also have in the description if

by if for some reason guys and I forget

to include any of this just comment it

and I'm going to reply with the link and

include it. So you would have something

like this. I want you to analyze. Take

your time. Spot every little pattern.

Ideation only cuz that's really what

matters. What kind of ideas get more

views than others? It might sound

trivial. It might sound like it

shouldn't work, but it does work, right?

Promise you it's not like reality. It's

not like it's really down to ideation.

So it would look at the data sets. It

would analyze everything. And eventually

what it's going to give you is

it would narrow down the clusters that

that's that's bringing the views. What

kind of topics do they resonate with

more goes viral more often? You know

guys, if you go ahead and watch that

case study, you realize that the video

we blew up we ended up using to blow up

that channel. Hold on. Where is Where

did it go? Where did you go? I can't

find it. But the video we Let me just

open it here.

The video we ended up using blowing up

this channel was a video that went viral

>> during World War II Switz

>> for him too. It was because it was

because it was Switzerland. It was a

video about Switzerland and hardware

neutral in World War II.

And you know because of pattern

recognition he recognized that

everything that has to do with

Switzerland's neutrality or countries

playing both sides and stuff like that.

So the audience is resonating with them

all. Right. So basically he gave me this

idea and we literally use it to blow up

this channel. You can go watch that

video. But yeah, we use that to blow up

that channel. And this is essentially

what it does. The other video that also

this is how all my viral ideas come

from, right? It's placing your videos in

the rain of attention where there's

already attention. Instead of trying to

reinvent the wheel, just make a

remarkable video. Make a remarkable

idea. Place it in the library that a lot

of people are already going to search

for books and you're going to get views.

That's essentially what we're doing. So

that would be the agation strategy for

anything else that doesn't involve

commentary or just like walking off of

clips.
