Here is everything I brought home from Home Gym Con 2025. [music]

First, I'll go over everything I got.

Most of it I got for free. There's a few things I got really good deals on, but keep watching till the end if you want a [music] similar haul for this year's Home Gym Con 2026. The easiest way to get free stuff at Home Gym Con is easily

just get swag.

Pretty much every booth is going to be giving away free swag, so make sure you visit every booth and see what they have.

A bunch of companies gave out t-shirts like RitFit, Speediance, PowerBlock.

Some other companies like GetRx, they actually gave out barbell collars and these are actually really nice. They're

magnetic. They also had jump ropes. I

think you had to sign up for their Instagram or follow their Instagram to get their free swag. Some companies do that. Same with Bells of Steel. I think

that. Same with Bells of Steel. I think

I had to follow them or follow one of their accounts.

And I got really nice straps from them.

They had figure eight straps and then just regular straps.

Um Bells of Steel also had these cool rack stickers.

And I think probably number one swag giver was ATX.

Right here, I only have this cable attachment handle from ATX, but they were rotating swag. Like throughout the day they would have different swag that they would be giving out. They had

different band weights that they would give out throughout the day. I think one of the cooler swags they gave out was timers, which look really cool. I wasn't

able to snag one of those, but they had some awesome swag that they kind of had just like a table that they would throw swag onto and rotate stuff they would throw onto throughout the day, so you could go up and just grab whatever you

wanted. A bunch of companies had smaller

wanted. A bunch of companies had smaller swag like RitFit. They had necklaces, pins, keychains. McCollough had some

pins, keychains. McCollough had some magnets.

And a bunch of companies had stickers.

Pick up your stickers to decorate your rack or whatever you want in your home gym.

I got these for free from signing up as a VIP.

And also got some other stuff.

Let me turn the camera around.

Like from RitFit, I got this really cool poster.

I actually really like the look of this poster. It looks great.

poster. It looks great.

Right under my pull-up bar.

And then apart from free stuff, let's see what else I got. Oh, I did get this easy curl bar from RitFit.

I actually got that for free, not from swag, but I went up to their booth the very last day and just asked them if I could have it. I'm not sure if me being a creator influenced them giving it to

me for free, but I did get that for free. I also got

free. I also got this barbell for free. This is a RitFit or GetRX barbell.

This is their power bar, 29 mm.

I also got that for free just from asking on the very last day.

Also not sure if they gave that to me just cuz I'm a creator, but besides free stuff, I did get two things for a really good deal. This bench right

here is from Metcons.

And I got that for like $50, and that's from the for sale at booth.

Same with this barbell over here.

This is a really nice Metcon power bar.

Powerlifting bar, 29 mm.

This is my go-to bar for bench pressing. Super nice

bar.

And I got this also for I think 50 or $60 from the for sale at booth webpage at HomeGymCon. So, the absolute best and

HomeGymCon. So, the absolute best and most streamlined way to get good deals at HomeGymCon is to actually use their for sale at booth webpage.

What happens is all of these companies coming to Home Gym Con, they have to get their product or machines to Home Gym Con, and in turn they have to spend thousands of dollars to ship their heavy

machines to Home Gym Con.

And instead of spending thousands of dollars to ship their machines back, what they do is they heavily discount their machines and sell it to people who actually go to Home Gym Con and just and can take it home. So, they don't have to

worry about it.

And the best way you can take advantage of these deals is you have to bring a truck, a trailer, some way to take the machines off the showroom floor and take it back home. And in turn,

you'll get a really good discount. So,

here we are on the Home Gym Con webpage.

I'll show you guys how to get to the for sale at booth tab.

If you go to other, go down to for sale at booth, here you go. This is where every single company lists whatever products they have for

sale. As you can see, there's

sale. As you can see, there's not that many now, but they update it periodically. So, the best way to get

periodically. So, the best way to get the deals is you got to be constantly checking this webpage. They actually

have a new functionality. It looks like this year they partnered with Home Gym Marketplace, so it has kind of a better interface for you to be able to see what's for sale at Home Gym Con. So, we

can kind of go through some of these.

It looks like a lot of them are all already sold out. That's why you got to be quick. You got to check constantly,

be quick. You got to check constantly, and if you see something you want, message the vendor right away. So, say I want these dumbbells.

Right here, you'll click message vendor, and then you'll talk to the vendor, you'll work out a time to pick it up after the event, and you lock yourself in as a person

that's going to buy that. Most of these companies, I think some of them you pay at the venue, some of them they want you to pay before. It just depends. This is

actually Using this for sale at booth, that's how I got the from Metcon. That's how I got the

from Metcon. That's how I got the barbell that I showed you guys earlier, and that's how I got the bench from Metcon. Both of those I messaged the the

Metcon. Both of those I messaged the the seller or the vendor I think a few weeks before Home Gym Con saying I was interested. We worked back and forth, and then

they locked me in as a person that was going to bring that home. They don't

have to worry about it at the Home Gym Con. I gave them like $100, and then I

Con. I gave them like $100, and then I got to take the stuff home for $100. So,

I got a great deal. They didn't have to worry about shipping that back to They're from China, so that would have cost a lot. So, it's a win-win for everybody involved. So, some other tips

everybody involved. So, some other tips I have is definitely walk around on the last day. That's going to be your best

last day. That's going to be your best chance [music] at getting free home gym equipment because at that point if equipment companies already don't have someone in reserve to take something home they're [music]

pretty much going to give stuff away for free cuz they really don't want to ship back whatever machine or equipment they [music] have. So, especially larger

[music] have. So, especially larger racks and larger machines, those are going to be harder to find people to take home [music] just cuz of the sheer size of those things. So, you might have a good chance if you just ask if, "Hey,

[music] is someone already taking this home or buying this product?" You can ask them how much they're selling it for. You

should be able to get a good [music] discount or maybe even for free. So, my

last kind of tip for getting good deals at Home Gym Con is to walk around and see if any [music] equipment companies have what they we call a kind of weekend Home Gym Con discount. And what that is

is it's pretty much just a discount code that is active throughout [music] Home Gym Con weekend, and you can pretty much purchase anything from their website using the discount code, [music] and you don't even have to be at Home Gym Con.

So, if you're at home just watching Home Gym Con content or videos, you can still use the coupon code as long as you know what the discount code [music] is. So,

if you're at home and you're kind of keeping your eye on a certain home gym equipment company and want a discount code, [music] comment down below what you're looking for and while I'm at Home Gym Con, I'll

kind of see what companies have these [music] weekend discount codes and I'll reply to your comment if I see there's a discount code for that [music] specific company. And then if there's any home

company. And then if there's any home gym equipment companies watching, if you have [music] a weekend discount code for Home Gym Con, feel free to comment down below so people can [music] use freely.

So yeah, that's going to be my final tips and tricks on how to get free stuff and great deals on home gym equipment at Home Gym Con. I think the [music] rest of this video I'm probably just going to rant. I actually do have one more bonus

rant. I actually do have one more bonus tip too for those of you who like frugal [music] food. But

[music] food. But so those of you that don't know, I'm actually born and lived in Louisville my whole life.

[music] So while Home Gym Con is here, I actually know the ins and outs of Louisville. So

I wanted to give you guys [music] some maybe tips or insider knowledge of Louisville, Kentucky. Best coffee shop

Louisville, Kentucky. Best coffee shop in [music] Louisville, check out Sunergos. They have very good coffee.

Sunergos. They have very good coffee.

I'm not sure where I think there is one downtown and probably not too far from the Galt House. But also

[music] a lot of people don't know this, but downtown Louisville, if you're a local, no one goes there. Downtown Louisville

is pretty much [music] for tourists.

Like that's where all the tourists go and that's where they congregate. Locals

for food and drinks, we don't go downtown. [music]

downtown. [music] We actually go to I would check out NuLu. NuLu is really close to downtown.

NuLu. NuLu is really close to downtown.

It's kind of on the edge of downtown Louisville. They have a whole street of

Louisville. They have a whole street of amazing restaurants, amazing bars. [music]

amazing bars. [music] If you're willing to drive a little bit or get a very short Uber drive, like maybe two three three minute Uber ride to NuLu from downtown, [music]

I would definitely check out NuLu.

Um my frugal food hack is check out Safier.

[music] They have amazing food and it's really cheap. Like you can get a wrap or

cheap. Like you can get a wrap or sandwich for like under $10, like $7, $8 for a chicken one. I really [music] like the chicken wrap, make it spicy. It also

has really good falafel wraps and then a lot of plates without wraps and just with rice. Those are also good.

with rice. Those are also good.

[music] And then lastly, my tip for Louisville would be skip Derby City Gaming.

Um that's [music] kind of just a cash grab that they made. I don't think they have any

they made. I don't think they have any table games. It's all slots, [music] so

table games. It's all slots, [music] so it's not worth your time. Go to some distilleries instead. Louisville [music]

distilleries instead. Louisville [music] is known for their bourbon, so Angel's Envy would probably be my choice. They

also have Old Forester [music] downtown.

So, check out some distilleries while you're in Louisville, [music] but otherwise, I'm super super excited for Home Gym Con 2026 this year in my hometown [music]

in Louisville, Kentucky. I hope I'll see everyone there. Stop by and say hi to

everyone there. Stop by and say hi to me. This is Frugal Home Gym and I'm out.

me. This is Frugal Home Gym and I'm out.
