zero? So, that's kind of the theme of

done this your year with ChachiBT, it's explosive as well and gives you some really good insight into the work that you did with ChachiBT in the past year

and so you can use that in 2026 as well.

So, let's make sure everybody has a chance to do it before this disappears.

So at the end I'm going to walk through it really quickly and then at the end I will also give you the link if you don't see it right there when you log into chatbt I'll give you the link so that

you can see it on your chatbt. So chatbt

has a memory function that I will admit I didn't like at first but now I'm in love with and here is where you find the memory function. So why does memory

memory function. So why does memory matter when you're using AI tools? How

many of you like me talk to AI all the time and it knows so much about you? In

fact, it probably knows more about you than you think. How many of you? Yes.

And it could be different tools.

Chatebt Perplexity Claude Mananish, Genspark, whatever toilet that you're using a lot. So, if you're if you're curious about this memory settings, you're going to go to your

settings in ChateBT. Click on

personalization settings. personalization settings

settings. personalization settings personalization. And look here in the

personalization. And look here in the personalization, if you scroll down to where it says memory right there, it says reference save memories, reference browser memories, reference chat

history, turn all of these on. And then

if you want to delete any memories, so a memory is the content that you're giving to chat GBT as you work with it. If

you're like, "Oh, I talked about my friend's dog kennel business last week.

I want to delete that from the memory.

You're going to click on the manage button. You see that manage button right

button. You see that manage button right there? And then you can delete the

there? And then you can delete the memories that you don't want to be there anymore. Everybody got it with the

anymore. Everybody got it with the memory function. So the more that you're

memory function. So the more that you're using AI, the more memory it builds on you. And the more memory it builds on

you. And the more memory it builds on you, the better it is as a tool to work with you. Think about this. If you hired

with you. Think about this. If you hired a virtual assistant and that virtual assistant was going to write your proposals for you, your bios for you,

your speeches for you, um create presentations for you, would you want them to know a little bit about you or as much as possible so they could do the

best possible job?

What do you What are you thinking here?

Right. You want them to know as much as possible. So, I want you to stop

possible. So, I want you to stop thinking of CacheBT just as a Google tool like I'm going to use it to ask it a question and start to think about it as your assistant. Start to think about

it as your business partner. Start to

think about chat GPT or the other AI tools that you use as your leverage, as your teammate. All right, got it?

its memory on us, the more we're able to push out information to it. If you want to delete any of that memory that it has, go into the manage section and

delete that memory. Now, if you have a fear of chat GPT knowing too much about you and someone could hack into your account or your data is being shared to

train the model, then you need to set up the security settings with chat GPT. Pay

attention to this. All right, I want you to go into settings, security, and then turn on multifactor

authentication, MFA. And you can either

authentication, MFA. And you can either do this by turning on the authentication app or text message. And for me, I do both. All right. So, I want you to turn

both. All right. So, I want you to turn on your multifactor authentication.

Everybody got that? And then I want you to click on data controls. And where it says improve the model for everyone, turn it off. When this is left on, this

says that all the information that you're typing into ChatGpt and Chat GPT is giving you can be used to train its models. You don't want it to be used to

models. You don't want it to be used to train its models. The only time you're going to leave this on is when you want to train its models about how amazing you are. But in this case, we're turning

to recap, you're going to security and you're turning on multifactor authentication. You're going to data

authentication. You're going to data controls and you're turning off improve the model for everyone. All right, good.

you're like, "All right, well, multifactor authentication reduces the risk of somebody hacking into your account. Keep your passwords private,

account. Keep your passwords private, all that kind of stuff." I set it up with the authenticator app. And on my phone, I have to open up Google Authenticator and put in a code if I

want to open up ChateBT on another device. Makes my Chat Gybt account more

8th. I think that might be about the group chat feature there. Um, I am in the top 1% of messages sent. All right.

users. And then it talks about my chat style and that I'm a warm rapid fire visionary and always strategic. My chats

should be able to go to your chatbt and see it at the bottom of your chatbt. You

do your year with Chachi BT and then everybody we are going through that process and then posting the award Chachi BT gave you. If you're a consultant make sure you post this award

and show other people how to do this.

It's a really good process for them. But

how many of you by going through this process just say me in the chat realize that Chaty BT knows a lot more about you than you probably thought? Give me a me in the chat if you realize that. You're

like, "What? How did it know all of that?" And then now at the bottom, you

So, this was um something that Chat Gypt put out not too long ago for all of us and I just wanted to make sure that we

all, you know, are just took advantage of it really quickly. Okay, so I have some prompts for you, but before I do that, what are we talking about today?

If we had to start over tomorrow, here's how how I'd use Chat GBT in 2026. So if

you're starting from zero, minimal toolkit, we just have chatebt. What are

we going to do? All right, you know, we're starting off with chatbt. But

first, I want to talk about why most people struggle with AI. And we're going to overcome all of these today. Number

one, you treat Chat GBT like Google. So,

if you're only using it to get answers to questions or simple definitions instead of really using it as a strategic business partner for using it

for analysis or creative generation, then you're missing out. Or if you have poor prompting skills, your prompts are too vague or just one-s sentence prompts

like write a blog post instead of act as a expert in writing worldclass SEO optimized blog posts. Right? So think

about prompting better. You're not

thinking strategically with AI and you're giving up too fast. I want to say that when we're thinking about working with AI, you know, the first iteration

we get back, the first answer we get back, this is where I call it like the dig deeper, you get it back and you're like, "Oh, that is good." But always know that it can do better. Whatever

tool you're using, so ask it for more.

Be like, "You can do better.

And then here's the real power of ChachiBT.

Using ChachiBT as a business partner, treat it like a highly intelligent co-founder or consultant sitting next to you. Somebody tell me in the chat in

you. Somebody tell me in the chat in 2026, are you going to use Chat GBT like your co-founder, like your business partner, like your consultant? How are

you going to use it? Give me one word that says how you're going to use it in um 2026. business partner, consultant,

um 2026. business partner, consultant, all. Okay, that's a good one. Coach,

all. Okay, that's a good one. Coach,

co-founder, and assistant. Someone said,

"Put assistant in there with it, too."

Um, all of the above. So, that's real good cuz Chachi BT, if you were just to use ChateBT, you could use it in all these different ways, right?

So, all of the above.

My son says it's a money maker. Yes,

believe your son. Then I the next thing is better prompts equals better outcomes. So the quality of your output

outcomes. So the quality of your output is directly tied to the quality of your input and content is king.

So I want to stop right here and talk about prompting for just a minute and give you two examples. So

somebody came to me and said, "Oh, you know, Chat GBT is hallucinating. I asked

it to give me a list of songs that have the word sunshine in the lyrics and it gave me a list of 10 songs and eight of the 10 had the word sunshine in it but

two diff didn't and so I said okay that's a shame cuz you would think that that was clear enough that it should do that but what if we ask it to give you

proof in the prompt so instead of just saying give me lyric give me songs that have the word sunshine in the lyrics and I recreated it and got the same mistake.

It It had words that it that the song was about sun or sunshine, so it assumed that it had it in the lyrics. So

instead, I said, um, I would like for you to give me a list of 10 songs that have the word sunshine in the lyrics of the song. I would like for you to give

the song. I would like for you to give me the full lyric. Tell me where it um applies in the song. Is it in the verse?

Is it in the chorus? and make sure that it's the complete word sunshine and not sun, happy, right? So, I did all of that and then would you believe I got a list

of all the songs that had the word sunshine in it. The the whole the whole lyric that like that whole line that had sunshine in it. Then it said it it was in the verse. And so the more specific

and the better we are with the prompt, the better our our outcome is going to be. So, somebody's saying in the chat,

be. So, somebody's saying in the chat, "Give me the proof." It's not that you're telling Chad GBT, "Give me the proof." But if you think about that,

proof." But if you think about that, let's start to frame our prompts in a way where we say, "I want you to do this for me, and you know, I trust you a

little bit that you're going to do a good job with it, but because you're my junior assistant today, show me show me the proof. Give me all the information.

give it back to me and show me where you got it from. So, if you start to think about that, you're going to um you're going to get the a better output.

All right? Show me the receipts, give me the proof, and you're going to get a better output with it. All right? So,

the um the next thing is strategy. So

build something with with AI where you're asking when you're working with it that you're asking it for strategy as well. It can do a lot more than you

well. It can do a lot more than you think. And then conversational depth. So

think. And then conversational depth. So

it's it's as you're working with AI, let's have conversations with it to get to the end result. And again, this is this is about iterations and not always just taking the first thing that comes

back to you because a lot of you just take the first thing that comes back to you and say say, you know, that's it.

That's all I need. But that's not true.

Have a conversation with AI to get to what you want. So, um, if you're asking it to, uh, let me give you another

example that goes on the theme of what we're talking about today. So, say you lost everything. you have to start over

lost everything. you have to start over from scratch and you're talking to Chat GBT and you're like, "Uh, I lost everything. I have to start over from

everything. I have to start over from scratch. Um, based on what you know

scratch. Um, based on what you know about me, give me five business ideas that I could launch

within the next 72 hours and make an income with.

What other information do you need to know about me that you don't already know in order to complete this task? And

it might ask you some questions like, "Hey, I know that you are taking this certification class. Did you finish it?"

Blah blah blah blah blah. It's going to ask you a bunch of questions. Answer

those questions and boom, it can deliver your plan customized to you because it knows about you because you've been using it. Yes. Good everybody.

Um, so I know sometimes it'll come back and ask you too many questions, but hit that dictate button on chatbt to answer the questions so that you can just verbally answer the questions and get

get that out. But the more you give it, the better the end result will be. All

right, the more you give it, the better the end result will be. and you know, you're you're just paying $20 a month for all this strategy and for the best

um business co-founder, partner, whatever you're using it as. So, spend

the time doing that. So, have these conversations and and dig deeper with AI.

So, when we're let me go to my prompts now and let's talk about So, that prompt was a really good one for you. based on what you know about me. You can say, "I lost

it all." Um, and we can do this

it all." Um, and we can do this together. I can I can do this with you.

together. I can I can do this with you.

And then also, this isn't the prompt I was about to use, but I'll I'll do this with you. So,

open up your chatbt and I'm going to show you my prompting framework.

So, we're going to do this together with my prompting framework. So, first of all, let me just go to chatbt and click the dictate button. How many of you are using the dictate button? You see that

microphone there? That microphone there

microphone there? That microphone there says if we just talk to chat PT if we just talk to chatbt it'll type up what we say and then we don't have to

type everything in. I'm I'm a talker.

I'd rather talk. So here I go with chatbt. All right.

If I lost everything today and I was starting over from zero, from just ground zero, no money in my bank account, based on what you know about

me, could you give me five ideas on what I could do to generate income in the next 72 hours?

What other information do you need from me or to know about me in order to give me these ideas and then generate a plan

for me? All right. So, this is me

for me? All right. So, this is me prompting chatbt. A prompt is the

prompting chatbt. A prompt is the instructions that you give to the AI tool. So, anytime we give them

tool. So, anytime we give them instructions, that's called a prompt. If

you didn't know that and just learned that, type the word prompt in the comments in the chat. Let me see who just learned something. So now in front

of this prompt right here, I'm going to type this. Rewrite this prompt for chat

type this. Rewrite this prompt for chat GPT for clarity and impact.

Okay, so when you dictate something to Chachi BT, this is called your brain dump. Just tell it what you want, brain

dump. Just tell it what you want, brain dump it. And that's step number one. And

dump it. And that's step number one. And

step number two is that you ask it to rewrite the prompt for clarity and impact. Does anybody want to practice

impact. Does anybody want to practice this prompting with me? I'll give you the messy prompt and you can ask it to rewrite it. If you do, say yes and I'll

um having a brain dump rewritten so you can see the output. That's all I want you to see is a better output. All

Somebody else said, I dictated you saying it. You got Y'all are smarter

saying it. You got Y'all are smarter than smart.

Smarter than smart. I love it. I love

it. So, now ChachiBT rewrote that and it says 72-hour income reset. I like it.

for me. And I put that into this notion document for you if you want mine that was generated. And then we went to chat

was generated. And then we went to chat GPT cuz this is a workshop. Some of

social media that aren't consultants and power circle members, but I want you to to note that you should be doing this in all of the AI tools that you use often.

So, if you use Claude, anybody here use Claude? Like if you use Claude or if you

Claude? Like if you use Claude or if you use Perplexity often or if you use Copilot, take that exact same prompt. So

it's the one you created or you could just have taken mine and put it in all of the tools that you use often.

So you're going to get different answers from different tools because you also use them differently. But is that combination of tools a and looking at

the results of the combination is that good for you to see? You can take the results from all of let's say you use three sites. Let's say you did what I

three sites. Let's say you did what I did chatbt claude and perplexity. You

can download the results from all three and then give it to whatever your favorite tool is. let's say in this case chatbt and say I have got different

outcomes from different um strategic coaches and what I should do to generate revenue in the next in the next 72 hours. I'd like for you to analyze what

hours. I'd like for you to analyze what all three of my strategic coaches put together and tell me what you think the best outcome would be. So you can take all of the different boom chat GPT boom

claw boom perplexity download them all put them in a notion and download them or however you export your content put it back into one and see or artist yeah

any tool that you use and see what the result is.

You're going to find that some of them will be um very close to the same. So,

I'm seeing here my chaty PT and Claude a little bit the same. My perplexity,

one or two look like they're the same, but I like getting as many ideas as possible. All right. Um, yes, Claude now

possible. All right. Um, yes, Claude now has a a browser extension, too. Which

one is it? I'm trying to look for which one is it, but yep. Um, I see that Vondell put that in the chat. Um, Alina

number two. I don't even know what my opportunity number two is, but I'm just using that as an example. So now you tell it which one you want it to really build around. If it if it doesn't ask

build around. If it if it doesn't ask you if you want to create an action plan, you're going to tell it to create an action plan for you. Got it?

help me. It's more likely to give you more detailed results and step-by-step outline if as opposed to if you're saying, "Oh, I know this a little bit.

Kind of just give me some give me some direction." No. Act like you don't know

direction." No. Act like you don't know anything so you get the most step by step instructions. I found this out when

step instructions. I found this out when I was doing something with Google Ads.

So, I was I asked Chat GBT to help walk me through setting up a Google Ads campaign and at first and I said, "I've set up Google Ads before, but I just

need a refresher." And it just gave me some stuff. And I was like, "Um,

some stuff. And I was like, "Um, I wanted more in-depth stuff." So, then I asked it again and I said, "I've never set up a Google Ads before. I'm scared

of Google Ads. Could you give me step-by-step instructions?" The

step-by-step instructions?" The instructions I got deserved a round of applause. So, from now on, I pretend

applause. So, from now on, I pretend like I don't know anything. I don't know anything. Just tell me everything. And

anything. Just tell me everything. And

it doesn't. So, Vondell says, "Wow, it gave me my $97 offer." Anie said, "It gave me all the options with day one with hour by hour." Come on. Come on.

industry. So AI and health care as an example, or AI and education. Please

help me conduct comprehensive market research by analyzing what are the top five problems or pain points people in the space are actively paying to solve.

So I thought this was an important part of the prompt paying to solve. Like what

are they actively let me bold that what are they actively paying to solve? What

fr frustrations or gaps exist in current solutions? And which problems have the

solutions? And which problems have the highest urgency and frequency? And then

which of these problems can be solved 100% remote or digital services? I put

that in there because I like remote digital. What opportunities are location

digital. What opportunities are location independent and which solutions can be delivered? If that doesn't matter to

delivered? If that doesn't matter to you, you can delete that. It just

matters to me. Market pricing research.

What are realistic price ranges professional charge? professionals

professional charge? professionals charge for solving these problems. I want to know provide beginner, intermediate and expert pricing tiers. I

always do this for our consultants.

And then what are the typical project scope at each level and then the required skills and gaps. So it talks about what core skills are required, what's the minimum viable skill set to

start serving clients and then the competition assessment. So who are the

competition assessment. So who are the main players in this market? What are

their strengths and weaknesses? and

where are the underserved segments? Like

I want to know what unique angles I have or can go in and I want to know that and then what positioning would differentiate a new entrant. All right.

So um based on this analysis recommend the top three opportunities that balance demand feasibility and differentiation differentiation potential. You could

differentiation potential. You could also tell it, you know, about you a little bit more if you wanted or just let's just do some straight up market research. Everybody good with this?

business. So I'm saying create a comprehensive learning plan to reach client readiness quickly. Create a

focused 7-day learning plan for acquiring. And then there's the specific

acquiring. And then there's the specific skill with the goal of becoming client ready, not expert level, but capable of delivering paid work. Structure the plan

as follows. So day one to two, I want to

Um, I love the part where it says walk through how to approach each scenario step by step. I'm a very step-by-step person, so I like to teach step by step and I like to learn step by step. And

then client readiness checklist. What

Bam. Come on, tell me. Create a simple portfolio piece or case study I can show prospects. Provide a self- assessment

prospects. Provide a self- assessment checklist to confirm I'm ready. Like, I

want to make sure I'm ready, so give me a self- assessment. What should I disclose about my experience level when approaching clients? Focus on speed and

approaching clients? Focus on speed and practical application over theoretical depth. The goal is to reach good enough

depth. The goal is to reach good enough to deliver value and get paid in 7 days.

So, this is prompt number two. I just

call it the skills acquisition accelerator, right? Or you could call it

prompt number three, last but not least, I don't know. Are y'all ready for prompt number three? Give me a ready in the

the last part. This is prompt number three and this is the client attraction framework. So it says create an organic

framework. So it says create an organic outreach system for acquiring first clients. Cuz what happens to a lot of

clients. Cuz what happens to a lot of people, oh my gosh, they do the market research, they find something and they love it and they're going to go with it and then they've got the skills. They

took the time to develop the skills and now they're like, "Well, how do I get a client?" And getting clients is

client?" And getting clients is strategic. So now I say create a

strategic. So now I say create a comprehensive outreach strategy for your offering. I don't care what the service

offering. I don't care what the service is that you're offering, you're just putting it in there. And then to your ideal client profile. Okay. So then

you're saying, "Please provide ideal client profile definition.

Sometimes I think I know know who to target, but I want AI to tell me because AI is trained on vast amounts of data.

Is AI trained on more data than I'm trained on?

Yes or no? Ma said, "Yep, of course AI is trained on. This is why I love AI. I want AI to know more than me." You know, when they say you're, you

me." You know, when they say you're, you know, like you're supposed to hire someone, you're hiring someone to do some strategic work in your business.

Make sure that person knows more than you.

So, Patricia said, "The third one is gold, my weakness." Okay. All right. So,

now it says, um, "Please provide the ideal client profile definition. Who

should I target? What makes someone a good fit versus a poor fit? Where do

these people spend time online or offline? And then where to find

offline? And then where to find prospects? lists five to seven specific

prospects? lists five to seven specific platforms, communities or channels where my, you know, ideal client profile gathers.

So sometimes we need to know where are they so I can join in their conversations and even learn from their conversations. For each channel,

conversations. For each channel, describe the best approach, DM, comment, post, email. What signals indicate

post, email. What signals indicate someone might need my service right now?

And then we've got some outreach message templates. Provide three different

templates. Provide three different outreach templates. a cold DM, LinkedIn,

outreach templates. a cold DM, LinkedIn, social media, a cold email, and a community engagement approach, comment to conversation to offer. Each template

should lead with value, not a sales pitch. That's my opinion. So, this is

understanding of their problem. Include

a soft, low pressure call to action.

Feel personal and conversational, not templated. Then, we've got our discovery

templated. Then, we've got our discovery call framework. What questions should I

call framework. What questions should I ask to qualify if they're a good fit?

How do I position my offer without being pushy? What objections and objection

pushy? What objections and objection overcoming is so important for some of us? We need to work on that. Might come

us? We need to work on that. Might come

up and how do I address them? And then

how do I structure pricing conversations? Okay. And then you have

conversations? Okay. And then you have your first 7-day action plan. So you've

got your day-by-day breakdown of specific activities. How many people

specific activities. How many people should I reach out to daily? what

metrics should I track and when should I address my approach? And then it says, make the templates feel authentic and conversational, not salesy. Focus on

building relationships, not closing deals immediately. So, this will help

deals immediately. So, this will help you to really get to your first client and to identify who they are so that you can talk to them, talk like them, and

really pull them in and hone in on them.

And you'd be surprised with the great profile it comes back with. Now, when it gives you the profile back, this is when you dig deeper. Tell me more. Okay, I

understand that my average profile is a woman. She's a professional. She's

between 40 and 65. Duh. Tell me more. I

really want to get to know this woman.
