Hello, welcome to my channel. My name is Matt and I'm a software engineer at Google.

Today I'm going to talk to you about some common questions I hear about Google's hiring process.

Many people want to work at Google. Google is a great company with a lot of great benefits.

So I'm going to give you some advice to help you get hired.

Getting into Google depends on a few things. First, you should have a strong resume.

This means having good work experience, good projects and a good education.

Second, you should be good at coding. Google interviews have a lot of coding questions.

So practice your coding skills a lot.

Third, be prepared for behavioral questions. These questions are about how you solve problems, work with others and handle difficult situations.

Finally, show your passion and enthusiasm for Google. Google likes people who are excited to work there.

I hope these tips help you on your journey to joining Google.

Good luck and thank you for watching.
