Forget everything you know about glow-ups. You are over complicating it

glow-ups. You are over complicating it by thinking you need more makeup, more clothes, and more friends. These are the four biggest tips that I use every single day that will make you unrecognizable and increase your

attractiveness 10fold. Trust me, I did

attractiveness 10fold. Trust me, I did not come out of the womb looking like this, okay? I used to have no aura, no

this, okay? I used to have no aura, no confidence, and no style. But once I finally mastered the glow-up game, that is when I truly unlocked my highest potential and beauty. And if you stick around till the end of this video, I

know you can too. The first tip that is going to make you 10 times more attractive is to practice your smile and show it often. Your smile is the best part about your face, but so many people overlook this. This has nothing to do

overlook this. This has nothing to do with being conventionally attractive. By

the way, physically, you may be a 10 out of 10, but having a sad, depressing face docks you like three points. According

to scientific research, smiling can significantly enhance perceived attractiveness, signaling happiness, confidence, and health, which are all widely considered attractive qualities.

There is also a psychological benefit of smiling. Studies have also shown that

smiling. Studies have also shown that smiling actually increases mood enhancing hormones while decreasing stress-enhancing hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. So, because you

and adrenaline. So, because you typically smile when you're happy, the muscles in your face actually trigger your brain to produce more endorphins.

And this is why when you smile, you actually feel happier. So, take some time to actually practice your smile. It

sounds stupid, but I promise it makes a world of a difference. Especially if you don't think you're photogenic, which used to be me, it's probably because you just don't like your smile. So, every

morning, I want you to look in the mirror and practice your most authentic, comfortable smile. And if you're having

comfortable smile. And if you're having a lot of trouble doing this, I just like to close my eyes and visualize a really happy memory. And if nothing is making

happy memory. And if nothing is making me smile yet, I'll just think of something really funny, like a meme or a video, and then naturally, I'll just start to smile. And it's really important to not only use your mouth,

but your eyes as well. Because if you only smile with your mouth, you're just going to look dead inside and then the whole thing's pointless. And of course, when you first start doing this, you're going to think you look really fake. But

I promise, the more you practice, the more natural it becomes. Your smile is your secret weapon, and not enough people utilize theirs. But I'm telling you, when I started smiling more, my

confidence skyrocketed. I started to get

confidence skyrocketed. I started to get tons of compliments. People approached

me more. And most importantly, I just felt a lot happier. It is something so simple but has the biggest impact. So,

don't forget to smile. My next glow-up tip is going to hurt a little bit, but I don't really care because I'm not here to save your feelings, okay? I'm here to tell you the truth. Leave the sweats at

home. The loungewear epidemic has got to

home. The loungewear epidemic has got to stop. I think it got really bad after

stop. I think it got really bad after the pandemic because we were basically stuck at home for like 2 years and everybody forgot what it was like to wear real pants. But, as a result, we have totally neglected the way we

present ourselves to the world. And if

your first response to that is, "Well, why should I care about how I look? I

can wear whatever I want." Then this doesn't apply to you, but I'm trying to tell you how to look more attractive, and wearing sweatpants in public is not going to do that. I'm sorry. I would

love to tell you that people don't judge you based on your physical appearance, but unfortunately, they do. Making

instant assumptions about other people is an ingrained mechanism in our brain.

As humans, we can't help it. And so, if you think that nobody's going to treat you different based on how you look, you're wrong. There is also just a

you're wrong. There is also just a different energy when you wear sweatpants. It's very passive and kind

sweatpants. It's very passive and kind of lazy. And unfortunately, people will

of lazy. And unfortunately, people will start to assume that you just don't take care of yourself, which obviously I know you do. So, let's just stop with the

you do. So, let's just stop with the sweatpants. When you actually put in

sweatpants. When you actually put in effort and wear things that compliment your body, again, your perceived attractiveness increases by like 50%. It

will physically and mentally make you more confident, and psychologically, you will actually feel more energized. Now,

I'm not saying you have to dress to the nines just to go to the grocery store.

But if you want to be more attractive, then stay away from lazy choices like sweatpants and actually put a little bit more effort into how you present yourself. I could go on and on about

yourself. I could go on and on about style and how to physically be more confident, but I have tons more videos just like this in the air academy. It's

an exclusive community of like-minded women who are committed to becoming the dream versions of themselves. So, if

you're tired of feeling like you're not living up to your highest potential, then I would love to talk to you oneon-one. You can join using the link

oneon-one. You can join using the link in the description. This next tip is actually one that I think has the biggest impact on your overall appearance and your health is to cut out the sugar. It is what's causing your

the sugar. It is what's causing your bloating, your acne, your digestive issues, and your energy crashes. Sugar

is poison, y'all. The science behind sugar is that when you consume it, it causes rapid spikes and crashes in your blood glucose levels, increasing your risk of insulin resistance. And when

your body is unable to produce insulin, glucose starts to build up in your bloodstream and over time this can cause organ failure. Yeah, sugar is also just

organ failure. Yeah, sugar is also just empty calories with absolutely zero nutritional value. But it increases

nutritional value. But it increases appetite and cravings leading to things like weight gain and higher fat storage, especially in your stomach area. And if

it wasn't bad enough, sugar is also a major cause of skin problems. It causes aging by breaking down collagen, increases inflammation, and makes acne worse. And these aren't even all the

worse. And these aren't even all the negative effects of sugar, by the way.

What is most important, though, and what I want you to remember, is that almost every single processed food on the shelves contains sugar because these mega food corporations know how addicting it is, and they want to sell

more product. Sugar triggers the same

more product. Sugar triggers the same reward pathways in the brain as hard drugs. Like, your brain does not know

drugs. Like, your brain does not know the difference between a Snickers bar and crack. So this is why it is so

and crack. So this is why it is so important to stop consuming processed sugar so that you can have more stable energy levels, clear skin, and better weight management. And there are so many

weight management. And there are so many natural and healthier alternatives to sugar that I use almost on a daily basis like maple syrup, honey, dates, agave,

stevia, and just plain fruit. Like after

lunch or dinner, instead of grabbing candy or ice cream, I will just have a piece of fruit. Or if I wanted to bake like a sweet treat, I'll just replace the sugar in the recipe with something like maple syrup or bananas. And rather

than drinking soda or juice, I'll just drink plain water. Or sometimes I'll have electrolytes that have zero sugar.

I know it can be really hard to adjust what you eat, but instead of seeing it as cutting something out, just focus on adding different things in. There is

nothing wrong with having a sweet tooth.

What matters is finding healthier alternatives that will make you feel good on the inside and the outside. All

right. Now, this is probably one of the most effective tips that I have to become more attractive, and that is to swap entertainment with learning. In my

opinion, the most underrated part of beauty is intelligence. Because the

smarter you are, the more attractive you are. They did studies on this, too.

are. They did studies on this, too.

Okay? In evolutionary psychology, it has been long accepted that being intelligent actually increases one's attractiveness to people of the opposite sex. Your brain is your most powerful

sex. Your brain is your most powerful asset. There is nothing more attractive

asset. There is nothing more attractive than talking to someone who knows how to hold a conversation. And inversely,

there is nothing uglier than talking to someone who speaks in slang, doesn't know how to spell, and is mentally inept. But unfortunately, the amount of

inept. But unfortunately, the amount of people in the second category is increasing because of social media and internet brain rot. We are no longer reading books, watching documentaries, or even having face-to-face

conversations. And as a result, we are

conversations. And as a result, we are literally losing our intelligence and ability to communicate. So, this is your sign to stop scrolling and start learning. Now, I'm not saying you have

learning. Now, I'm not saying you have to lock yourself in your room and study all day, but what I am saying is to swap meaningless entertainment with something more substantial that will actually

benefit you. It could be listening to a

benefit you. It could be listening to a podcast while driving to work or watching a documentary instead of just another Netflix show or reading about a topic that actually interests you. The

whole goal is to become more interesting to yourself and to others. Now, if the first thing you're thinking is, I don't have time to learn every day. I'm

already so busy. Well, then I have good news for you. You don't need to carve out hours every day just to learn, but rather you can seamlessly incorporate it into your daily routine. I like to do

this thing called habit stacking, which is essentially just attaching new habits to ones you already do. So, if I already spend an hour on the treadmill, I'll walk and listen to a podcast. When I eat my breakfast in the morning, I'll watch

a YouTube video about something I want to learn. And if I really want to scroll

to learn. And if I really want to scroll on TikTok in bed, I'll just watch topics that actually interest me, like personal development. You see, the problem was

development. You see, the problem was never being too busy. It's about making something a priority. And when you realize that growing your understanding about the world and people makes you more attractive, you will become

addicted to it. And at the same time, you will stop attracting other people who aren't on the same level as you.

It's a win-win. Remember that a glow-up is not just a physical transformation.

It is a holistic evolution to become the most elevated version of yourself. An

ITG girl is never defined by just her looks, but by her confidence, growth mindset, and magnetic energy. So, if

you're ready to step into the best version of yourself, then I would love for you to join the Icirl Academy and connect with other women who will motivate and support you. As always,

thanks so much for watching and I'll see you next time. Bye.
