Hometown until I left for Houston my new HomeTown janaa wow all my next big name members are in the house are in the house okay so y'all y'all understand the depths of what I'm going to be talking

about today but for everybody else on my Instagram I'm just really excited about life about where things are going in

terms of online business and also what's possible but I want to like catch you just in case you are getting overwhelmed and about to go down a rabbit hole that

you need not go right and so I've been thinking about this because um I saw that Meme that's been going around that's like make Instagram Instagram again right and I know I can relate

we're all mad because we're like we're on Instagram not Tik Tok like what what's up why we always have to do all these reels and all this dancing flossing Tic Tac all this stuff like if

I wanted to be on Tik Tok I'd be on Tik Tok no shade to Tik Tok right maybe some of you are on there I'm not on there yet I just I don't know I don't use it as a

platform and I feel like my information I need time to like unveil what I'm talking about which is very difficult to do in a 90 second clip I

need a mood I need a Vibe right it's I have not figured out how to execute the CLS way on Tik Tok so I'm not saying I haven't I won't ever be there but I'm just not not there yet but I think this

conversation um and the frustrations that everyone's H having in general Beyond Tik Tok Instagram algorithm whatever it's this like feeling of uh

pushing and like all these things that I have to do in order to make my brand successful in order to make people want to work with me in order to make make sales right and you'll notice this this

word I'm saying a lot make make make I have to make things happen I have to push it's a very push style of marketing

and even for me just being honest I've had a lot of growth in my business obviously you guys have seen this past year um really successful launches seven figure you already it's kind of insane

um hiring a bunch of people I have a project manager that I work with um daily we do daily standups it's just like a lot going on so even the growth for me has been just a just a really

huge stretch but uh with that even I have had to take a step back and say okay what do I know

to be true and am I getting sucked into you know the way everybody says you have to do things and the way things are done and so me personally I just told my ad team I'm like chill out like we're not

going to be doing ads anymore not for the near future and when I do them I'll be doing them in a very specific way um and my next big name members already know what that is but we were testing some like oh maybe we should do this

type of AD strategy maybe we should do that type of AD strategy and it just wasn't resonating with me because again it's this like push style marketing and

so I couldn't put my finger on what it was that was distasteful about all of this to me whether it was like being forced to do Tik Tock style reals or

having to push my stuff out there via ads or feeling like I'm ah we have to do this treadmill thing and it wasn't until I started reading the these books which

I'm obsessed with I post them I posted it on on my last my latest Instagram I'm like looking for them I don't know if I they probably somewhere else in the house I carry them with me as I'm like watching the kids and doing things I'm

like you sit there play with the toys let me read this book um one was or is the cardas which is um a book written by like the great great great great great granddaughter just documenting their

family and I first picked up that book because I wanted to learn about building generational we how to do these family names you know stay for a long time like what's that process you know I'm I'm

building the Sanders Dynasty over here I got two kids I'm like I I need y'all to to take what I'm giving you and run with it you know so I was in that frame of mind but in reading about how they even

came up with all the designs for cardier and how they caught the attention of um Royals right that's really what the cardier brand is really known for is that it's um they call them the king of

Jewelers and the Jewelers of Kings which I think is really interesting because they were renowned for creating Tiaras and jewelry for all types of royal families not just in Europe but in India

and Russia just all over the place so I was like wow this is really fascinating cuz I I had you know I don't shop at cardier I don't own any cardier jewelry so I was like oh this is an interesting

look at um a luxury jewelry brand and so then I was like well that's interesting I feel like luxury brands do things differently in fact they almost Market

the opposite way Mass Market brands do so that set me on a track to looking at books specifically about luxury brand style marketing so I picked up the

luxury strategy which is like I love that book I go back and forth with it highlighting like such good good good details and then another book called selling dreams I forget the subtitle but

it's um written by the former CEO of uh Ferrari North America and I felt so validated as I was reading all of this

because I'm like this is what I'm saying what I'm experiencing why I myself am like no we're not doing things this way if I do a real I want it to look like this or I'm not ready to be on Tik Tok

yet or you know what we're we're rolling the ads back because I don't want to push and do the traditional like you know sign up and do this and you know send people down the rabbit hole type

marketing and I'm like wow this is what luxury brands have been doing for eons since the beginning but I wanted to do this live stream especially for you

because this style of marketing I think is the answer to many of your frustrations if you can resonate with any of the things that I've been saying in terms of feeling like you have to Market in a way that you don't like you

have to push stuff out you have to make your things look like somebody else or you know looking at Instagram you're seeing okay how are they doing these posts how are they doing these carousels

should I make mine look like this etc etc none of that is necessary and one of the um the biggest ideas and I I

highlighted it in the book in in terms of luxury marketing well one first just let me say I know sometimes we have like an aversion to even the idea of luxury because it feels like oh it's for those

people or it's elitist or especially in the coaching industry you know I want I want to do something for everybody right like I want everybody to love my stuff and I'm saying yeah you'll get more

people to love your stuff if you adopt this style of marketing then if you try to market the way Amazon Walmart like gas market does and I always caution

people trying to come up with sales and volume based promotions because Amazon is what like a$6 billion dollar company like you know Walmart like huge Venture

Capital if you don't have the level of um visibility that those brands do if you don't have the The Venture Capital that they do why on Earth would you try

to compete on their terms when you don't even have the tools that they have that makes competing in that way successful like if you're going to if you're going up against big Brands and Big Marketing

and you are even if you're not selling the same things you might be like oh but you know I'm doing coaching or digital products online and Amazon and and Target and Walmart they don't sell what I sell right but you are competing with

them in the sense that they're capturing the attention of your target market as well and so if they're capturing everyone's attention with these huge you

know 30% off sales and you know you got to buy this now and you know buy one get one free and volume based you know price

focused marketing you actually want to do the opposite you want to Zig when they're zagging and I love studying about these luxury Brands whether it's

cardier Chanel Louis Vuitton Etc whatever because many of them were founded in a time in the like mid to late 1800s where uh mass production wasn't a

thing like everything was done by hand and everything was done relationship based and getting people attracted to what you had to offer but the interesting thing is that all the luxury

brands that took off took off because they represented um an identity or a mood

versus like a particular product right um we think about Chanel right to this day when you look at Chanel clothing whether you like it or not I'm not like a huge fan of Chanel per se but I think

the Chanel business model is really interesting no one would like compare Chanel necessarily to findy or to Gucci or for the most part like all the

quality is the same like you wouldn't say like oh well I think Gucci has higher quality than Chanel or Chanel has higher quality than findy that would be kind of ridiculous they're all handcrafted wellmade right you wouldn't

compare them even on prices like oh I I was I was going to buy the Chanel bag but I bought the Gucci bag because it was cheaper what like not a thing um they're all pretty much the same price

same quality you can buy them in the same places if you go to the high-end malls and high-end Stores um in your neighborhood when I was in Dubai we went to the uh Dubai Mall which was like

crazy insane every single high-end designer like in the world was in that mall so it's not a factor of is it in a different place is it a different price

is it a different quality what is the differentiating factor the differentiating factor is the client right and the identity that that brand

represents and what it means to them and they're buying it because they're like I see myself as this type of person I personally love findy like I love the the look I love the designs I love what

they're doing I love the backstory there's like five findy sisters are still um I think most of them are still involved with the brand um their transition from fur to leather

work and like really high quality handmade Goods but the identity ay as a designer is about um the this like modern powerful woman which kind of

makes sense given again the five women that are kind of behind the scenes with the brand the sisters the findy sisters have to do that but when you look at the looks down the runway they all have this

really uh clean tailored but like Chic and kind of innov thing going on with the designs Chanel's

Legacy is um about uh it's traditional but like Men's Wear because at the time when Chanel was coming up and was getting these designs together women at the time were wearing like Victorian

type clothes very stuffy big dresses all of this and so she was kind of ushering everybody into this like early 1900s almost like flapper style of um clothing where the dresses were shorter and the

haircuts were shorter and they were experiment ING with um like men's wear pants and suits and just wearing things that they weren't wearing before but it was about Liberation right it was about

like early women's Liberation like that's really what the clothes represented and so but that was her personal identity she grew up I think in an orphanage and was kind of this rebellious irreverent woman where even

amongst her peers she was kind of shunned because they're like Chanel is kind of she does her own thing we don't know if we like her that was her spirit that she was bringing to the brand and

so the the reason people chose to buy it or not to buy it was ultimately whether or not they they resonated with that spirit and so I say all that to say you

know the luxury one of the key aspects of luxury marketing that we all have to shift out of with all these platforms again trying to like conform us to make

us um bring eyeballs to their platforms and get people to stay here if you're running a business and you're building a

brand you have to get clear on what your identity is and what pieces and aspects of your identity are people going to resonate with when ultimately they

choose to do business with you right it's not just the thing that they're buying it's about the identity that they're buying into that they're raising their hand and saying I I see you we're

the same maybe we're not all the same right but there's a piece of me that connects with a piece of you and so I always say that your clients you'll

never attract your ideal clients when you're trying you'll only attract your ideal clients when you are true and so I think that this is a really great time

for everybody to kind of take a step back and say who is it that I am really like what am I really doing here what is it that I really represent what is my

identity um in the mark forget my positioning or how I'm quote unquote better than this brand or that brand or well my courses are higher quality and well I give you 5 hours of video and

they only give you 3 hours of it like all of this comparative stuff people ultimately aren't buying because of that they're buying because

of an identity that you represent that your brand represents right a mood a mission all these intangible things are even more important and so part of the

reason why me personally we were spending a lot of money on ads trying to like make this stuff work with the new things that we have going on and I said I'm stopping it like the only ads we'll

do in the future for the most part like awareness ads but all this like I'm going to run ads and get you to sign up for this thing right now and then buy my thing right now we're not doing that

anymore because I know my best clients are ones that literally it's almost like they walk into my store right this is my virtual store even something as simple as having like music going on in the

background people come into my virtual world they see my platform online they're looking at this Instagram or this Facebook live they're hearing what I'm talking about they're checking out

the books that I'm recommending they're listening to my podcast they're watching my YouTube videos they're seeing how we do the brand and design and all the things they're experiencing the CLS

experience and after being here for a while however long it takes whether it's 5 minutes you just showed up and you're like I freaking love this store you ever gone to a store like that and you're

like the music in here is so good what is this scent that they are pumping in this store look at those shoes like immediately you're like take my credit

I'm I came in here on my lunch break and I'm buying everything right some of us are like that we come into the store and we're like I'm freaking buying everything some of us we just love to

pop by that store on our lunch break for 5 minutes and then we go back to work we haven't bought anything we've been doing this for a whole year we've been coming coming in feeling the vibe I just like it you know it's a good break I like to

be in here I like to look at stuff one day I'm going to get that and then two years later you're like walking past that store and you're like you know what I always stop in the store and I never

get anything I'm going to get something and maybe you get just a bracelet or maybe you get like the $3,000 handbag I don't know but everybody's got a

different uh Rhythm for how they do things and so much of online marketing is about making sales but luxury

marketing is about allowing the sales I don't have to make the sale the person already wants or identifies or connects with the thing or they don't right it's

just my job to be here and allow people to raise their hand when they're ready it reminds me almost of as a popcorn because that's one of my favorite snacks usually I'm like what time is it I was

going to say usually around this time after lunch uh in between lunch and when I go pick up my son from school making some popcorn you throw some popcorn in the microwave isn't it interesting you put the little 2 minutes and 50 seconds

or whatever it is you're sitting there watching the first minute the first minute 30 seconds the first two minutes you only put two minutes and 50 seconds

on the microwave the first two minutes nothing happens the thing is just running right this it's just heating up the bag nothing's happening but then in

the last 50 seconds and the last 40 seconds and the last 30 seconds all the kernels start popping right so what

happened did they start popping just at that moment no it was all the heat that was put into the bag at that moment suddenly was enough to make the first

kernel pop and when the first kernel popped other kernels already to they start popping along with them and then before you know it 30 seconds you thought you're going to waste your 3

minutes or 2 minutes and 50 seconds but in the last 30 seconds virtually 95% of the bag has been popped but even you open the bag and there's still some Kernels at the bottom that haven't popped and even if you put them back in

the microwave they would never pop because they're not going to right and so our businesses are the same way and when you have a luxury brand or you you use luxury style branding because you

don't have to see yourself as a luxury brand in order to adopt this style I think um Apple I wouldn't necessarily say is a luxury brand but but they

certainly adopt a luxury strategy in the sense that the goal is to get people in your world right it's the popcorn kernels just put them in the bag and

turn the microwave on right and so over time when people are ready it's popping I see y it's popping it's popping right and so everybody's like how do I have a

popping brand for me and again I love what I feel like the industry is moving in some people are going to get a lot of people aren't going to get in unfortunately but some people will for

me this feels like a return back to um the original people ask me like how to have a Poppin brand part of it is getting clear on

like what you're doing for you like how did you get into this what is it that you want to see in the world when I first started this business I didn't even know coaching was a thing I didn't

know life coaching was a thing business coaching was a thing nothing like that this everything you see and I know some of youall have been rocking with me for the beginning so you know how it's started um but some of you who are brand

new maybe you saw a YouTube video or something you got here some way my brand started because I wanted to see this

type of content I wanted to see personal development content from a perspective of a young urban woman you know who

wasn't Brian Tracy Tony Robins like the traditional you know no shade thrown even less brown like a lot of the old school personal development people I was trying to get my life together I had this dream where essentially I just

wanted to be I wanted to like have all the things and be good at all the stuff right even on my original Blog My tagline so my original Blog name was called thinking uh Think and Grow chick because it was a play on the book Think

and Grow Rich And the tagline was for chicks who want to do everything cuz that was me I was a 20-some 21 year old I was like messing up in school I had a full right engineering scholarship I

tried to start a business don't skip engineering class if there's any college students here you got kids that are in college tell them if you are in engineering like maybe if you're in a different degree you could skip class every once in a while if you're an

engineer and you can never skip class right I skipped a whole semester trying to build a business and so it was no surprise that I ended up losing my scholarship and so I started robbing Peter to PayPal and trying to make ends me because I didn't want to go home to

Detroit I was at Howard in DC in love with the city like living this glamorous what I thought um grownup life in a big city and you know I was behind in school

now I had to make up all these classes all my friends had graduated they got great jobs they left and went to New York and Atlanta and la and I was still stuck in DC behind right took me six

years to finish my undergrad and so I started a Blog to document my journey to get my life back together and to learn about self-discipline and time

management and money management and all this stuff but my vision what I wanted to see in the world and what I couldn't find any resources for my vision was I wanted something like a resource

something that was going to teach I don't cuz again I didn't know like online courses coaching I didn't know what this was like there weren't any books so I just wanted some stuff that

was all about helping you as a young woman become that chick essentially right and it's funny to me I see the Jers now on Tik Tok talking about being

that chick and I'm like listen I've been talking about being that chick for like 15 years that's been the goal like even business is a vehicle to get to that right I wanted to obviously have my

money together I wanted to be pursuing a career that I love but I wanted to be in shape I wanted to dress cute I wanted to have a cute car and um cute clothes and my hair together and be in a great

relationship and have kids and travel the world and all this stuff like I wanted to be that chick and so I was like well let me try to re like I don't

know how but let me research some stuff and put some stuff online and maybe we'll just see what it is together right I'm like well all my friends ungraduated they can't hold me

accountable they can't talk to me about any of these things so maybe some strangers on the internet blogging was just getting it started this was like back in 2009 I was like maybe there's some other women again I'm 21 I don't

know anything uh maybe we cannot know anything together and learn this stuff and I just literally I would read something it would spark my interest and I would like share my thoughts and my

insights on it and I would put that on my blog that's that's how I got started but what is so interesting to me is I keep reading about these luxury Brands

and it was the same way like Chanel didn't start because she wanted to create these clothes for these like high class women she created the clothes that she wanted to wear cuz she was a

rebellious woman who was like I'm tired of wearing this Victorian stuff I want to have a Bob I I love these Men's Wear you know military jackets I'mma tailor them up for a woman she literally she

tailored those clothes for herself and started walking around like that and people were like some were like oh this is like totally inappropriate for a woman to wear but others were like hey

um you know that jacket you wore do you have any more of those can I buy that right Ferrari Ferrari Was a Race Car

Driver and was tuning up his cars trying to figure out how he can make them super fast for himself in his own cars on the track and so this is what I'm saying if

you let this world and social media and marketing and Facebook ads and whatever have their way they'll have you

contorting and twisting and doing all this stuff to fit within the platform so that they can meet their goals of Engagement and eyeballs and all this

stuff right Facebook cuz you know I'm also in the stock market did a little trading options trading this morning but you know Facebook uh had its first like down quarter in like 13 years they're

scrambling especially with Instagram they're scrambling how do we get more eyeballs how do we get more engagement Tik Tok is blowing up okay let's make the platform oriented for that and just force everybody to create content that way because we're looking for the

eyeballs right but my question is what are you looking for right and don't say clients because the clients will come when you're when you're pursuing the same thing that they want what are you

looking for for me that dream of being that chick literally has never changed and I don't care like I am still on the pursuit

right I'm I get on that pelaton bike every day cuz I'm like your girl got to get these arms together my Michelle Obama arms that's been like my

everything I still want to be that chick it's a NeverEnding process you're never her fully but you're always it's like weird you're her and you're not her like at the same time but I'm always like how

can I more of that chick right where the bank account is great now I'm dabbling and investing CU I'm like that chick would be an investor right that chick would have real estate bought my

investment property that chick would travel figure out all this stuff right I my uh next big name members know I talked about

this how I um hacked credit card points in order to travel I went um business class on imir to Dubai and Tel Aviv not too long ago like a few weeks ago my

husband and I straight off my business right I'm I'm always finagling thinking even my little office and I tell people now I'm like wow this

this is such a this is I won't say it's a throwback but this is such a moment for me even to have my office to look like this because I remember going to

like Goodwill and um garage sales and um getting my little fake flowers and setting up like again some of Y all are like OG's who have taken my training

from like 2014 2015 remember like the little brown desk and the Little Flower fake flower pot that I like picked up from like Ross or whatever and my like I

still I still made it me I still was always trying to be that chick with whatever resources that I have had and so now this is just a really fun journey

to see the more of myself I become the more successful I become and particularly in business the more of

myself I allow myself to be and I just create a way for people who resonate with that as well to join me the more

things grow like the more stuff blows up so again your clients aren't attracted to you when you're trying they're attracted to you when you're true when you're just yourself because when you're

yourself you're like what is this really about is it about I just want to make some money and I want to quit my job I hate my job I just want to start a business and I saw that such and such did it and I'm kind of

jealous how is it that she did it and I can't do it too I like that kind of energy is not really going to get you anywhere but there's got to be something that you really want to see in the world there's got to be

something that you wish existed right I'm still a personal development junkie I still read all the self-help books now I read business books now I read Finance

books like I still want want a place in the world for women who are like me and when I say like me it doesn't necessarily mean like you are

married like me or uh you have natural hair like me or whatever any of those things but just we want the same things we resonate with the same stuff we're kind of unreasonable we know like

everybody says like okay you should be done with that now you're not a teenager you're not in your 20s right I just had a birthday I'm I'm now old enough where I don't tell my age anymore right I'm

early mid-30s venturing into into my mid-30s and this is a time where you should be done with all that like get real focus

on what needs to happen in order to make like people tell us we should be that way but I know that there's some of you who are like me who are like no I still want to be that chick though mhm yeah I

still I still think I can have it all mhm yeah and I'm still willing to pursue it mhm yeah yeah I'm still willing to do all the things I'm still willing to try

I still read all the books about it like I still do little experiments on myself to see if I can make this happen like some of you are like that right and I'm

like that too right we're the same exactly and so I still want to see a Community Resources um

trainings books courses like I want a place where all that is available and you know we can dive into it and

practice on that together hence that's what I'm creating and so those of you who are in my next big name program kind of know what's coming because the next big name is a new program that I

launched not too long ago which is like the best program literally I've ever created just the quality alone is so good these videos the platform like all of this but I'm also working on

something even bigger than that next big name is just a piece of a broader Community all about how to be what I call an empowerment printer right and an

empowerment preneur is different than just a general entrepreneur because an empowerment preneur is someone that first seeks to empower themselves and they take their learnings they take the

thing that they're really going after Beyond money Beyond building a business whatever they take all of that and then they offer it to other people who have a similar identity as them and then they

go on that journey together and yes they get paid and that's how they make money but I find that that's what the best and biggest brands in the world have always done Apple Steve Jobs was like yeah I'm into

computers and this is really cool but why all this stuff have to be ugly he took a course in calligraphy he loved design so he was like I I would like to

write papers on the computer and it has different fonts I would like that I would like for the user interface to be cool and creative I think creatives can change the world if they have the right tools I wish that

they had the right tools for that right that's what the vision was so it was well let me create something in pursuit of that vision and let me just simply invite people who

have a similar Vision who resonate with that who resonate with that identity let me just invite them and if they want it they'll raise

their hand and they'll say hey me I want it and so this is such a different style of selling and like I could go so in depth in this in fact um in the next big

name in the building Buzz category I have a whole video that goes in depth on this but just understanding that there's a a different way to sell where you

don't have to sell like the people you want to attract already want what you have to offer the question is are you showing up in it are you showing up with

it or are you so stressed about where the next client is coming from and what the stupid algorithm is doing and whether your next social media post

needs to look like XYZ that you're killing the magic and they can't see you and so they just Mosey on to the next person like that is the essence of of

luxury branding and I think especially for those of us who are in coaching personal development Etc we really need to take hold of this because um I know it feels like oh it's totally a need but at the end of the day like coaching

isn't a need the way like water is a need or like groceries or a need or even shelter or clothing all of this is um something that people buy ultimately if

they want it but we're not focused on giving people what they want we're focused on scrambling doing thinking doing and thinking what we need to do in order to

make it happen so I'm saying connect back with what is it that you want like how did you get into this what is it that you want to see in the world Beyond business and making money that

even got you on this path are you excited about it is there a zest because remember people are coming in your store all the time some are coming in on their lunch break they're hanging out for a few minutes and they're leaving but they

do it every day and one day they'll buy something and some people are coming in and if the mood in the experience is right they're like oh my goodness this is amazing I'm buying everything in this store

everything I've done that before so I know what that's like right are you focused on making sure that you're sh is you that it has the things that you care about and that you're excited about

people connect with that in fact this kind of reminds me of um some dating advice I was giving to uh some of my uh I guess they'd be my like cousins

in-laws and friends and um it was just one of those things where we were like all at of Airbnb eating drinking some wine Etc and of course you get a you get more than two women in a room together

they going to talk about girl these men like what what's going on now I'm married but I love living vicariously through you know my friends dating lives because I got taken off the market at a very early age so I love hearing about

like okay what's going on and like oh he did what he said is that a thing now do people do that like super like crazy fascinating but one of the things that I share with them that my mom shared with

me that I think is really great dating advice but is also applicable to business is that I was telling them that most men right are um kind of kind of

live in Black black and white for lack of a better word meaning you know they come I know from my husband you talk to like your average you know straight male like he's he goes home he goes to work

like he's not into a bunch of stuff you know he wears kind of the same same sweater puts the same pair of pants on like you know he does he has his routine he kind of does

his day-to-day life you know he hangs out with his friends he has a good time but you know guys kind of live in black and white right and so when they see a woman that they're in interested in

usually it's not just about the way she looks but it's the fact that her energy almost like takes his like little black and white existence and suddenly like

throws color on it to the point where he's like who who is that like and it could be again energy zest for life the way you do things even if you're an

introvert it could be like a mysterious air about you um a lot of this has to deal with like archetypes which we also talk about in the next big name program because it's like very important in terms of understanding your branding but

we all have a certain way of being that doesn't resonate with everybody but resonates with somebody right and so when your way of

being moves past the person who's like oh my goodness who is that you don't have to sell you don't have to sell there's

nothing you need to do or say to make that connection happen because they already want it they've been looking for it it's you've been what they you're what they've been

missing but you had to show up in your full self in order to create that oh my goodness who is that I've never seen anybody do that

before be that way before exp like that whole girls you got to you got to be the color to his little black and white existence right um I know I definitely was that from my husband he was like

what in the world like almost we they like dizzy like I wasn't expecting that like but it's the experience now right so now it's like well I got to call her back

because I can't create that mood and that excitement in my life on my own cuz my life is black and white and I go to work and go to the gym and watch sports and hang out with my buddies on the weekend and I wear the same three

sweaters and you know like that's my life I mean it's cool but most guys they're the same way and so they meet someone who interjects that like

Miss and they're like I have I have to call her back because where else am I going to get this feeling

from your Brands got to be the same way your people are like dying for an experience of you but

you've killed the experience you've given it away because you've been trying so hard to fit yourself into whatever

mold you think is like necessary in order to make this work right and I see this all the time even Instagram my friend she calls it the Instagram baddy look some I get very sad when I see

especially young girls feeling like they have to uh do their makeup a certain way or uh get plastic surgery to look a certain way or whatever like to fit within this mold where it's like there's

a legit Beauty naturally intrinsically that you already have but the key is it's somebody not everybody but somebody

is going to see you in color right and so one of the best piece of advice my mom ever gave me was like the ones that like you if he don't like you don't like like

stop pursuing him like your dating pool your options like the ones that like you you too tall for some you know you too this for others you're too that for

that's okay but the ones that like you like the ones that like you right same thing for your brand and your business stop trying to

contort I'm not good at dancing but I better get on here and do this Tik Tock D is that authentic to you are you a

dancer is that how you naturally show up like if it's not don't do it like the ones that like you some people won't like you some people won't like she

talked too much for me she talked too much her podcast are too live stream too long I already clicked off girl get to the point five minutes get to the point well you know

what these are deeper Concepts okay that take a minute to mle over okay and so for my brand and I know how my course is and it's super in depth like I need

intelligent women who like to wrestle with some things who like to process some things who take things to Heart who understand that it's about Beyond business it's about being that chick right it's about

being that woman I've talked about this in the past how my favorite superhero is Storm because she's the only one of the X-Men that um doesn't have to do anything externally like Wolverine he's

got the blades like he's got to slash people other people got to like blast people in order to get the bad guys she does nothing all she does is go internally the whole environment changes

storm lightning like everything around her changes simply by her presence that's what this is about right for me again always till I die we'll

always be on a quest to be that chick I understand that mastering these Concepts in my business allow me to master these Concepts in my life and when I can show

up as more of me and create a mood in an environment and a connection that deeply resonates with the people that I'm called to serve I

know that that makes me a better wife a better mom a better friend when I'm out in public I get reactions that my friends are like why are you you get special treatment it

seems like when you go places it's an error about you that you develop but it's all one thing we have to stop this like I do this in my business but I do

this at home and I do this in my personal life no you are this you be this and when you are this all these things happen for you in all these

different Arenas that's what my brand is about that's what all this is about so if it takes me 45 minutes on a live stream to explain that I like the ones that like me that understand that that get that CU then I know when they get into my world and they get into my

programs and they get into my products the connection is there they get it better results right part of this I know some people are like oh I'm just getting started in coaching I don't have all these testimonials part of the

reason why it might be taking so long to get testimonials is because you're not liking the ones that like you you're not attracting the people who are attracted to your style it's not just the substance it's the style too because

both are necessary for how we receive information and so if they're constantly distracted because they don't like the way you do or teach or whatever it is that you teach it's going to be

difficult for them to lock in and actually connect with that coaching is a very intimate experience in terms of Who

You ultimately resonate with so I'm saying in summary let's stop being Mass marketers

and let's start being luxury leaders and the cool thing about being luxury and this is where the price aspect comes in right because a lot of people have felt a certain kind of way because they've thought oh luxury is

about elitism and they just raised the price to be the price or whatever no true luxury I'm not saying there aren't some brands that try that or people who buy things just for the status of it but

true brands are so so committed to a vision and so committed to making the best experience like to creating and crafting that that they have to raise

the price because that's what's required in order to create the magnitude of what they're creating at the level that they're creating it and the cool thing is when

you do that you become like a niche of one you're in your own lane like no one can do what you do you're doing what you're doing no one can like if people

want your experience they have to go to you they can't go to anybody else and so the price goes up cuz you're one in a sea of thousands millions it doesn't

even matter the more competition the better because the more your uniqueness stands out and the more people are like I the more I see everyone else who's not

matching with what I want and I see what what you've got and I like how you're doing it like I keep coming back here I have I have to go with you

people keep shopping at fendy you know myself included I like fendy cuz I'm like they're the only ones that do this unique they had a collection with the F and the way they did the F on the handlebars on a handbag and then they

had these like mules they had the the F but it was like hidden in the heel so it wasn't like boom in your face cuz I don't like super like inyour face logos but it was like very hid and subtle but

it was like so Artful I was like what other brands do this darn it FY darn it I'm saving up now I got to buy these shoes I don't want it from anyone else I

want it from you because I already wanted again the identity the mood the mission that findy represents with their clothing I already wanted that I didn't need to be sold on

that I just needed them to show up in their full self demonstrating that they are that and so I want you to do the same thing be the luxury leader in your

niche in fact be the only one in your Niche be the only one in your Niche you guys are the best so there's a few things I have this concept is just so deep like there's so much more I

could go with this we talk about there's consistency in that you know we talk about the popcorn analogy there's a level of consistency that has to happen that I feel like people aren't mastering there's a lot with this but I just had

to put this out here if you're feeling any frustration with any of these things stop don't let these platforms play play you if you want to dance on Tik Tok

don't dance on Tik Tok but now is the opportunity to get deep and to say what is it that you're really doing who is it that you really are that you represent what is it that you're really pursuing

and how can you pursue that and just invite people to come along with you especially the ones who already want what you've got right the people who already like the ones that like you the people who already want what you want

and you're going in the same place how can you pursue that and just Vite them along versus trying to sell them into something that you're not even sure that you want yourself all right so I'll get

off my soap box and go pick up my baby from school but I'll see you guys on Instagram again if you're ready to be a luxury leader now go ahead and DM me
