Heat. Hey. Hey. Hey.

Come.

Heat. Heat.

Heat. Heat.

All right, so it is finally time to go to the gym. It is 12:11. So, usually I go to the gym at about noonish, maybe a little bit before, but yeah, as you can

see, it is March 22nd. This video is going live on March 24th. I might

actually have to delay it to March 25th now because um I don't know if I have the facilities for that, man. I

absolutely did not have the facilities for that. So, I've decided yet again to

for that. So, I've decided yet again to update the calendar. So, instead of posting this on the 25th, I am now posting it on the 28th. And all future videos will now be posted every Monday, Thursday, and Saturday all the way up

until the end of April. So, I am going to grind today and tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the next day um to try and get those out for you. I like

editing these videos, but [ __ ] man. As

you will see, this is the day in the life. This is literally every single day

life. This is literally every single day of the winter arc. No breaks, man. It's

like I'm living in the [ __ ] Twilight Zone. It's definitely tough, man. But

Zone. It's definitely tough, man. But

hey, but hey. Anyway, today, as you can see,

but hey. Anyway, today, as you can see, is lower B. I am not recording this workout. It's a day in the life, not a

workout. It's a day in the life, not a workout vlog. Okay, if you want to see

workout vlog. Okay, if you want to see my freaking leg days, bro, you've caught plenty. But it's just a gloomy day, man.

plenty. But it's just a gloomy day, man.

This is typical leg day weather. Just

rainy, shitty. No one wants to [ __ ] be here. The last thing you want to do

be here. The last thing you want to do is have to go to the gym and train legs.

But hey, that's what it's all about, isn't it? That is what it's all about.

isn't it? That is what it's all about.

As you can see from my morning routine, it pretty much just consists of editing videos that need to be edited, practicing my Japanese because I am obviously preparing for my trip to Japan. So, obviously, you know, I don't

Japan. So, obviously, you know, I don't plan on doing this forever. I am

hopefully going to have a, you know, maybe a wife and kids, maybe uh become like a grandfather. Getting a little ahead of myself, but obviously I do not plan on [ __ ] editing, cooking,

recording, and training and [ __ ] learning Japanese for 99% of my day.

Okay, that's not what Max Usada's life has in store for him. Hopefully. In all

honesty, I already finished my freaking fruit. Yeah. So, there's nothing to look

fruit. Yeah. So, there's nothing to look forward to on this drive other than just misery having to go train legs.

Bulgarian split squats today. [ __ ] man.

I don't know. I guess I'll see you when it's done. Leg day is done. What time is

it's done. Leg day is done. What time is it? Just about 2:30. I was kind of

it? Just about 2:30. I was kind of talking to a bunch of my friends during that workout, so definitely could have done it quicker. Let's get the protein shake in. If you guys have been

shake in. If you guys have been following the workout vlogs, you will know this is my protein. Birthday cake

Impact Whey Protein. My current favorite flavor. It's just so freaking good after

flavor. It's just so freaking good after workout, man. I just [ __ ] love

workout, man. I just [ __ ] love chugging it.

It's just so good, man. That is it for the post-workout. Let's go home. I do

the post-workout. Let's go home. I do

have to make chicken because I am out. I

kind of just make food when I run out. I

don't really meal prep on Sundays at 3:00 p.m. or whatever. Although it is

3:00 p.m. or whatever. Although it is Sunday and I will be cooking at 3 p.m.

Yeah, let's go home, make some chicken, and continue the day in the life. All

right.

All right. Let's make some chicken. That

could have been bad, folks. That could

have been very bad. I actually totally forgot to turn on my mic and I was just sitting here talking for like 2 minutes.

It is time to make the chicken. Now, as

you can see, we're going with the double pan setup because uh it's just easy to make a lot of chicken at once. And

before I even get my chicken out, I like to oil and season up my pans. That way I don't have to keep [ __ ] washing my hands. And where is the onion salt? Here

hands. And where is the onion salt? Here

it is. Need to freaking break that up.

It's literally just a rock. I mean, it is. They are rocks. Salt.

is. They are rocks. Salt.

All right.

Just jam them in there, bro. It doesn't

matter. They'll [ __ ] cook. One piece

of chicken left over. We'll just throw that in a ziploc bag. Use it later.

Let's do a quick clean of the work area.

And that is what they are looking like.

Now we can season the top.

All right. I think I put a little too much on that side, but that's okay. And

then just some onion salt because I did it the first time and it tasted good and now I can't not do it. And now, finally, we can turn these suckers on.

Let's do 8 minutes. This might require 10 because those suckers are thick.

Yeah, not much water to drain. So, let's

start flipping them.

Going for a triple flip. That's the

Krusty Krab technique right there. Shut

up.

All right, so those will be done very quickly. I'll leave those on for like

quickly. I'll leave those on for like another minute because they're with Hey, bro. Oh, shoot. I also just remembered I

bro. Oh, shoot. I also just remembered I need to make broccoli.

Also, let's start a new 8 minutes. Oh,

wait. Shoot. That was the [ __ ] clock.

All right. So, that is nice and filled with water.

Don't spill. Don't spill. Don't spill.

Very carefully.

I don't know. 9 minutes. All right. Now

it is time to flip these.

So that's five minutes. We'll add

another five once that is Oh my god, look at the liquid on that. I got to [ __ ] drain that.

All right, these are looking pretty much done. So I think those are good.

done. So I think those are good.

Let's start chopping these suckers up.

So first pan of chicken is done. Where's

my knife? Here it is. Very easy to just chop this up. Just like rip it apart, man. It just literally just comes apart.

man. It just literally just comes apart.

First pan done. I got to go drain the liquid on that.

And just like that, broccoli is done.

Very careful.

What is the chicken looking like here?

I think the small pieces are done. So,

maybe I take those off and cut them. The

big [ __ ] thick breasts I'll leave on for a little bit.

Nice.

All right, while we wait for the chicken to finish, let's actually start making this meal.

First off, we need some rice, which I need to make tomorrow because I'm running out. Let's do 140 g, which is

running out. Let's do 140 g, which is just 5 oz. I'll heat that up for a minute.

Next, let's measure out some blueberries.

Oh, I got to make my spinach. 30 seconds

there. Those are done, man. Come on.

It is time to cut the chicken. So, no

time to waste with the spinach, brother.

Ah, spinach needs to be turned.

All right, [ __ ] it. Let's just finish the spinach real quick.

All right, that's done. Let's bring it on over.

All right, that is done.

140 g of chicken, 10 g of cheese.

Food is made. Let's put this in the fridge. Jesus.

fridge. Jesus.

Chicken and broccoli.

Nice.

So, the kitchen is unfortunately a mess, but do not panic, mother. That will be cleaned very shortly. Just filling up the old water here. And uh yeah, that is the final meal. Chicken, rice, spinach, broccoli, blueberries, and some cheese.

All right, that needs to get stopped, bro. By the way, it is almost 400 p.m.

bro. By the way, it is almost 400 p.m.

That usually only takes me like a half hour, but for some reason, it just took forever today. Those thick [ __ ]

forever today. Those thick [ __ ] breasts killed me, bro. Let's get this.

All right, finally the food is ready to eat. So, it is exactly 400 p.m. right

eat. So, it is exactly 400 p.m. right

now, but usually I eat this at like 3:30. Sometimes you're a little bit

3:30. Sometimes you're a little bit behind. That's all right. That's all

behind. That's all right. That's all

right. What do I do here, man? What do I watch? Usually, I watch an anime.

watch? Usually, I watch an anime.

Although, I just What? My sister took the freaking Netflix account to her other house. And now it's just telling

other house. And now it's just telling me that I got to switch the household. I

got to call my mom, man.

Yo, I just sent a code for the Netflix.

cuz I think TA switched the household.

She did. She's washing it now. She just

switched it.

All right. That's all right. That's all

right. I'll find something else. Yeah,

it's fine. It's fine. Also, the

kitchen's kind of a mess. Don't worry

about it. I'll clean it later.

No, I'll clean it when I get out.

No, no, no, no. Don't worry. Don't

worry. Don't worry. I'll clean it. I'll

clean it.

No, I don't mind. Give me something to do.

Are you sure?

Can I do it?

Yeah, positive. I'm on the way home. Did

I give you enough time?

Yeah. Yeah. No, I'm done. I'm

Everything's done.

Are you sure? I'll clean it when I get home. Give me something.

home. Give me something.

Awesome. Thank you. I really appreciate that Mom.

You're welcome. You love you.

Love you. Bye.

Okay. Bye.

So [ __ ] clutch, baby. All right, so Netflix is I was going to watch some anime. What do we watch on Disney, man?

anime. What do we watch on Disney, man?

What do I do? What do I do? Do I have Crunchyroll anymore?

Oh, I just canled my Crunchyroll subscription cuz they shot up the prices and oh man, I can't even watch Crunchyroll. No Netflix, no Crunchyroll.

Crunchyroll. No Netflix, no Crunchyroll.

What do I actually watch? You know what?

I'm watching some Duron. What? It's time

to say goodbye. Oh no, the Duron website got shut down. Let's use a completely legal streaming service here. Episode

700 of Deron. That's all I've got here, man.

What the hell is this? What the hell is this, man? This all I've got. Let's just

this, man? This all I've got. Let's just

freaking eat, man.

Yeah. Bye.

Yeah, I'll finish this with my second meal. But it is time to do some work.

meal. But it is time to do some work.

I've never actually seen that episode.

And hilariously enough, it's about Doron giving Nobita some special clay kada nendo that makes your [ __ ] body turn into whatever you want it to. So no just made himself look like a [ __ ]

gigachad turned into me. But he's got no muscle. It doesn't make you strong. So

muscle. It doesn't make you strong. So

he's going to get cooked by a giant later. But yeah, anyway, the meal is

later. But yeah, anyway, the meal is done. I don't know. Let's start cutting

done. I don't know. Let's start cutting and trimming some videos, man. That's

what life is all about, isn't it?

Yeah, another good session. Hope you

guys enjoying. I don't know. See you. I

don't know. see it is right because this camera battery is getting low, man. So,

let's unfortunately continue editing for another hour before I go make meal, too.

And maybe I'll start working on this video. But, uh, I need to take out my SD

video. But, uh, I need to take out my SD card from my camera in order to do that.

So, I'm stopping this freaking recording. Okay.

recording. Okay.

All right, fellas. It is now 6:25. So,

nearly 6:30. I usually eat this meal at like 6:00, but I'm running a half hour late. All right. It's the exact same

late. All right. It's the exact same chicken rice spinach cheese but instead of broccoli and blueberries, we've got a nice bowl of pineapple. I

guess while I eat this, let's just finish this freaking Don episode. Man,

this guy's a clown. Bro,

that's the one thing I don't like about Dryon. The episodes just kind of end.

Dryon. The episodes just kind of end.

Like they didn't even solve the He just turned into a freaking rabbit and it ended. Like what the hell is that, man?

ended. Like what the hell is that, man?

All right, I am not finishing this episode. Maybe I'll watch it tomorrow,

episode. Maybe I'll watch it tomorrow, but I've got too much work to do. No

beats up. I actually just started editing this video that you're watching right now. That's where I've gotten up

right now. That's where I've gotten up to. Just um me making my bed. So, I'm 1

to. Just um me making my bed. So, I'm 1 minute in. And yeah, low key, I look

minute in. And yeah, low key, I look jacked as [ __ ] here. Like, do you see that? Do you guys see that? It's 6:30,

that? Do you guys see that? It's 6:30,

so at 7:30, I might just cut it and go stretch because that's the next on the list. So, I guess let's just work for an

list. So, I guess let's just work for an hour man.

I'm just now realizing that 95% of this video is literally just me sitting here in this exact same camera angle. This is

the entire video. This is my day in the life. Welcome to Max USA's world. This

life. Welcome to Max USA's world. This

is what it takes to be a [ __ ] washed up YouTuber nowadays. You know,

originally I planned on like adding a voice over to this video, but I'm not really I'm not sure. I'm out of ideas here, man. Anyway, I don't know. Let's

here, man. Anyway, I don't know. Let's

just [ __ ] continue, man.

You know what?

That's enough, man. It's just I'm I'm I'm I'm watching this video and it's literally just me sitting at my computer editing. Me computer editing me at my

editing. Me computer editing me at my desk editing. You know what I'm trying

desk editing. You know what I'm trying to say, man. It is 7:08. I'm calling it, man. I will continue editing till 7:30,

man. I will continue editing till 7:30, but there is no point in recording it because I'm literally just sitting here editing. Me editing on my computer,

editing. Me editing on my computer, sitting here editing while I'm watching myself the edit. This might be the most

boring day in the life I think I've ever recorded.

I'm a man.

Because Heat. Hey, heat. Hey, heat.

Heat. Hey, heat. Hey, heat.

Hey, hey hey.

Heat. Heat. N.

Heat. Heat.

All right. So, I figured I'd do a little voice over here for the final meal of the day. It's nothing special. Just the

the day. It's nothing special. Just the

classic beef, rice, potatoes, and ketchup with a couple pieces of peanut butter toast and some frozen mangoes.

Yeah, genuinely might be one of the greatest things I've ever put in my mouth, but I mean, I've shown it to you 100 times now. So, now while I eat that, I'll throw on some YouTube. Today, I

went with some Aane sensei just for some, you know, easy digestible, fun native Japanese content.

you know, it gives me some ideas for my trip, you know, places to go, things to do, how to get around and whatnot. And

then when that's done, I will go back to editing, throw on another Japanese podcast. This time, Yuyu Sensei again,

podcast. This time, Yuyu Sensei again, just to practice listening while I work.

At this point, most of that video is already done. I just need to throw on

already done. I just need to throw on the graphics, you know, the sets, reps, weight, sync that with all the individual exercises. And I don't really

individual exercises. And I don't really need to put in a lot of effort. It's

kind of just punching numbers on my keyboard. So, you know, I kind of just

keyboard. So, you know, I kind of just like listening to as much Japanese as possible to help prepare for my trip right now. In fact, if you caught it,

right now. In fact, if you caught it, while I was stretching, I was actually listening to another podcast from Haduk Kasan, who actually talks about her life living in Australia on a working holiday. She's absolutely [ __ ]

holiday. She's absolutely [ __ ] hilarious. I genuinely just crack up

hilarious. I genuinely just crack up while stretching watching her videos.

So, if any of you are ever looking for fun, entertaining Japanese podcasts, I highly recommend those three. Yeah,

that's pretty much it, man. Not much to it. That's kind of what I do. Um, I'm

it. That's kind of what I do. Um, I'm

not sure how entertaining this video has been, but hopefully you've enjoyed so far.

All right, podcast is over. Still not

freaking done, man.

All right, fellas. That is a wrap. The

video is now fin Well, it's not done, but the graphics are now finally done on the video. It took me about an hour. I

the video. It took me about an hour. I

literally just sat here and recorded the whole thing. My camera is on 3%, so I

whole thing. My camera is on 3%, so I got to talk fast. Keep this nice and short, but quick shout out to my boy Yuyu Nihongo. Yuyu sensei. Absolute

Yuyu Nihongo. Yuyu sensei. Absolute

goat. Genuinely, like 90% of my Japanese progress is because of Yuyu Sensei. Just

throw on a podcast while I edit these.

So, very chill. just kind of honestly sometimes I just throw in a freaking movie. I literally just watched Wall-E

movie. I literally just watched Wall-E yesterday. But for the video I wanted to

yesterday. But for the video I wanted to show the productivity so I watched a Japanese podcast. So again, shout out

Japanese podcast. So again, shout out Yuyu Sensei. Yeah, that is it. So the

Yuyu Sensei. Yeah, that is it. So the

graphics are all on the video as you can see.

Uh-huh.
