Summary

## Key takeaways - **Automate critical data extraction from prints**: Wingman, an AI tool, automatically extracts key data like rev, requirements, features, and dimensions from prints and models. [00:17] - **Codify workflows with customizable rules**: Requirements Review analyzes extracted data against preset rules to automatically add steps like anodizing and deburring to your router. [00:34] - **Zero in on tricky tolerances**: Use whiteout mode to isolate specific requirements, like tight tolerances, and Wingman will highlight their precise location on the print. [00:54] - **Create rules for critical manufacturability**: Establish rules to flag tolerances below a certain threshold, automatically tagging a senior estimator for manufacturability confirmation. [01:16] - **Ensure consistent quoting processes**: Once created, new rules are applied to every future job, driving a consistent estimating process across your entire team. [01:32] - **Accelerate quoting with bulk resolutions**: The system allows for quick bulk application of resolutions across multiple line items where rules have been triggered, speeding up the quoting process. Requirements Review helps estimators quickly understand the technical data in a print or model and codify

workflows with customizable rules, giving your team the confidence to estimate faster—without missing

the critical details that can make or break a job.

Let's take a look

Wingman is Paperless Parts' AI assistance tool that automatically extracts critical data from prints and

models.

Here in the Found in Files section, you can see that it has identified key pieces of information such as

rev, description, requirements, features, and dimensions.

Requirements Review analyzes the extracted data and compares it against a library of preset rules.

In this example, Wingman has detected anodizing and deburring callouts, and with a click of a button,

you can automatically add those steps into your router.

Paperless Parts also makes it simple to review prints and add new rules as needed.

In the Paperless Parts viewer you can isolate certain types of requirements by using whiteout mode.

In this case, if I want to zero in specifically on any tricky tolerances, I can white out the other categories,

click on the tolerance that I want to inspect more closely, and Wingman will highlight the precise location

of that tolerance.

Requirements Review also makes it simple to create new rules.

For example, if five thou represents a particularly tight tolerance for my shop and I want to create a

rule that says "every time a tolerance less than five thou appears in a print, no quote or tag a senior

estimator to confirm manufacturability", I can do so in a few simple clicks.

That rule will then be in place for every future job, driving a consistent process across your estimating

team.

Here we can see that the new rule we just configured has been added, and confirm that it will appear any

time future tolerances below this threshold are detected.

From the main quote page, Requirements Review also makes it easy to quickly bulk apply resolutions across

multiple line items.

Here you can see every time a rule has been triggered and bulk apply resolutions, further accelerating your

quoting process.

At any time, if you want to edit your rules library, go to the configure menu and select Review Rules.

Here you can add, delete or edit rules in just a few simple clicks ensuring that your rules library

is always consistent with your shop's quoting best practices.
