Good morning, all. Hello, everyone.

Welcome back, folks. We're talking about portable charcoal grills here today. We

got one from Fiesta. This one, I'll tell you what, you're talking about affordable quality. And that's what's

affordable quality. And that's what's going on right here. You're saying,

"Well, Tom, talk talk to me about affordable." I'm going to show you that

affordable." I'm going to show you that on Amazon, but it's less than 90 bucks.

And there's a lot of quality, including cast iron grates going on. We're going

to show you everything. I'm going to show you all the specifics on it. I'm

going to show you where I got it on Amazon. We're going to talk about the

Amazon. We're going to talk about the table, too, cuz I already did a review on this, posted a couple months ago.

I'll leave a link down to that. And you

know what? I'm going to fire it up and cook some steak on there. Man, it's

going to be so good. Let's get started.

All right, there it is on Amazon. Told

you, 90 bucks, 354 square inches of cooking area. I'll also leave the link

cooking area. I'll also leave the link down below to this folding table.

Uh and uh that is relatively cheap, too.

And that's very very nice. Let's get

into the grill. Outside of the grill, we'll start with two. They got these cool-to-the-touch uh handles here. Uh

you got a nice carrying handle. If

you're wondering about the weight, it's just shy of 30 lb.

Uh right right around 27 lb. You got

four nice solid legs there. Coming

around to the side, you've got an adjustable top there for your smoke to come out.

Uh nice hinges in the back.

And then, you've got your adjustable vent over here. Now, these setups for these are very good at low and slow. And

you can do indirect on there. And I'm

going to show you how I how we're going to do that today. They even got a little uh temp gauge there. And it looks like it goes all the way up to 800° F.

Let's uh take a look at the inside. I'll

have to show you the uh the ash tray. So, the whole bottom pulls out like this. And that's where your ash and grease would come out. And that just makes for super easy clean up. All

right, a lot going on on the inside here. First of all, if you watch the

here. First of all, if you watch the channel Tom Horsman YouTube, please subscribe. You know that I do like cast

subscribe. You know that I do like cast iron grill grates. The grilling surface is uh 14 and 1/2 by

18. And there is a warming rack up here

18. And there is a warming rack up here now. If you're saying if I'm doing

now. If you're saying if I'm doing something taller, can I take that off?

And yeah, you can take that off.

Let's take the grates off and let's show you cuz people are asking, "What's that going to What does that do?" So, let me show you that. All right, down below, this is your charcoal tray right here and that's porcelain coated enamel.

These handles on the side are to make it adjustable, so you can go down to all different lengths and bring it up higher like here, like if you want to get a

good sear on or if you're doing some low and slow, then you would just have it on this bottom one right here. And now,

here's the key and I'm like I said I talked to you about doing indirect.

Indirect is really cool in these because you only you got a bottom vent over here and you got your top vent up over there.

So, what we would do for low and for low and slow indirect is I would just put aluminum tray like this, my charcoal over there, and then the the air is

coming through and with the food over here, the smoke is coming on there and then exiting out of the top, kind of like revolving like that. And it does a

very, very nice job, the style of grill when it comes to low and slow and indirect. But, we're

going to show you that, too. All right,

smoke's rolling on the Fiesta. Give you

a look see at the setup here. Got the

charcoal over here. I'm just using blue bag Kingsford in here today. Got that

fired up, got the pan over there. I did

put a little oil on our cast iron. I put

the cast iron over. I like the thicker thicker sides there to give more of more of grill grill sear lines. It's up to you, but that's what I choose to do. We'll keep

on going. In fact, I'll tell you what, let's go take a look at the steak. Let

us do a burn-in for a little bit before we put the steak on here, though. But,

we'll go take a look at the steak anyway. Chuck eye cap steak. Tell you

anyway. Chuck eye cap steak. Tell you

what, this pound and a half about an inch thick, very, very nice. Little bit

of the steak and burger from Famous Dave's.

Let's go see how the Fiesta's doing.

We're going to get some smoke on them first and then we're going to get a sear.

All right. Uh, been about 15-20 minutes.

Fiesto's all dialed in. It looks like right around 200°. We're going to put our steak on. I'm getting hungry.

All right, look at that. Getting some

nice smoke on there. We're going to pull those off, and then we let this this side get good and hot. Give them a good sear. Man, going to be so good. All

sear. Man, going to be so good. All

right, 2 minutes. Let's uh, take a look-see.

Get a little sear on them.

Keep on going. Give you a look-see. All

right, we did 2 minutes, and then flipped them and did another 3 minutes, and let's take a look-see. See how we're doing.

I don't have a whole lot of charcoal on there, cuz I didn't want to I didn't want to go crazy. So, we're

just going to leave this open and try and get a better sear on that side. Give

you a All right, that's looking much better.

We're going to put them back over indirect side a little bit for just a couple minutes.

Get a little bit more cooking on there.

And then, we'll give you a final look-see. And then, our final thoughts

look-see. And then, our final thoughts on the Fiesto portable charcoal grill.

Coming right up.

There's our steak. Man, just the way I like it. Take a taste test.

like it. Take a taste test.

And if you haven't [clears throat] tried chuck eye cap steak, if you can find it, it's very affordable, it's very delicious. Let's go back out by the

delicious. Let's go back out by the Fiesto, give you my final thoughts.

All right, final thoughts on the Fiesto portable charcoal grill. 90 bucks,

folks. You're looking for something like this, and you don't want to break the bank, anytime you can pick up a grill that's got cast iron grill grates, got adjustable grill grates, adjustable charcoal tray,

uh, nice cleanout on the bottom, temperature gauge, uh, it's portable, works very very nice.

For the price, you can't beat it. And

and then, like I said, I'll leave a link down below to this table, too, cuz this table is pretty cool with its built-in paper towel holder. That is

very affordable, also. Tom Horseman,

YouTube. Thumbs up, leave a comment. And

as always, thanks for watching.
