[music] [music] The Middle East crisis is widening far beyond on the battlefield. As tensions
between Iran, Israel, and the United States intensify, two global powers are now stepping directly into the diplomatic fight.
Russia and China have both rejected neutrality, signaling clear political backing for Thran [music] and raising fears that the regional conflict could
evolve into a broader geopolitical confrontation.
Because NBC News is reporting that Iran is receiving help from Russia to help locate US forces. Are you receiving any
help from Russia?
>> Well, we have a strategic partnership with with Russia.
>> So, that's a yes.
>> And well, a military cooperation between Iran and Russia is not something new.
It's not it's not a secret. It has been in the past and it's still there and will continue in in the future.
>> Is Russia helping you locate US forces?
I just want to be very clear here.
>> Well, I don't have exact military information. Uh, as far as I know, we
information. Uh, as far as I know, we have a very good uh partnership with Russia.
>> So, they are helping you, they are providing intelligence.
>> Well, they are they are helping us in many different directions. Uh, I don't have any detailed information.
Moscow has now openly declared its position. Russia's ambassador to the
position. Russia's ambassador to the United Kingdom.
Andre Kellan told Sky News that Russia is not neutral in the conflict and stands in support of Iran, strongly criticizing the Western narrative around
the war.
>> We are not neutral. uh no venue to rule.
We are supportive uh to Iran of course and we consider as I have said uh very negatively uh what is being done and besides we do not understand this logic
uh uh it is the logic at the moment of western countries and all the others is that Iran is to blame for everything.
>> Kellen argued that the conflict is being portrayed unfairly in western discussions. According to the Russian
discussions. According to the Russian diplomat, the role played by the United States and Israel in escalating the
confrontation is often ignored, while blame is placed almost entirely on Thran.
He insisted that the narrative surrounding the conflict fails to acknowledge that Iran is responding to earlier attacks.
The ambassador said it is misleading to portray Thran as the sole aggressor in the crisis.
>> But no one is saying that uh US and Israel has initiated an attack against Iran and Iran is only responding to this
attack. So this is uh simply uh unfair.

>> At the same time, China has also stepped forward with strong criticism of the war. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi

>> Ancient Chinese wisdom warns that weapons are ominous tools and should not be used without discretion.
Seeing the Middle East engulfed in flames, I want to say that this is a war that should not have happened. It is a war that does no one any good.
>> Beijing also warned against what it called the abuse of military power and attempts to reshape governments in the region.
China says sovereignty must remain the cornerstone of the international order and called for an immediate ceasefire,
urging all sides to halt hostilities before the conflict spirals further.
>> The history of the Middle East tells the world time and again that force provides no solution. An armed conflict will only
no solution. An armed conflict will only increase hatred and breed new crisis.
Rejecting the abuse of force, might does not make right. The law of the jungle must not return and rule the world.
