Space 1 (big)

This is door walking in.

I think this is a space. There's a lot of wall plugs. I think this is for freezers, refrigerators before entering the lab.

This seems to be another freezer here, maybe shared.

But yeah, there's this open area here, maybe for storage as well.

This is walking into the lab.

Okay. So, this is the area I'm thinking about for students and posttocks like a sitting area.

That is Granger right there.

Um, it's connected to the rest of the lab but it's decent sized.

They can sit maybe 10 people.

And this is one of the private office uh that can be used by a professor.

It's pretty big.

Again, this is a Gringanger right there.

So, this is a nice faculty office.

um that is connected to this seating area I was just looking at and again that is

the entrance to the lab and this will be the rest of the lab and it is very big not very deep but laterally I'll show you

so there's one two three four four aisles

okay all benches wet lab style and gas.

Um, we have to figure out the power, but there's all plugs here on these benches.

So, this would be seating area I'm talking about. It's in the lab, but you

talking about. It's in the lab, but you see this is designed as a seating space.

I've seen students, you know, lab members sitting in the lab like this.

Okay?

So it's very wide this lab. Like this is the the depths from here to here.

This is another space. We just walk in.

Tons of space. Maybe another seating area, seating area, but this will be a bench.

Um this is the film hood number one. We

have two here.

And then another very nice bench here.

And then we come back.

Okay. So, now we're in the second aisle.

And then to the right, another very deep room. Again, seating seating. Tons of

room. Again, seating seating. Tons of

bench.

And this will be a very nice like sanctuary. Maybe like a dark room. Uh

sanctuary. Maybe like a dark room. Uh

can close the door right here.

very nice space for you know neuroscience stuff maybe for animal imaging or anywhere any anytime we don't want um any

interference from outside and then this is another aisle. Okay,

another pair of seating space at the end.

And this is film hood number two.

A very nice film hood.

Don't know what this is. Can gym.

Another sink.

Okay, this is another room. So, it seems that there's still people there in that door, but that could be a nice office area. Seems like there's a couple, you

area. Seems like there's a couple, you know, some seating over there. Um, okay.

So, this is a very nice storage over here. This is another room where there's

here. This is another room where there's three BSC's, which is crazy.

Um, I don't think we're going to need so many BSC's, but this is a very nice, spacious sink again.

Yeah. So if I'm standing here looking back, that is where the office space is.

So from this wall all the way to the end of this room, I think we're looking at 2500

uh or even close to, you know, 3,000 square feet.

Okay. So, this is a this is the bigger lab space.
