Today we're going to take all this and turn it into this. We've got back extensions. We've got hip thrusters.

extensions. We've got hip thrusters.

We've got the ability to do Bulgarian split squats. We got our front and back

split squats. We got our front and back squats as most squat racks do. We got

the ability to bench with our safety plates, the chin-up bars.

This thing is endless.

[music] We got no knives in here. No big deal.

Got my samurai swords. Going to open those boxes with the samurai swords. So,

this is the FITE SR-2 all-in-one squat rack. And

if you're looking for something at home, you're looking for something to make sure that you're going to be able to get your workouts in, this is something that I would strongly going to suggest. But,

first we got to put it together and I want to show you all the multi-functions that it has. It's not just a squat rack, not just a bear rack. So, one of the first things that people are always

going to want to know when you're putting something together like this is is it that simple? How long does it take? A lot of people don't want to put

take? A lot of people don't want to put loads of commitment in, so we're going to get this all opened up, all these boxes, take a look at all the individual pieces, and then from there I'll start putting it together.

Ow!

Joking. Joking. But, guys, make sure when you're at home you don't do anything like this. Be safe. These

things, even though this is actually not a folded steel samurai sword, man, they are still very, very sharp. I love

cutting zip ties. I'm not sure what it is about them.

It's just Every time I see one I'm like, "Ah, I want to get through it." Usually

there's the little snippers or something.

No yeah.

Way too easy. Everybody should just have a samurai sword as holstered all the time. And there we go. All done. Unloaded. What I really

go. All done. Unloaded. What I really like about the SR-2 is I think it's going to be perfect for people who want more than just a basic squat rack, but

who don't want the cost, the lack of space, and the complexity of setup that takes for one of the huge, enormous ones that you see at a barbell gym. So, now

let's start putting this together. Now

that I have everything unwrapped, man, I'm getting really [clears throat] excited about some of the applications like this right here. The fact that I'm going to be able to do hip thrusters and back

extensions and Bulgarian split squats, so many exercises that you can't do on a normal squat rack.

Oh, this is going to be really great.

There we go. Almost got one of the first supporting legs. We're going to have two

supporting legs. We're going to have two of these on opposite sides and then something in between.

But, so far, so good. No big issues.

Starting to come together. I feel like this is one of those things that a lot of people struggle with. They go, "Oh my gosh, there's like Oh, [panting] 50 pieces plus so many bolts. And then

once you start following along, you're like, This is so simple.

It's so easy. So, got this. Now we're

going to put something down the middle here, brace it all together. I'm going

to make sure it's exactly where I want it at this point because after it's going to be a little bit harder to move, but right now, this is easy. Easy to adjust. And boom,

just like that, we got a structure.

Great. It's not done yet, but whoa, it's looking good. And some of the finer

looking good. And some of the finer details here.

Right on that point and right over here.

Love these pieces.

Really bringing this whole thing together, looking really, really sharp.

Now I've added these legs and whoo, structure is really solid. And and now I get to put on the cool things. Now we're

going to start building in the hip thrusters and all these other very unique features that this all-in-one squat rack has.

Actually, one more little bit of cross bracing because we got to have somewhere to do our chin-ups from. Absolutely need

that.

Don't want to get ahead and skip the process.

Got to do the chin-ups. All right, moved a little further on. I got my I got my chin-ups there now, but what many people have when they get their squat rack, they have the ability

to do the chin-ups, they got their bench press, they got their squats. We got all that set up right now for the most part.

Now, we're going to put in all the extra cool things. The things that, honestly,

cool things. The things that, honestly, I've never seen on a squat rack. And for

the price point, because very often you guys are looking at thousands of dollars to get a really stable one like this, for the price point, [snorts] I think this is great. And I actually

have a code I have a code down below, save 15. It's going to work on both

save 15. It's going to work on both those links. You can save yourself a

those links. You can save yourself a little bit of money, guys. Now, here's

the part that I'm really excited about.

We got so many of the classic pieces, but now we're going to have the ability to have this right here where we can do our hip thrusters. And this is an area that I know is so good for people who

want to get more explosive with kicks, with running, just so many elements of hip thrusters that are nice, but very often when I do it, it's just such a hassle at the gym. And it hurts the

back, and this just looks like it's going to be great. Nice. And there we go.

Got this locked in now. I can adjust here.

And now I can sit down with my back there, have weights loaded up. Woo.

Yeah, that is nice.

And there we go.

Put these in.

Yes, lovely. Got them lined up.

So, I'm going to just stack that bar before you do your front squats, and of course your safety guards if you're doing a heavy lift by yourself.

You want to have that ability to know that the weight's not going to come smashing down on you. Okay, I've got to say I was so confused about how a squat

rack was going to have back extensions.

But, low and behold it does.

How about that?

Take a little weight there. Grab one of my like 25-lb weights or a 35-lb, and I just start doing those. Woo.

You're going to feel that fast. All

right, now that we've got the SR-2 all-in-one rack completely together, I want to point out a couple things which I think make it such a good buy for your home gym. I think this is the perfect

home gym. I think this is the perfect fit for those who want more than just the basic rack, but guess what? You

don't want to deal with the cost and the space, the complexity of the huge cage setup, and a normal two-person rack usually covers the basics like squat and bench and pull-ups. But, this one you

can do a lot more like the barbell hip thrusters, the split squats, the back extensions, and the preacher curls. What

also stands out is that it comes with a complete setup for beginner and intermediate home users. That's a big advantage because you don't have to spend time figuring out which attachments to add, and you don't have

to keep putting money into the setup just to make it usable for more exercises. To me, it's a smarter and

exercises. To me, it's a smarter and easier way to build a home gym right from the start. But, have it feel complete as soon as you're done. This

pad here for the back extensions for your hips, it doubles for preacher curls.

Let's test it out. Oh, yeah.

I don't do preacher curls very often, but I'm going to have to start doing them because that makes the 30 a whole lot more difficult.

Woo.

There we go. I finally have somewhere to put my barbell. And man,

my barbell. And man, this is great.

This is fantastic quality, great price, and so much variety for you and your workouts. If you're wanting something

workouts. If you're wanting something for your home gym, I don't think you need to look any further than the SR-2.

And I have a link down below, guys.

Again, both links you can save with my promo code. And woo.

promo code. And woo.

I'm so excited to have one of these at home now.
