All right, guys. Welcome to the live webinar. I appreciate you guys being
webinar. I appreciate you guys being here. Um, I know it's a Monday and it's
here. Um, I know it's a Monday and it's 5:00 where I'm at. Um,
it's just impossible to try and uh, you know, pick the right time for everybody.

All right. As we go through here, you guys have questions, put them in the Q&A box. I will get to them. Um, you know,
box. I will get to them. Um, you know, probably as we go through this, uh, and, um, I want to be able to to answer as many questions as possible here live so
that people that aren't able to attend live are able to to get those questions answered as well. So, let's get going here. So,
here. So, this is what I consider the biggest money-making opportunity in 2025. And um
I would urge you to not immediately dismiss this. Um I don't care if you
dismiss this. Um I don't care if you hate local stuff. I don't care if you've tried this in the past and failed. I
don't care if I don't care really what the excuse is to be honest. Um I'm going to show you how this can work for you.
Even if you hate getting on the phone, even if you hate uh you know, talking with people, I'm going to show you actually how I have perfected this
system over really over the summer here in 2025 uh to where I don't talk to anybody on the phone. Don't do it. Uh that you're
the phone. Don't do it. Uh that you're going to see a real example here in this uh training tonight that shows exactly how I did it, what I said to them, uh
kind of how I got the conversation started and then how they pretty much well not pretty much where he said we're ready to pull the trigger and it was all
done 100% via email. Uh so hopefully you guys um see the value in this and can just im just not immediately dismiss it because I I promise you that it's it's
going to be something that you are going to want to see and and understand how it can work for you. So my goal here is like I said I want to I want to show
you how to land $497 per month local clients tonight. I'm talking about like literally I'm going to give you the email. I'm going to tell you to um you
email. I'm going to tell you to um you know who to send it to, where to find them, all of that stuff without any experience or expertise, without spending a dime. So, uh here we are.
Let's do it. Who is this for? So,
basically, anybody looking to make money online. I don't care I don't care what
online. I don't care I don't care what you've done in the past. I don't care uh what your experience level is. I don't
care how much money you have to spend.
You can literally do this without spending a dime. Um, it's as easy as sending an email and and really what matters more is is about who you're sending it to. So, we'll talk more about
that. Uh, people looking for a side
that. Uh, people looking for a side hustle, uh, you want to start some kind of a business online, something you can run from home, um, retirees, full-time employees, doesn't matter, guys. Anybody
that just wants to make some money, uh, doing something simple and rewarding.
You know, you're that's the cool thing about this is we're helping people that really truly need help. Honestly, I feel like the the small business world uh the
small business employee or I'm not employees, the small business owners a little kind of overlooked all the time.
They they I don't know as online marketers, we we want it the push button stuff and we want like the um you know the things that that are sold to us that
honestly are not true. It's the garbage that that you know you you buy on the the I'm not going to, you know, name marketplaces and stuff, but you know what I'm talking about. The the things
that are shiny objects that we all eat up and I'm not like I'm just, you know, in in the same boat as you. I've done it many times myself.
This is actually something that will help you. It will help the B the business
you. It will help the B the business owner and it will help their customer that it will help them reach the customers that um that they want to find and they want to help. So, it's a
win-winwin if you want to look at it like that. So, um Marcus, hey, what's
like that. So, um Marcus, hey, what's up? Uh this is not the same as the
up? Uh this is not the same as the 24-hour salesman system. Nope. This is
uh everything here is brand new, guys.
Like I said at the beginning, um it's 100% brand new. So, not nope markets, not local newsletters. Um, uh, local
newsletters are awesome. Uh, but no, this is this is actually lead generation. This is a starting your own
generation. This is a starting your own lead genen agency. And when I say agency, I'm losing using that term loosely. Um, because I'm not an uh
loosely. Um, because I'm not an uh hiring guy. I I like I don't I'm just
hiring guy. I I like I don't I'm just not I suck at managing people to be honest. So I I avoid trying to do things
honest. So I I avoid trying to do things where I've got to have employees. So
when I say agency, um what I mean is it's just me. So start your own single person agency basically. Um so yeah. Uh
so anyone thinks they don't have enough money, time, or experience to start their own business online. That's who
this is for guys. And I'm sure you know you fit into one of those those categories because we we kind of all do or have it at some point. So,
in case you're new here, here's who I am. Um, and why I think you should
am. Um, and why I think you should listen to me. So, this is, you know, kind of bear with me as we get through this these, you know, the typical webinar crap that you always have to put
up with. And I, you know, thanks for
up with. And I, you know, thanks for being on here live. Thanks for
understanding that this is a a platform to sell and make an offer, but I do want to give you value. So, I don't want you to feel like this is just a 100% sales pitch because it's not. Um, my goal here
is for you to for you to learn something, take something away for free without you having to spend a dime on anything. So, here's who I am. Uh, tech
anything. So, here's who I am. Uh, tech
school dropout, um, failed lumber salesman and now, you know, married to the love of my life and father of three amazing boys. So, there's some some pics
amazing boys. So, there's some some pics for you. Um, just this one here, most
for you. Um, just this one here, most recently, the oldest son in the middle there, moved up to Dallas here in the last uh about last month or so, and we'd went up to see him for his birthday last
week. So, we got a picture of all three
week. So, we got a picture of all three of them together there. And um you know, I've done I've done a lot of stuff. Uh
in my time online, I've I've failed at a lot of things before that and during uh like I said, tech school dropout, you know, I thought I wanted to be a
computer nerd and um you know, tried that stuff. It was a little honestly too
that stuff. It was a little honestly too boring for me. Uh so I you know went into uh the the lumber market, tried to sell some lumber for a while. Did that
for you know the first eight years of my career as a working adult and at best made like 40 or 50 grand uh a year. So
then I got sucked into the online game with my dad. My dad helped me uh get, you know, on my feet as a marketer. He
he really just took me in, taught me everything that I know really when it comes to marketing. Uh, and that's where in 2010 where I started online and and you know was able to to learn how this
game works as an internet marketer and that's one of our our websites there.
It's the the blog that we uh that I built for him and and really our top traffic website. Um, also done affiliate
traffic website. Um, also done affiliate stuff. So, this is early 2009. I know
stuff. So, this is early 2009. I know
it's hard to see, but doesn't really matter. It's it's it's uh it's laughable
matter. It's it's it's uh it's laughable at this point. However, there is a there is something instructional to this. Um
it's an unofficial Disney World guide website and I built it to promote this little tiny ClickBank guide here that I made $13 off of and I sold one of them,
my first ever affiliate commission online in 2009. Um and years later, fast forward to the about 2022 when this
screenshot was taken. Um we did about 4.2 million online just in this business. Um uh I think that was I mean obviously this is just
one shopping cart but um I don't remember the honestly the the span of years that was when I took it but um I
think it was about 10 years maybe. So
about, you know, 420 grand u uh a year on average. And that was partially when
on average. And that was partially when it was just my dad selling stuff. So um
answer the question, there is a there will be a replay of this. Um so Robert, I appreciate you being here at 1:00 a.m.

days. So just just um understand that it will be it's a timesensitive deal here.

Texas. Uh that was a good time and uh I always always good to hang out with those guys, learn a bunch of stuff every single time. Um, I'm not a huge brager,
single time. Um, I'm not a huge brager, so I I like can't stand that stuff. But
I figured it would be helpful to some of you to understand who I am, where I came from, and um, you know, where some of this training knowledge, uh, was was
derived from. So, one more thing, um,
derived from. So, one more thing, um, just something I'm kind of, you know, something I'm proud of is my dad and I have sold our growing system, our back what's called the backyard growing
system to, uh, over 22,000 people in the world, 80 plus countries. we've sold
that in um since we he got started in 1999. So just a little uh you know fun
1999. So just a little uh you know fun fact I guess you could say. So um
done a lot of things right uh and done really done more things wrong to be honest. Um it just that's how you learn,
honest. Um it just that's how you learn, you know, and and that's kind of why, you know, it's it's important that we that we are in this together and learn
from each other more than just trying a bunch of stuff on our own because you you will learn more from me here tonight by if you pay close attention to the things I've done wrong more than what
you will learn later on of what I've done right. It's kind of a weird way to
done right. It's kind of a weird way to put it, but it's true. Um, and it I've discovered a lot of this stuff the hard way. You know, that that is the hard
way. You know, that that is the hard way. I I've had to learn it myself. Uh,
way. I I've had to learn it myself. Uh,
and try a bunch of things because it was kind of paving my own way because the typical local lead genen quote unquote agency thing is not it's not a good fit
for a lot of marketers. Definitely not a good fit for people like me who are incredibly introverted. you know, for me
incredibly introverted. you know, for me to just be in a live webinar situation like this just makes me sweat uh sweating all day preparing for it. Um,
it's just not me. But I forced myself to do things that I know are only going to be bettering the world and and getting, you know, spreading really what I think
is some of the best training out there that I can. I I have a a tiny little circle of influence here, but um I I believe that there is a reason for
everything that we do and I just felt like this was my time to do this and it was my time to share this and I you know I first started doing this this local
stuff in 2018. I helped a uh was actually just by chance. I got connected with somebody up in Canada and he we became close friends just kind of virtually over the
phone every day talking and helped him build a custom garage business that he wanted to start and he's like, "Hey man, can you help me get the word out?" I'm
like, "Okay, sure." And I I launched a $5 a day Facebook campaign and that thing turned into a seven figure a year business in less than 6 months. Um, and
that's where this all of this stuff you see here came from. It it's it was spawned from that relationship and that that experience that I had. So, but it
wasn't easy and and that was doing it as a business almost that was helping him, but then having to go out and find more people like him as an introvert where I don't want to be in a selling situation.
I don't want to be on the phone. I want
to be able to just send an email any time of the day and and make money. I
want to be able to send an email, close a a $497 a month client, and I want to do that over and over and over again.
That's what you're seeing here. And I
learned all of that stuff the hard way.
You get to do it the easy way. So the
hard way, I've tried many different things. Cold calling, I mean, seriously,
things. Cold calling, I mean, seriously, I even as a lumber person, as a lumber salesman, we were forced to cold call every day. And I hated it. Absolutely
every day. And I hated it. Absolutely
hated it. I cannot tell you the the the the really how horrible it really was. I
mean, it just just uh the stuff people said to you on the phone was like, man, why am I doing this? Like, it's just not a good way to sell. It's almost even it's almost worse. It's almost the
opposite effect of having a good sales pitch, picking up the phone and cold calling. Um I've done mass emailing. I
calling. Um I've done mass emailing. I
do I still do mass emailing. Um, and
when I say mass emailing, I mean going out scraping a list or or going out and building my own list and then mass emailing it. I've done that and it, you
emailing it. I've done that and it, you know, it can work. Um, you know, scraping is one way to generate a list of of potential leads, but that is not
the best way. Uh, scraping
because you know what, we'll talk about this in a little bit later. Like how
many how many 497 a month clients do you really need? How many do you really need
really need? How many do you really need to hit the number? What's your number?
Figure out that number and work backwards and say like I, you know, maybe you need five clients. Like why do you need to scrape a a list of 50,000
emails from if you just need five clients? All you got to do is go find
clients? All you got to do is go find those five clients cuz they're out there. There are there are perfect
there. There are there are perfect people ready eager and willing to give you 500. Technically, they're e eager to
you 500. Technically, they're e eager to give you 2500 or more a month, but I'm not promising that much. I'm promising
500 a month because I it's it's the the time that we are in right now, you know, with the US here, the government shutdown recently that's got everybody, you know, kind of closedfisted,
clenching up all their money in their wallets or clothes and all that. Um,
you just you got to approach things differently. and then 500 what the way
differently. and then 500 what the way that I structure this now is so simple guys you don't even need a website to do this uh so anyway uh the inerson awkwardness selling you know like I
talked about trying to go in and walk in and just literally walk into somebody's place of business and try and sell them something it's like they they basically want to punch you in the face
you know they're they're just like why are you here um you know is it is it like are you that desperate to make money So yeah, and of course mailing letters and postcards because as a
marketer that's what we think we need to do is like cool, you know, postcards or you know, uh really good direct response style marketing.
It works, but man, it's expensive. Um so
you know, like wouldn't you just want the easier way? Like it. I've tried all this stuff, man. And it's just not it's
not it's it's just that stuff is cool.
It it the gimmicky, you know, postcards and the mass emailing and and buying the scrapers and like the like this and that and all the other thing. Like, man, it's
it's just easier to do what I'm about to show you here. So, before we get into that, obviously, we got to have the typical like, you know, we're not, this is not a get-rich quick. This is about
the farthest thing from a get-richqu.
This is like an actually an actual like do work to make money thing. But like
we're talking about sitting at a computer, sitting on your phone, typing a what is it? A one, two, one, two, three, four, five, like a six,
seven word email. Um, and sending it to people. is not like we're talking about
people. is not like we're talking about digging holes or something outside in the 100 degree heat. No, this is this is this is still work, but it's just, you know, you're you're doing work to make
500 bucks a month. And how many of these 500 bucks a month people do you need?
And and that's the question. I want you to think about I want you to have an answer to that here shortly because I'm going to be asking for people just a little bit of some interaction here. Get
some some stuff going. Um so yeah. All
right. Three things tonight I want to share. three secrets.

Number one, how you can start a local lead generation agency tonight without any experience, without spending a dime.
So, sure. Yeah, I'm you know, I'm going to make an offer at the end of this.
It's it's an offer that is not a typical um like, you know, well, I'm not going to say it's not a typical offer, but it's it's an offer you don't have to
take. I'm going to share as much as I
take. I'm going to share as much as I possibly can here in our short time together so that you can hopefully do a lot of this on your own and not have to
spend a dime. Um like there this is not rocket science. This is a like send an
rocket science. This is a like send an email, make an offer uh and close the deal. Like and I'll show you how that
deal. Like and I'll show you how that can all be done 100% via email. Number
Secret number two, how to land local clients willing to pay you $4.97 a month using only email, no phone calls, no in-person selling. That is not a lie.

That is not a gimmick or a like a slight stretch of the truth. This 100% I'm going to show you an actual case study to back up that proof there. And number
three, how to generate leads for local businesses without having to build a website. You don't you don't need a
a website. You don't you don't need a website. They don't need a website.

Nobody needs a website. So, it's the opposite of Oprah. Like, you don't need it. You don't Nobody needs a website. No

websites. Like, websites are dead, basically. Um, now don't quote me on
basically. Um, now don't quote me on that because obviously I have websites all over, but for for a local lead genen agency, you don't need a website. They
don't need a website. And you can still generate hundreds of leads a month. And
I'm going to show you example of that in a second, too. So, here we go. Secret

Again, I have a small a small circle of influence here. So, you guys that are on

Cool. Um, so you can start tonight without any experience, without spending a dime. Here is the case study of all
a dime. Here is the case study of all case studies. Um,
case studies. Um, it's not it's not like, you know, the best thing you're ever going to see.
It's it's what I consider to be my um, you know, a lot of people like on the what I'm trying to say, what I'm trying to get at is a lot of people on webinars, they'll show you the best
thing they've ever done and then you're like you're thinking like um, but can I really do that? Like I know that's possible, but what what I'm showing here
is what I feel to be the most um average or conservative estimate of what you can expect. So, let's check this out. What
expect. So, let's check this out. What
you're seeing here in this picture, and you don't need to read any of this. Not
you don't need to um don't think that you are expected to be able to see to read any of this. I'm going to show a couple zoomed in snippets. This what
what this whole thing is right here.
This is this is an email thread and it's over just a short number of days. I don't remember the exact amount
days. I don't remember the exact amount of time, but it starts way down here with the first email that I sent and it ends up here with the last email that I sent with the link to sign up because
they said, "Hey, I want I want to join.
I want to not join. I want you to I want you to do this. I'm in. Done deal." So
check check it out about right here in this u relationship, this email relationship is this. I just cut it right out of there. It's just a zoomed in piece. There's nothing changed. Just
in piece. There's nothing changed. Just
kind of showing you where it falls in that thread. Basically, I said my
that thread. Basically, I said my pricing is very simple and transparent.
$4.97 a month to set up, manage all your Facebook lead campaigns, pay for advertising. I recommend five bucks a
advertising. I recommend five bucks a day. No contract, no fine, print, cancel
day. No contract, no fine, print, cancel anytime. I can get started setting this
anytime. I can get started setting this up for you on Wednesday. What do you think? And that is my first this brings
think? And that is my first this brings me to my first point, guys. If you are doing any kind of of of quote unquote
selling via email, absolutely always, you have to end every email with a question. Don't ever send
an email without ending it in a question unless that the email you're sending is this very last one that it's a link. And
even then you should say, "Do you need any help signing up? Do you need a different way? Do you did you like you?" You you
way? Do you did you like you?" You you should always end it in a question because if I don't end this as in a question, then it's just they're they're receiving
it and they're like, "Okay." So kind of twiddling their thumbs. Okay. And then
it just gets set aside. If I end it in a question though, they're choosing to not answer me. And the human brain, this is
answer me. And the human brain, this is an unconscious subconscious thing, cannot stand unanswered questions. They
have your brain has to answer the question. And whether you want to say
question. And whether you want to say it's rude or not rude, if they're not answering or they are answering, doesn't matter. It's an unconscious thing. As
matter. It's an unconscious thing. As
humans, we have to answer the question and you you need to ask a question. So,
that's uh kind of your your takeaway number one here. Next,
hey Dustin, we interested in pulling the trigger with you. That's right here in this email. And then the next part I
this email. And then the next part I sent is um the link to sign up. Boom.
Done. This is from the beginning, first email, and then the end. This is the entire thing. It's all here. Not once
entire thing. It's all here. Not once
did I ever get on the phone. these
little black bars. All that is doing is blocking out his last name and his email address and not hiding anything there.
Um, and I So, I'm going to give you the opportunity to be able to get access to the all of this back and forth like answer like what I call my email
scripts, back and forth objection handling. Um, I've got like literally I'
handling. Um, I've got like literally I' I've as I've done this over the summer, I have created documents so that if I wanted to actually have an employee, and by the way, like a little bit of a
secret, my wife does most of this work for me. I didn't send any of these
for me. I didn't send any of these emails, the these initial emails, she did all of these this outreach for me.
All I did was was once the person replied, then I entered the conversation.
That's another point. Um, you can have anybody. You can have a a little child
anybody. You can have a a little child send these emails, guys, because they're super super simple. Um, yeah. Cool.
That's it, man. That is the that is the case study of case studies in my opinion because I don't I have not ever seen
anybody sell a 100% phoneless local lead genen agency pitch like this.
Uh, of course I've heard the term phoneless and things like that and and what they mean a lot of times what they mean by that is phoneless as in you don't have to call them initially but
what happens is you in this in this back and forth communication they're like, "Hey, can we get on the phone? I have a couple questions for you." No, he asked the questions right here. That's it. He
asked he asked questions right there and I replied to him and I give you all of that. I'm going to give you all that
that. I'm going to give you all that stuff. We give you the opportunity to
stuff. We give you the opportunity to get it. So, that's secret number one.

Secret number two, you can land local clients willing to pay you $4.99 a month using only email, no phone calls, no inerson selling. That's basically what
inerson selling. That's basically what here. I just proved that right there.

let me give you some more proof back when I did this a couple other times.

My first milestone. I was so exhausted and depressed, but oh god, I'm too excited to find words. Um, and this right here is a screen. He included the
screenshot of his email to a local US um person, like a a local business owner that he emailed said, "Yes, um, yes, I'm in. Let's try." And Boris said,
in. Let's try." And Boris said, "Awesome. Great news." Stuart, same
"Awesome. Great news." Stuart, same deal. Stuart, just letting you know, I
deal. Stuart, just letting you know, I got two trials. This was inside of the the previous members area that I had for my old first very first coaching program
which by the way has come a long way in in that was 2020 I think or 2020 no this 2022 uh so this has come a long way since then he said just letting you know
I got two trials couple days after starting I'm setting them up now so that's that's proof both of these guys did just 100% via email so let me go
back secret two no phone calls No inerson selling. And this is how this is
inerson selling. And this is how this is it. This is the initial email I send to
it. This is the initial email I send to people. And I when I was trying to count
people. And I when I was trying to count earlier, this is what I was counting the number of words in this email. 1 2 3 4.
There's usually two things here and then leads. So this is the niche right here
leads. So this is the niche right here that I'm blocking out. Um not that I'm trying to hide what it is. It's really
just for your purpose right now to not confuse you as to the type of businesses to go after. Um, so it's are you looking for
um like outdoor kitchen leads, you know, something like that. That that that's similar to what this would be right here that's blacked out.
That's secret number two. Um,
number three, you can generate leads for local businesses without building them a website. This is what I call the
website. This is what I call the websiteless strategy. This has got This
websiteless strategy. This has got This is just 100% transparent.
No website. All I'm doing is setting up a specific type of Facebook lead genen campaign, automatically generating those leads for me inside of Facebook and then sending them straight to the client.
I'll you'll see a preview of what that looks like I believe here in a second.
Um, so like the question is at this point I I had you guys think of this earlier like what what is your number?
like how much do you need to make? Like
I want you guys to actually tell me and like I don't care like we're not here to to be critical or anything like that.
This is a judgmentfree zone. So just in the chat how much how much do you need to make online in every single month in order to be enough to support you? Like
seriously, put it in the chat if you're willing to and and able and because I'm telling you guys like the moment that you you put a number to this and you you say it in your like you're telling
yourself in your head almost like hey this is the number like magical things start to happen.
Things start to come and fall into place as in okay uh like I said thank you guys so much for doing this. Five, five
grand, 3 grand, 10 grand, 2500, um 10K. Awesome. Thank you. Thank you
um 10K. Awesome. Thank you. Thank you
guys for putting all that in there. 10K,
9K.
When you put that stuff in there, you're you're unconsciously, subconsciously telling yourself, man, this is the number. And when you lay down at night,
number. And when you lay down at night, things start to happen. Things start to happen in your mind. You'll start
dreaming things that you didn't dream before and think of ways or figure out ways to hit that number.
without even realizing it. You're you're
automatically pointing yourself in a direction. And that's why this is so
direction. And that's why this is so powerful because 500 bucks a month, you're getting recurring income. You're
getting clients, one client at a time.
You're landing them. And I'm sure I just showed you how I did it in in just an email thread. One email thread, closed
email thread. One email thread, closed them, done. And that's an a monthly
them, done. And that's an a monthly recurring charge. That's a 500 bucks a
recurring charge. That's a 500 bucks a month. I'm setting it up one time. 500
month. I'm setting it up one time. 500
bucks a month. That's just not $500.
That's 500 bucks a month from the work that I'm doing one time. And I promise you, the the campaigns that I'm setting up for these people, man, it takes it takes a few hours. I'm not
going to lie and say that it's like minutes and you're done and you're like, "Oh, leads are coming in." It takes a few hours to get it set up, but it's that's it. You do it one time and it's
that's it. You do it one time and it's 500 bucks a month.
Let's say you needed a thousand a month.
That's two clients. 5,000 a month. 10
10,000 a month. 20 clients. 20 email
conversations. Like, do you think you can do 20 email conversations in in a month and be able to and be able to to set those up? Couple hours for
each one. 10,000 bucks a month. That's

would say that my wife I have my wife sending about 50 emails a day. And of
those I typically will get about a I would say five a day that where people say yes or I'm interested or something along those lines because the question
is so broad and generic that it's they're almost just so curious. They
want to know what I'm what I have. Um
and and you know of course Mark said could this be automated with AI? 100%.

have to be able to target. It's
targeting the type of business and it's targeting the location that matters the most. Um, those are the things that that
most. Um, those are the things that that matter the most. So, um, how does this differ from your local lead genen offer?

after them. So, that's really what I would say the most of the time is spent is that um let's see what else. I think David, what

leads? So yeah, like I said, Angie mostly she she goes there are other websites that she uses. Um, and that I'll cover all that in the well, it'll be covered in the the offer that I'm

And oh, this is a good question. Are you
using the client's Facebook account or yours to run the legion ads? This is a 100% awesome question. Thank you so much for asking this, David, because I forgot to even include this later on in these
slides.
Um, I am using the client's Facebook ad account.
That being said, you still need to have a Facebook ad account or they have to be able to add you somehow to be able to manage it because you have to have some
way to turn this off. Otherwise, there's
nothing. And like the way that you can turn it off is the delivery of the leads. and and I could talk more about
leads. and and I could talk more about that, but it's kind of the technical side of things that I didn't really want to get into too much on here, but for those who understand it, like Facebook lead ads where you're generating a lead
in the and inside of Facebook and a pop-up form, they those get automatically sent to the um the the business owner, the local business
owner, and you have the you need to have the ability to turn that automated thing off where they can continue to run ads, but they're not going to get access to those leads.
Uh question from Mark. Would this work with local newsletter strategy I'm using offering as an extra service? Oh yeah.
If you've got any kind of local businesses um that you are already talking with or or you know people that you have access to on a local level, yeah, you know,

the the questions that you aren't sure how to answer when you aren't the expert or you haven't done it before like like
it so that the I call it closing. It
might be called dealing with interaction with the client, the potential client like prospects. Um you know, going back

I had um he's he actually bought the business from another guy who I had last year set up and I set his stuff up almost a year to the date. It was crazy.
It was like September 18th or 19th last year, 2024 that I set up his campaign.
Um, same deal, same lead genen type of campaign. Set it up uh September 19th or
campaign. Set it up uh September 19th or 18th, 2024. Did not touch it for an
18th, 2024. Did not touch it for an entire year and it was still getting I think it was like five maybe 550 uh per
lead. So for this when this other guy
lead. So for this when this other guy bought the business from him um and and by the way I didn't tell him and he should have understood already that business didn't have any value without
me. Meaning without my my lead genen
me. Meaning without my my lead genen system bringing in leads every single month like on autopilot, he wouldn't have been able to sell that business to
this other person who then ended up paying me now u the $4.97 a month to be able to provide that same lead genen service. Um he wouldn't be able to do
service. Um he wouldn't be able to do that and and now he's getting leads for $349.
50 leads in 11 days at $349 each. Hardly
any maintenance David. Hardly any
maintenance is required for stuff like the like these lead genen campaigns.

or 10 depending on the niche and so yes they they are going to that big questionnaire one question at a time so it's the it's the 24-hour salesman strategy, but it's condensed and and
simplified and put inside of Facebook.
There's no website. It's the websiteless Facebook version of 24-hour salesman really. Um, of course, there's other
really. Um, of course, there's other moving parts to that. And then kind of where where you have the ability to turn the switch off is after that person
submits that lead, you have um like a little piece of software that takes that lead and sends it in an email to them in a nice formatted fashion so that they
can they can see what that um sorry that they get the lead right to their inbox in their email as soon as it happens in real time. Um and it's 100% automated.

They don't have to go into Facebook and and you know try and navigate and hunt for stuff. It's all right there. Um so
