What's up humans and welcome to a new octivo. Happy Sunday everybody. Okay, so

octivo. Happy Sunday everybody. Okay, so

yesterday I didn't do any videos because one the war started in Iran and the Middle East and that was a real bummer for me. There were immediately people

for me. There were immediately people who were saying that there were orbs uh right above many of those conflict zones. I have no way to corroborate this

zones. I have no way to corroborate this but naturally the BSO family instantly jumped at the train which I find really disappointing.

Uh not unexpected but yeah disappointing because this is war. This is not for your games of like predicting [ __ ] you know. It's

you got to take this a little bit more seriously than you are and you clearly aren't. So,

aren't. So, oh man. But yeah, yesterday we had some

oh man. But yeah, yesterday we had some bad news that I have to share with you guys. But just to set it up a little bit

guys. But just to set it up a little bit for you, do you guys remember what I told you about Arrow? that they have been approaching different groups within the UFO world around the world

developing really good relationships with them and I can tell you that many of these groups I've spoken to some of them they are convinced that Arrow have

the truth they are convinced that Arrow uh has been able to successfully debunk every single case of UFOs. Arrow

currently has already a very well put together and very compre comprehensive debunk of every single UFO crash retrieval in history.

They do they are telling people that all of them are explainable. All of them are prosaic in nature and they're not

leaving room for not even a little bit.

They've been saying that about 1% of the cases are still unexplained and they have remained consistent on that.

However, that does not mean that they're not trying to debunk those cases, too.

They are. They're the new era project blue book and nobody in the right conscience could be able to trust them.

And yet, many of these groups that I tell you about are trusting them. And I

don't know why that is the case because we've been finding them lying and obstructing information and not releasing the report number two that they were supposed to release last year.

They're not doing any of that.

Shankerpatrick is still busy answering questions to Stephen Greenreet and he's still busy uh being part of documentaries that are

going to come out uh in the near future debunking UFOs and talking about their side of the story. The Wall Street Journal article was essentially a hit

piece directed by Arrow. So, the fact that the Department of War is now focusing, and this is something that I

did warn about on letting Arrow run the investigation of these files, that's a terrible idea. And unfortunately, that

terrible idea. And unfortunately, that is exactly what the Department of War is doing. So, you can already expect that

doing. So, you can already expect that the people who are investigating UFOs earnestly are not going to get what they want. Um, and that's unfortunate because

want. Um, and that's unfortunate because yeah, Arrow is one of the bad actors. I

don't care if you guys are keep saying that there is good people in there. I

know what they they've been doing behind the scenes. You can't hide from that.

the scenes. You can't hide from that.

And what they've been doing is, yeah, they've been approaching people from different UFO groups, becoming really good friends with them, making them uh feel like they have all the access in

the world when really they're being fed misinformation. That's the reality of

misinformation. That's the reality of it. So,

it. So, let me show you what I mean. This is

from the debrief. Chris Newton wrote this. Arrow may well have good elements

this. Arrow may well have good elements in there, but that doesn't mean that they're really trying to get to the bottom of things. I don't think they are. They're being really nice to

are. They're being really nice to everybody and they're being really accommodating to everybody, but they're still obuscating information. They still

haven't released that report. They still

have people like uh Tim Phillips and Sean Kurpatre who are not even at Arrow anymore, but still doing media tours, still confusing the population about

what they know. Kurpatre did recently has been part of both new articles and new documentaries that are coming out and

he's just like trying to tell his side of the story. But based on the interactions he's had with people like Steven Green Street, for example, I would think that he's going to be

debunking more and more and that he's part of the OP. He's part of the bad guys. I think and I just can't

guys. I think and I just can't understand why there's a lot of people within the UFO community who trust Arrow more than actual UFO researchers. And I

get that there's a lot of uh deceit inside the UFO community. I get that there's a lot of grifters. I agree

there, too. Um there's a lot of people that aren't telling the truth either from that other side. I get it. But

trusting the Pentagon to investigate itself on UFO secrecy, how does that make sense? And why are

you guys still giving all the credit to Arrow? like Arrow says that's not real,

Arrow? like Arrow says that's not real, therefore it's not. They're not any type of authority in this. They proven

themselves to be lacking. It's very

disappointing to see many of the takes that I've seen so far. But let me read this to you. All domain anomaly resolution office hosts private workshop with civilian researchers, universities,

and government agencies.

The Pentagon's all domain anomaly resolution office has outlined plans to standardize the collection and analysis of reports of unidentified anomalous

phenomena, marking a shift toward greater collaboration with civilian researchers and more structured public data sharing. The plans were conveyed in

data sharing. The plans were conveyed in a new report that appeared on Arrow's website earlier this month detailing an August 2025 private meeting with experts

from government, academia, and civilian research organizations convened in the Washington DC area. Coordinated by Arrow and hosted by associated universities,

the workshop marked a significant step in Arrow's engagement with civilian and independent research groups. The meeting

sought to establish a more collaborative and professional process of standardizing the study of UAP within the Department of War while potentially increasing transparency compared with

previous years topics discussed at at the 2025 workshop. Traditionally, many

UAP gatherings involving academics or government or government officials have focused on presenting findings, historical analysis or scientific data.

The Arrow workshop took a different approach, forming breakout groups to address the foundational challenge of how to collect, manage, integrate, and

analyze UAP data using rigorous scientific methods both internally and AROW both internally at Arrow and in

collaboration with civilian data sets.

Areas that the August 2025 workshop focused on included assessing the current landscape of UAP reporting systems and data repositories,

identifying key challenges and gaps in UAP data collection, standardization and accessibility, exploring methodologies for data analysis and pattern

recognition in UAP reports. nurturing

trust and collaboration among researchers, government agencies, and civilian organizations and proposing recommendations for developing a robust

UAP data infrastructure.

UAP report collection. UAP reports

originate from a wide array of sources including military logs, pilot reports, civilian testimony, archival reports, social media posts, and sensorbased

systems such as radar and imagery platforms. The in the past, challenges with UAP data collection have ranged from fragmentation and inconsistent

formatting to the lack of standardized metadata and limited across correlation between data sets. classification

restrictions, language differences, social stigma, and inconsistent retention policies have further complicated access for both government and civilian researchers. According to

the report, participants in the 2025 workshop emphasized that progress in UAP research depends on building a shared data infrastructure between government

and civilian researchers. One major

recommendation was the development of standardized metadata templates that combine human expertise and AI tools.

Leverage existing infrastructure support case triage and integrate interviews and historical reports while prioritizing

new highquality data. These templates

would record contextual information such as time, location, morphology, provenence, and environmental conditions. Clear metadata standards

conditions. Clear metadata standards would also make it easier for agencies and independent researchers to share data sets while protecting sensitive

information and privacy. The white

papers notes, arrow seeks a multidisciplinary and community engaged approach to UAP narrative data which may influence future sensor deployment

strategies. The white paper identifies

strategies. The white paper identifies artificial intelligence as both a potential solution and a potential hazard. AI could assist with

hazard. AI could assist with transcription, clustering, and largecale pattern detection, but also risks risks, introducing bias, amplifying hoaxes, or

producing inaccurate results. The

classic garbage in, garbage out problem.

The pro the work the workshop strongly endorsed a hybrid human AI model with human oversight. H So, I'm going to

human oversight. H So, I'm going to leave the rest of the article in the description because I'm not going to read it all. Susan Goff gave the de debrief the following quote and I'm

going to read it to you. Susan Goff

said, "Arower participates using public reports to enhance overall UAP trend analysis and when possible to enrich open UAP cases from government and law

enforcement sources," Susan Goff told the debrief. She's at the very bottom of

the debrief. She's at the very bottom of it. She says, "ARO recognizes that input

it. She says, "ARO recognizes that input from the scientific and academic community is critical to its work and hopes to convene future workshops and collaborative opportunities

opportunities as needed to foster an inter interdisciplinary community for UAP analysis.

The long-term success of these efforts will be measured by higher quality UAP reporting, the use of new analytical tools, and improved understanding of UAP

sightings drawing on the expertise of a wide range of stakeholders. This is

what's happening. Uh, I will show you the following video as well from the Department of War, which is the news.

So, here it is. Hello everyone. I'm

Pentagon Press Secretary Kingsley Wilson and welcome to this week's DO situation report. This week, President Trump

report. This week, President Trump delivered a historic State of the Union address, the longest State of the Union address in American history. Our

commander-in-chief is showing no signs of slowing down. He truly never stops working for the American people. During

this year's State of the Union, President Trump awarded several honors to our brave service members. Chief

Warrant Officer 5 Eric Slover was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his role as the lead helicopter pilot during Operation Absolute Resolve to capture and arrest outlaw dictator

Nicholas Maduro. Slover was wounded

Nicholas Maduro. Slover was wounded multiple times during the mission, but despite his injuries, he kept the helicopter flying and helped deliver the

agents who arrested Maduro. Retired Navy

Captain Royce Williams was also awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for his service and bravery in the Korean War.

Captain Williams was in a dog fight against seven Soviet MiGs. He was

outgunned and outmanned by enemy jets, but against the odds and while taking damage to his own aircraft, he led a victory over the enemy, taking down four Soviet MiGs while ensuring not one

American aircraft was lost. Some

military experts refer to Captain Williams story as one of the greatest feats in aviation history. The Purple

Heart was awarded to Staff Sergeant Andrew Wolf and postumously to Specialist Sarah Beckram. Members of the National Guard who were ambushed while patrolling Washington DC by an Islamic

terrorist who was illegally in our country from Afghanistan. We are so proud to see these brave men and women honored for their acts of service protecting American citizens. On Monday,

Secretary Hexath continued his Arsenal Freedom tour in Denver, Colorado, where he delivered remarks to the hardworking patriots at True Anomaly and Sierra Space, reminding them that they work shoulder-to-shoulder with our war

fighters, providing real-time solutions that continue our advantage at sea, on land, in the air, and at space.

Secretary Hexath also administered the oath of enlistment to new recruits at Buckley Space Force Base.

Congratulations to the true 1% of this nation. Welcome to the Department of

nation. Welcome to the Department of War. Secretary HGth concluded the

War. Secretary HGth concluded the Arsenal Freedom Tour today in Camden, Arkansas, where he visited General Dynamics and L3 Harris. On Tuesday, US forces conducted a right of visit

maritime interdiction and boarding of the Bertha without incident in the Indopaccom area of responsibility. In

total, three vessels tried to defy President Trump's quarantine, hoping to slip away, and all three have been captured. This past week, at the

captured. This past week, at the direction of Southcom Commander General Francis Donovan, Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted multiple lethal kinetic strikes on separate vessels

operated by designated terrorist organizations. Intelligence confirmed

organizations. Intelligence confirmed both vessels were transiting along known narot trafficking routes in the Caribbean and the Eastern Pacific and were engaged in narot trafficking

operations. Six total male narot

operations. Six total male narot terrorists were killed during these strikes and no US forces were harmed.

Last week via True Social, President Trump directed the Secretary of War and other relevant departments and agencies to begin the process of identifying and releasing government files related to

alien and extraterrestrial life, UAPs, and UFOs. The Department of War's all

and UFOs. The Department of War's all domain anomaly resolution office or AROW is working in close coordination with the White House and across federal

agencies to consolidate existing UAP records collections and to facilitate the expeditious release of never-beforeseen UAP information. Since

the office was established, Arrow has made progress to make UAP information available and transfer those records to the National Archives in accordance with federal law. We welcome the president's

federal law. We welcome the president's initiative to supercharge these efforts and make UAP information available to the public as soon as possible. That's

all we have for you this week. Thanks

for watching. God bless you all and God bless this great country we call home.

So yes, the Department of War is instructing Arrow to help them with the detection of these UAP files and the

release of them. And as you guys know, Arrow has been giving different information uh when it comes to them interviewing

people who are firsthand knowledge people and firsthand experiencers. and

they put an an entirely different blurb or explanation in their reports. To give

you an example with the Michael Eera story, they use the term extraterrestrial and they didn't tell the story that Michael told when he was interviewed

about it. He never mentioned the world

about it. He never mentioned the world the word extraterrestrial and more than likely what he encountered there was probably something that is

either black tech or reverse engineer tech and that is the main reason why Arrow is the one that is going to undertake this because more than likely

there is already a lot of this tech that is made by humans whether reverse engineered or not that remains to be

seen still Gerb thinks though. But the

fact that they're like the ones taking charge in this makes me just think that all they want to do is obuscate more and block more information gathering from

people who are trying to find out what's going on and trying to find out whether these classified systems were made uh with reverse engineering which still

remains to be seen. So, it is not the best news. I can already tell you this.

best news. I can already tell you this.

Uh, we're probably not going to get much in the files release. They are going to release something for sure, but they're going to use the same jargon, extraterrestrial activity. They're going

extraterrestrial activity. They're going to deny everything. They're going to let Arrow take charge here and explain all the prosaic things that they've gathered

over the years. And it's just unfortunate. And I can already see uh

unfortunate. And I can already see uh the people some of the people who have approached me as somebody who potentially wants to influence channels

like this one uh by giving them not reliable information and making them feel like they're good friends with them when all they really want to do is just

give them false information. And I'm

just not going to take that. I'm sorry.

Uh, I think and I still believe that Arrow are not the good guys. They are

the ones helping keep the secret, the ones helping perpetuate it. And I think that people should be aware of what we're dealing with. So, let me know what

you think. I know it's bad news for a

you think. I know it's bad news for a Sunday, especially when the war in Iran and the Middle East started. Sorry for

that, but I had to report on this. Uh,

more to come later. Before I continue, I just want to let you know that if you like the content you see, I'm going to ask you to please like, share, hype, comment, subscribe, and hit the bell
