Can I show you a crazy new AI business that is making people $10,000 a month, $30,000 a month, and even $80,000 plus per month? And can I blow your mind by showing you the exact free AI tools that they are using to run this as a oneperson business with zero employees? Well, that's the challenge I've set myself today. And as you can see, we've got lots to get through and your time is valuable and I don't want to waste any of it. So, let's just jump straight into
it. And here it is, the AI sleepy video business. I talked about this a couple of weeks ago on this channel, and lots of people requested that I make a full step-by-step tutorial video. So, here it is. And really, the business idea is simple. People are getting millions of views by using AI to generate long videos on niche topics, usually 2 plus hours long, which are then narrated by a relaxing or soothing AI voice. People then put these on to listen to either as
People then put these on to listen to either as
they fall asleep or even just on in the background at home while they do stuff like chores. And there are two reasons why I find this business so crazy. Firstly, I'll be honest. I am shocked at how quickly these channels are getting monetized. It's insanely fast. For example, take this channel here, which makes long, relaxing videos in the philosophy and psychology niches. It started uploading videos about 8-ish months ago, and look, it's already gained over 8 million views. And take
this channel here in the science niche. I highlighted this in my other video I made discussing this business. This channel is super new. It's less than four months old as of me filming this video. And look, just 1 month after starting, it had already gained over 3.8 million monthly views. And take a look at this channel here that makes long, relaxing videos on medieval history. It started uploading videos just 8 months ago. And get this, 1 month after starting, they gained over 11 million
monthly views. Wow. So yeah, that's the first reason. But the second reason is this. I am also genuinely shocked at just how much money these channels have the potential to make. Because of course, once you meet YouTube's monetization requirements, which is a,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours, you can make money here on YouTube. These channels I've shown you hit that within days of going viral. And so now they can make money from YouTube's monetization program, which splits ad
monthly views. And so now they can make money from YouTube's monetization program, which splits ad
revenue with us creators. And the average monetization rate across YouTube tends to be about $3 RPM to an $8 RPM, which means revenue per 1,000 views. So if you do the math, then 11.5 million monthly views with an average RPM of $3 to $8 would earn a creator $34,000 to over $90,000 for the month. Wow. But it gets even more insane because you see this channel here, right? This channel makes long, sleepy videos about lore in popular role- playinging games like Alden Ring. And well, the creator was
very generous and he made this tutorial here and he shared how much money he's made. And it's astonishing. In 3 months, he gained $472,000 views and he made just over $10,000. And if you do the math, that means he is earning $21.51 on average per 1,000 views, which actually kind of makes sense because if you make long videos and you turn on midroll ads, the longer your video, the more ad breaks there will be. So you take me, right? For my longer videos, like my Shopify tutorial videos, which
are over an hour long, I have midroll ad breaks turned on. And these videos have a very high RPM of over $80 because there are multiple ad breaks in it. And so you think about it, right? The Sleepy Historian channel has in the past 6 months gained over $ 31 million views. So, if we do the math, if they have a similar RPM, we could estimate that they have earned over $650,000. So, you can see why I said this business was so crazy, right? So, then let's go ahead and make one of these videos
ourselves using this AI tool workflow here. And don't worry, I will include links to each of these in the description. And first up in our workflow, we'll be opening up Gemini, which is Google's free version of Chat GPT. And what we're going to do is we're going to use this to help us pick a video topic that has the potential to get hundreds of thousands if not millions of views while also having very little competition. Because you see, check this out, right? If we come to
YouTube and do a search for say relaxing Bible facts to sleep to and then come to the search filters and filter the results to show videos longer than 20 minutes that were uploaded recently, you'll see that yes, new videos on this topic are being made every day, which makes sense. This is a popular niche for sleepy videos. So, people want to jump on it and they try to get that traffic for themselves by copying each other. The problem though is that because there
are so many videos on this exact topic flooding YouTube, if you go ahead and you make a video on a generic topic like this, it's probably just going to get lost in the crowd. And so this is where Gemini comes in. Google owns YouTube. And so Gemini has access to YouTube's data. So you can see that after asking it to search for YouTube and to find popular subniches within the Bible facts niche that are getting at least 500,000 views that it searched YouTube directly
looking for videos and it found several examples of potential topics for us that met the specific criteria. So for example, one of the topics that it found was archaeology. So I came back to YouTube and did a search instead for relaxing facts about Bible archaeology. And I applied the same search filters. And guess what? YouTube doesn't have any results for us, which means we have found an untapped topic to make a video on. After all, we know that Bible archaeology videos are popular and so
are Bible themed sleepy videos. So, it would make sense then that if someone were to combine both of these things into a single video, then people would probably want to listen to it. However, no one has made this video yet. So potentially there is a gap in the market and there could be an opportunity for someone to come on in, make the video and fill that gap. So yeah, you can pretty much apply this trick to any niche that you're interested in. So for example, as I pointed out earlier,
psychology sleepy channels like this one here are doing really well right now. So I decided to use this trick to see if I could find unsaturated topics within this niche. And Gemini pointed out to me that currently on YouTube, videos about the psychology behind how to learn skills fast are getting millions of views. So I checked and nope. While this is a popular subniche on YouTube, no one has made any sleepy videos on it yet, which is why when I searched for it,
YouTube just showed me random science and psychology videos. So yeah, either way, once you have your video topic, we can write the video script. And we'll be using three free AI tools to help us do this. And the first is Perplexity. Perplexity is an AI powered search engine. If you ask it questions, instead of pulling from its own database, it will search the internet looking for an answer each time and it will display its sources so that you can easily verify the information it tells you. This
greatly reduces any hallucinations since Plexity verifies anything it tells you with sources. So using this, I got it to come up with 10 facts for me. Then I prompted it again asking it to find me 10 new facts. And that's exactly what it did. It scoured the internet finding 10 new facts for me. So I just kept repeating this process. Perplexity has both a paid version and a free version. I am signed up for the paid version, but for what I'm doing here, the free
version should be fine, too. Then once it had found 100 facts for me, I copied and pasted them into a Google Docs file and I clicked file, export, and saved it as a document file. Then I came on over to the next free AI tool in our workflow, chat GPT, and I uploaded the document and told it that I planned to use these facts to create a story-like script. So I needed it to reorder the facts to flow in a more engaging way. And then that was it. Chat GPT did just
that. You could use any AI chatbot for this if you like, but out of all the free AI chat bots, I find that Chat GPT is currently the most consistent at efficiently sorting through data like this. So I then copied this list into a new Google Docs file to save it and I came to the next free AI tool in our workflow which is Claude a chatbot that is a chat tpt competitor too and I started off by explaining my video and script to it to give it context to what we are creating. Then once it had
Then once it had
confirmed that it understood what we were going to make. I then pasted in the first 10 set of facts that chat GPT had reordered into Claude and asked it to create the first 12 to 15 minutes of script and it did just that. Now you might be thinking okay Sarah why don't we just use chat GPT to write the script and it's because as I've mentioned before in writing tests Claude generally beats chat GPT and that is because unlike chat GPT which has been trained to keep its users happy Claude has been
trained to prioritize being helpful and honest. So its empathy makes it write in a more natural engaging way. But yeah, once it had finished that, I then got it to write the next segment of script for me. I just gave it the next 10 set of facts and Claude went on and generated the next script segment for me, expanding on them. And so I just went ahead and did a search for each segment of the script. Then I copied and pasted the script segments that Claude created
for me into a Google document, and I saved it to my computer. The whole process was surprisingly quick. It took me less than an hour to make this script. You can of course make any changes to it that you like. Then next up, we will generate some AI art to be the visuals for our video. And how many images you get it to make is really up to you. Like you take this viral video here that's had over 1.3 million views. I watched it and I noticed that they had I think about 28 different images that
they cycled through as a slideshow every 8 or so minutes. Whereas you take this viral video here that's had over 2.2 2 million views. They only use three images through the entire 2hour video. So yeah, from what I've seen, you don't need to use hundreds of images if you don't want to. And you can use any image generator that you like for this. So if you have one that you like, like say MidJourney, you can use that. But for this tutorial, since I'm trying to focus
on using free tools, I'll be using Leonardo AI to make my pictures. And I'll be using this for two reasons. Firstly, Leonardo gives all free accounts daily free credits. And secondly, Leonardo lets you use images you generate with it for commercial purposes, even free images, without putting a watermark on it. And plus, it's easy to use. Create a free account and then just select to generate an image. Then make sure that you select the image to be in widescreen. Then just
describe what type of image that you want it to generate in the prompt box and then well, you just let it do its magic. By default, Leonardo will generate four images for you and you can download and use all of them for your video visuals. So yes, just go ahead and generate your images and then we can move on to the next step. But first, all of this talk about AI art can't help but remind me of today's video sponsor, me. Yes, because you see, there are so many
shady YouTube sponsors that it can be hard to find sponsors I trust. And as I did not find a sponsor I trust for this video, I've just chosen to sponsor it myself to let you know that if you have not seen my case study videos before, I actually have my own oneperson AI business. Basically, I sell AI generated clothing prints onto products like shirts. Here's what I do. First, I generate art using AI image generators, and I use Chat GPT to come up with the viral slogan ideas, and then I combine
them together in Canva and turn them into a finished clothing print, which I then upload to print on demand apps to create cool custom clothing like this, which I then sell for a profit through both Etsy and Shopify. And so if you'd like to learn more about my one person AI business, I'll link to my videos that discuss it in the video description. Plus, you can download a copy of my free ebook, The Six Steps That SixFigure Online Schools Follow to Make Over $10,000 a month online with print on
demand. You can find a link to download my free ebook in the video description below. And if you want even more info, I also have a video course called the Ecom Club Pass, which includes in-depth video tutorials on my tricks I use to get free traffic to my AI clothes. So, I'll also include a link to this in the description. But anyway, back to the video. And now it's time to get AI to generate the voice over for the video. And for this, you can choose between

So, I'll also include a link to this in the description. But anyway, back to the video. And now it's time to get AI to generate the voice over for the video. And for this, you can choose between
three different tools. The first tool is 100% free. The second tool is sort of free, and the third requires a subscription, but it is easily the fastest option for those who want convenience. So, it's up to you either way. The first tool is this Clipch Champ. This is Microsoft's video editor. that is 100% free and very few people know this but it has an AI voice generator. Just create a free account. Then once logged in, click to create a new blank project. Then inside the video
editor, click the record button and select text to speech. Then just go and choose an AI voice to use. There are a lot of different voices to choose from and previewing is easy. Just choose a voice and click the hear this voice button and a preview will play. Then next, open up advanced settings. Here you can change things like the voice pitch and how fast or slow you want it. I made it slower to be more meditative. Then I copied a section of my script and
I pasted it into ClipChamp and I clicked save and clip champ generated the audio for me. This took about 2 minutes. Then once it finished I just clicked export and saved it as an audio only file and it sounds really good. Let's give it a listen. When you learn something new, your brain literally forms new neural connections. Synapses strengthen, pathways, develop. It's happening right now, even as you listen to these words. >> All right, so that was the first tool
that you can use. The next is this Cap Cut, an AI powered video editor that has a voice feature in the pro account. It's very popular, so I know a lot of my subscribers already have this, and I do too since I also love it. However, I think it costs about $10 a month. So, it isn't free, but you can still use it for free because they have a 7-day trial for their pro account. So, I will include my affiliate link to this in the video description below. Either way, once
you're signed in, just click AI voice and choose to do the text to speech. Then, paste some of your script into it. Caput lets you generate up to 10,000 characters, which is around 10 minutes. Next, come and select English voices and filter the results to show voices available for commercial purposes. Then you can click on the available voices to listen to a preview of how they sound. And you can change their speed and their pitch, too. Then when you find a voice
that you like, just click the generate button. KitKat will now process it into an AI voice file. And once it's finished, you can download it. And here it is. Let's give it a listen. >> When you learn something new, your brain literally forms new neural connections. Synapsies strengthen, pathways develop. It's happening right now, even as you listen to these words. >> Pretty cool, right? There is just one downside to these tools though, and that is that you have to generate the voice
over in chunks. So, it's kind of slow to have to do that for a video that's over 2 hours. Which brings me to the next alternative tool that you can use, 11 Labs. This is the golden standard right now for professional AI voices because it's fast. You can just upload a script and it will generate it as a single audio file within minutes, but it isn't free. They do have a free trial if you want to give it a go to see if it's right for you. And I will include a link
to this in the description. Do keep in mind though that if you want to actually monetize your videos to make money from them, only the paid plans include commercial licensing for your AI voices. But yes, here's the fastest way to generate a voice with it. First come to the voices section and browse through and choose a voice that you like to put them into different groups. So for example, there is the trending voice section which includes the most popular voices being used in YouTube videos. And
there's also conveniently for us a meditative voice section which showcases their most popular relaxing voices. So my guess is that you'll probably pick one of these. Either way, once you found a voice that you like, just click to add it to your voice library. Then open up the studio and click the upload button and upload your script. Then you can just make any changes you like to it. And once you have the script ready to go, click export and confirm you want to
export it. And that's it. So I chose to generate the entire 2hour 46 minute script and it took just 11 minutes. So let's go ahead and give our voice a quick listen. When you learn something new, your brain literally forms new neural connections. Synapses strengthen. Pathways develop. It's happening right now, even as you listen to these words. >> See? Super cool. But yes, once you have your AI voice files, we can then edit our video together so that we can upload
>> See? Super cool. But yes, once you have your AI voice files, we can then edit our video together so that we can upload
it to YouTube. And we'll just be doing basic video editing. So, you can use any video editor that you like as long as it is powerful enough to be able to edit and export long videos. So, if you like the open- source Da Vinci editor because it's free, you can use that. Or if you prefer the Adobe Premiere Pro, you can use that, too. I don't unfortunately recommend ClipChamp, though, because it isn't great with long videos. But the desktop version of Cap Cut is great. So,
since I know it's popular, I'll be using this for the tutorial. And again, if you want to follow along for free, I'll include a link to where you can get a 7-day trial for a Cap Cut account in the description. Either way, just create a new project and then upload the voice over. If you have just one 11 Labs file, you can just pop that into the video editing timeline. Or if you're using different clips from Cap Cut or Clip Champs voice generator, you can upload
all of your clips and then place them onto the timeline in order of your script. Either way, once you've added your AI voice over, upload your AI images that you plan to use and then place each onto your timeline. By default, each image plays for just a few seconds. So, you can click and drag it at the edges to extend this. And you can also click the transition button and scroll through the different transition effects and then drag and drop it onto the video timeline in between two images
to create a transition between them. And you can also click on filters and then browse through the different filter options and click and drag one that you like on top of a picture to add some visual animations to it. So that's what I did. I added 24 images with a filter applied to each of them. And I added in a transition between them and I set each image to play for 20 seconds to create an 8 minute slideshow. Then I came to this website here that lets you download
royalty-free media Pixabay. Inside of the music section, you can search for a long free meditative music track that you want to include in your video and you can download it. One quick tip though, when doing this, I would not pick a music track which has this symbol as it means the song has a digital fingerprint. Creators often do this because by adding it, it lets them claim the ad revenue for any videos you use it on with YouTube and they earn the money, not you. So, I'd avoid these songs. But
yes, once you have your song, just come back to Cap Cut and upload the song into it and drag and drop it onto the timeline. It'll be quite loud, so use the volume slider to make it quieter. Then I just copied and pasted the song throughout the rest of video timeline. And then, well, that was it. I'd finished my video. So then I just clicked export. Now, just a quick note here, it will be a big file, so if you need to compress it, you could save it in HEVC, but I would recommend H.264 264
if you can and then just click export. Easy. Our video is complete. So, let's give it a quick preview. >> The old idea that you're either born smart or you're not, that's simply not true. Your intelligence, your abilities, they're not fixed. They're flexible, changeable growing. Every time you challenge yourself, every time you push just a little beyond what's comfortable, your brain responds by building new capacity. It's like a muscle that grows stronger with use.
>> See? Super cool, right? So, if you'd like to learn more about my oneperson AI business, be sure to watch my next video here on screen.
