If you find yourself repeating the same exact instructions to Claude Code over and over again and you find that the output just still isn't good enough, well, this video is for you cuz it's actually a feature in Claude Code that
99% of beginners don't even know it exists. And it's called Claude Code
exists. And it's called Claude Code Skills. And honestly, it makes working
Skills. And honestly, it makes working with Claude 10 times easier and takes the output and the results to the next level. And so in this video, I'm going
level. And so in this video, I'm going to show you exactly what cloth code skills are, how you can use them, why they're important, and how you can set them up step by step so you can make your agent workflows 10 times more powerful. And in case it's your first
powerful. And in case it's your first time here, my name is Mik and I've scaled my own AI agency to six figures, working with over 50 businesses to implement AI and automations and teaching over 20,000 people in the
process. All starting with zero
process. All starting with zero technical knowledge. With that being
technical knowledge. With that being said, let's dive in. All right. So, claw
code has a claw brain and the claw brain pairing it up with skills gives you superclad, right? Supercloud is
superclad, right? Supercloud is basically claude code on steroids cuz now it has all these different skills that it can use to be able to give us the best version of whatever it is that we want. Now, in a very easy way, skills
we want. Now, in a very easy way, skills are instruction manuals that cloud code reads before doing a task. [music] So,
before it does something, it reads the skill to then be able to give us a better output. And it's very similar to
better output. And it's very similar to a recipe card. The same way that a chef is given an instruction manual for making cake or making whatever plate he has to make, he knows a step-by-step instructions. In this case, for cloth
instructions. In this case, for cloth code, we have cloth skills, right? The
skill is a recipe card. It's a list of instructions. In this case, it could be,
instructions. In this case, it could be, you know, handling PDFs or creating websites or creating agent workflows.
[music] And by having those skills, it's now able to give us a better result because it has instructions as to how to do that thing. So for example, if you give it a task and the task can be make me a website, Claude J agent would then
use its skill of website making [music] to be able to give us a perfect result.
Because previously without a skill, Claude would guess and if AI guesses that means we [music] have inconsistent results. It's not deterministic. Then
results. It's not deterministic. Then
deterministic just means that whatever I tell it to do, maybe one time it does a good job, but the other time it doesn't do a good job. And that isn't the best when we have to deploy these agenda workflows because we always want to have consistent results. We want to predict
consistent results. We want to predict whatever we get as an outcome. Now with
skills in this case because it follows very very strict instructions. I mean
they're pretty laid out. It gives us a much better output because of the rules in place that we have. So where do you actually find clical skills? You can go to aitmpl.com.
to aitmpl.com.
I'm going to leave the link down below as well in case you want to check it out. And here you'll be able to see that
out. And here you'll be able to see that you have skills. As of now we have 670 skills, but I'm sure that with time we'll have more and more and more. And
as you can see here now we have skills, all skills and we have categories of skills. So we have skills with AI
skills. So we have skills with AI research. So let's say we need the some
research. So let's say we need the some sort of a magenta workflow to do research. Then we can use let's say the
research. Then we can use let's say the agents autog then we can use these skills to be able to actually help it to do its thing. [music] We also have analytics. So Google Analytics in case
analytics. So Google Analytics in case you're using Google Analytics in your workflow, business marketing, creative design which is one that we're going to use today. Database development,
use today. Database development, document processing, enterprise media productivity and railway and so on. And
so all these things are like skills in the back pocket that you can give cloud code when it needs to make the actual thing. So let me give you an example
thing. So let me give you an example actually. Let's go to creative design
actually. Let's go to creative design and we can look at canvas design cuz we're going to use this later. Now
canvas design is something that we can use when we're making some sort of design with claw code. So let's say we're making a presentation or some sort of poster. We now want the design to be
of poster. We now want the design to be to be good. Of course the information is there from cloud code, but now what about the design of the actual presentation? And so right here I can
presentation? And so right here I can press on the actual thing and we can see that we have a command. It's like the thing that you get claw code saying, "Hey, here's a command based on this command. Install this skill." Now, why
command. Install this skill." Now, why is this good for us is because we don't have to actually do anything. All we
have to do is copy and paste the skill to claw code and cloud code will do everything that he needs to do to install the skill. So, aside from the command, we have the view details and after stack obviously because it's like 600 and I mean more than thousands of
skills here. If you then don't want to
skills here. If you then don't want to go back through and search which one you were looking for, you can just add it to a stack to a list that you can then go back to. And then here we can press view
back to. And then here we can press view details. So when I press view details,
details. So when I press view details, it'll take me to this page. [music] So
here I have the name of the skill. We
have the overview. And overview will give us an overview of what the skill actually does. So in this case it says
actually does. So in this case it says create beautiful visual art inputs using design philosophy. You should use the skill when the user asks to create a poster, piece of art, design or other
static pieces. Create original visual
static pieces. Create original visual designs. Never copying existing artist
designs. Never copying existing artist work to avoid copyright violations. We
do also have comments in case you want to write a comment about this skill itself, but it's not something we do.
[music] And the most important thing is actually the code. Now the code is the actual [music] prompt which is the skill is a thing that could code uses when making the design. So right here we have the canvas
design. So right here we have the canvas design skill, right? The description and we have a full prompt from the start until the end. Now the prompt if you go through it basically says when you're creating a design complete them in two
steps. The first one is a design
steps. The first one is a design philosophy creation and then we have the second step which is expressed by creating it in your own canvas. So it
goes through the design philosophy what it means and basically it goes through a step-by-step instructions as to how it should think about design and how it should go through actually building the design itself uh for the thing that
we're doing. And so really skills are
we're doing. And so really skills are just prompts. They're just a list of
just prompts. They're just a list of instructions until the end that we didn't feed into cloud code to be able to make the design. And bear in mind that because a skill is a list of instructions, it's a prompt. And it's
very easy to make a skill, but then you want the prompt to also be good cuz if the prompt is then obviously the skill is not going to be good. And so a lot of this is just testing skills. But
of course, if I go here and I go to create a design and I see this here, then obviously because it's one of the first ones that I see, then it is a very good skill. So here I have an agent that
good skill. So here I have an agent that I made, which is a YouTube strategist system. You can check out the whole
system. You can check out the whole buildup here, but essentially it makes us a presentation every single week with our analytics of our YouTube channel.
Now here we actually have to make a presentation. And so I can say here,
presentation. And so I can say here, hey, can you make the presentation uh with everything that I want you to to do and give me the link of the presentation that I can look at. So now I'm telling it to do the actual thing that it needs to do to show you what the presentation
looks like before skill and then after skill cuz right now we don't have the skill actually downloaded here. There's
no skill which just means that the design of the presentation will purely be based off Claude's brain. Not Claude
skills, just [music] Claude's brain. All
right. So Claude could just finished doing a presentation. I can copy the link here and I can paste it on the browser. And now we can see here that we
browser. And now we can see here that we have a slideshow going through the weekly analytics report right here. You
can see the slideshow is very minimalistic. So we get the benchmark
minimalistic. So we get the benchmark results with my competitors with other people in the same space. We have key insights. We have idea number one. These
insights. We have idea number one. These
are all suggested titles. And here are two different hooks with the target audience but also why this works. And
you can see that the formatting itself, the way that it's all laid out is not the best. And we have five different
the best. And we have five different ideas pretty much all with the same kind of layout. And then finally we have the
of layout. And then finally we have the next steps as well. Now, as you can see, is this the best presentation that you want to have on a weekly basis? Probably
not. You want to change the design, make it better, make it more aesthetic, and change the structure of how the slides are laid out. And so, all I have to do here is I have to go to the design skill, go to overview, I can copy the
actual command, I can go back to cloud code, I can clear the conversation, I can put it in plan mode so I can see all the steps it needs to do when actually downloading the skill. And I can say,
download this skill. And then we paste [music] the command and I press go. It
says this is a simple command task. Let
me write a quick plan for you and get it approved to execute it. So I can press yes auto accept. And what you should see here is on the left hand side and outside it is installed. You should see
the claude folder and it has a skill. In
this case we have the canvas design skill. And the canvas design skill has
skill. And the canvas design skill has the canvas fonts. So all the different fonts that you need to use when making designs. And then license.txt which is
designs. And then license.txt which is just a legal document going through the license of the actual skill. And then we have skill.md. Now if you remember if I
have skill.md. Now if you remember if I go to the skill here and I go to code, we have this right here. This right here is a full prompt which is the exact same one that we have downloaded here. The
only difference is that I didn't have to copy paste. I just had to paste the
copy paste. I just had to paste the command. So with that said, now we have
command. So with that said, now we have the claude skill here. I can clear the conversation and I can say okay can you please make the weekly YouTube report and can you
look now at the claude skill that I have downloaded uh which is a canvas design skill when making the actual presentation make sure the design is all good and give me the URL of the presentation. Okay, so now the prompt is
presentation. Okay, so now the prompt is pretty much the same. The only
difference is that I'm telling it to look at the cloth skill when giving me the output. Now the reality is that most
the output. Now the reality is that most times you won't have to tell it to look at the skill. It would already have the skill. So it would already know that it
skill. So it would already know that it needs to use what it has. But I just wanted to be sure just to show you once the output. All right. So now I just
the output. All right. So now I just finished making the new presentation. I
can copy the link. If I go here, I can paste it and I get this one right here.
As you can see, the design is different, right? It has color now. The layout is
right? It has color now. The layout is much better. The way that it looks and
much better. The way that it looks and feels much better. The formatting is much better than the one that I had before, right? For idea one, two, three,
before, right? For idea one, two, three, four, and five. And each idea has title options, hook one, and hook two, why it works, target audience, and also next steps as well. So you see how just by
adding that specific skill for the canvas design to make better presentations and better designs, they now made a complete makeover when it comes to the presentation itself because the information in the presentation from
one to another from here to here it's all pretty much the same. The only thing that we changed here is the actual layout of the presentation. As you can see this is all white the table itself
here compared to this table one and two.
And it just makes it much better as well when it comes to the layout and the final design of the presentation itself.
Also bear in mind that if you're not happy with the design itself, then all you have to do here is go to claude skill.mmd and you can just edit this. I
skill.mmd and you can just edit this. I
mean this is a prompt, right? So or just like someone else made the prompt, you can simply go here and edit it. So if
you don't like the canvas creation, then you can change this part as well, right?
Or you can fit into AI say, "Hey, this is the cloud skill. I don't like this part about it. Can you change it this way?" And it will do it. And now Claude
way?" And it will do it. And now Claude will use the newly updated skill that it has, which is actually the beauty of skills because it's so uh it's very flexible with the way that you can use it. Now that we looked at how the clot
it. Now that we looked at how the clot skill can be applied when it comes to making presentations, let's now look at websites. So how can it impact your
websites. So how can it impact your ability to make websites with claw code?
All right. So right here I have claw code and I asked it to make me a website. I never actually give it any
website. I never actually give it any instructions as to how to make a website any sort of skills on how to make a website. All I told it is can you make a
website. All I told it is can you make a website and call it jam solutions. Just
make the website and give me the local host link so I can open it and see it for myself. Include services, include
for myself. Include services, include the about section m and just give it the overall layout. Okay. And after a few
overall layout. Okay. And after a few minutes, it came up with this website right here. We grow brands that matter.
right here. We grow brands that matter.
So, Jam Solutions, marketing the Agency, and very, very simple services, about section, contact, and get started, which doesn't even work. With that said, of course, this isn't the ideal website,
right? Cuz it the layout isn't as nice
right? Cuz it the layout isn't as nice as we want it to be. It looks very AI, and I personally want to have this up on the web. So, with that said, let's go to
the web. So, with that said, let's go to the Clark templates, create a design, and now we can start to think about the kind of skill that we want to give Claude. Ideally, we want to give it
Claude. Ideally, we want to give it something called front-end design, which helps with the way that it looks on a front end. Front end is just like the
front end. Front end is just like the interface for the user, right, for a website. [music] So, we can use this,
website. [music] So, we can use this, but also what we can do is we can do 3D web experience. [music] So, we can try
web experience. [music] So, we can try group up two different skills in the same project, which is totally fine. We
do it all the time. So, let's do it. So,
I'm going to copy the command for this.
I'm going to go back, clear conversation, and I'm going to say, okay, I want you to install these two skills step by step. Then, we have skill one.
And we have skill two.
Go back here. Go up to 3D web experience. And then I can copy the
experience. And then I can copy the command and [music] so on. Because a lot of the times you don't want to just use one skill. You want to be using multiple
one skill. You want to be using multiple skills depending on what you're doing.
And I'm going to press go. And now it's going to start thinking about how to structure and also how to install these two different skills. I can press yes, auto accept. And as you can see, it's
auto accept. And as you can see, it's doing the pretty much the exact same thing as we were doing before. The only
thing now is that it's downloading it for two skills, not just one. You can
see here the folder claude is downloaded and we have skills. The first skill is front end design and then now we have 3D web experience as well. Skill MD here and we have the skill MD here. Now I
know that this can get very confusing especially with the skill.md py files.
It looks very techy but just know that this is just prompts. Skill.md is the prompt for the the skill and skill.md
here again is a prompt for the 3D web experience. And these are the prompts
experience. And these are the prompts that cloud code is going to use when actually making the website. So what I can do now is clear the conversation and I can say uh hey clode I want you to
make me a website uh for JM solutions which is an AI automation agency. We
help people with CRM designs we help people with backend delivery system specifically for marketing agencies.
Yeah. Yeah. So, make me a website, include the service, a bot section, uh, and so on. And make sure to use the skills that are given to you to be able to do this. And give me the local host link so I can actually open the website
and see for myself. And I can press go.
Now, to be fair with you, for something like a website, I would be using anti-gravity over claw code just because it is better overall at making websites.
Uh, but you will see just the difference in what we'll be able to do here with the skill available. All right. So, I
just made an implementation plan. This
is phase one until phase believe five to be able to make the website. And it also made tasks that it has to go through step by step. [music] This right here wasn't something that we had before
because now it uses a skill to say okay when we have to make a website we have to go through XYZ step by step. And so
in this way we're also being more structured and it's going to follow a different framework [music] to be able to actually build the website itself.
All right. So cloud code just finished making the website and if I go here I can see the newly updated website with a different feel to it. So now it has kind of 3D uh boxes here, has more of a look to it, and obviously it upgraded from
the previous website here. So just by adding this exact scale, we're now able to see a full revamp on the website.
Very similar layout as before, but you can see the overall design being a lot better than the one we had before.
Obviously, can you make this better?
100%. You can improve the thing. You can
actually have a cursor that goes on here that you can move around. You can make this more 3D. You can have this buttons press and so on. You can have these numbers actually appear once you scroll down. You can do a lot more stuff with
down. You can do a lot more stuff with this. But just the fact that we added
this. But just the fact that we added these actual skills, it made the quality two times better here rather than the website that we had before. So now you saw how skills can actually improve the quality of your agentic workflow or
actual system or website using cloud code. Now an important thing is that we
code. Now an important thing is that we only use creative design, but you can also use document processing. So for
example, if I'm processing PDFs, I can use the PDF processing skill. If I'm
doing invoicing, I can go to invoice organizer and you can use the skill to be able to organize your invoices on your computer. Obviously, this doesn't
your computer. Obviously, this doesn't have all the skills that you can think of, but it has most of them. I mean, 670 and it keeps growing day by day. So, it
all depends on what it is that you want to build. If you want something more
to build. If you want something more creative, then you create a design. If
it's something more web development based, then you do web development. If
it's something more scientific, then you use if it's something within documents and you use document processing. And if
you want a full guide on how clock code skills work in a written format, then check out the second link down below in my free school community. You can go to the classroom section. You can go down to the templates vault and then you can go to the vibe coding and you'll be able
to see a new video up here which is going to be the cloud code skills and you'll be able to press this button and get the actual guide itself. Disclaimer
is that not everybody gets in. So please
put some thoughts into your answers when you apply. So now you understand the
you apply. So now you understand the main fundamentals of cloud code skills that you can start applying right away to be able to make your gentic workflows 10 times more powerful. I highly
recommend you use these whenever you're making anything really and just take a look at what you know they have in place so that you can actually increase the quality without having to use your own prompting to do it. There's someone out there who's done the hard work, might as
well just use his. And if you want to work with me onetoone to be able to start and scale your own AI agency, then left the first thing down below to a one-toone mentorship program. And if you want to dive deeper into cloud code, then check out this video up here where
I show you eight insane cloud code use cases that you can start using to be able to sell to businesses right away.
With that being said, I hope you found value from this video and I'll see you in the next one.
