[music] [music] I always start my day with a big glass of water to hydrate my body after the night. Such a simple habit, but it
night. Such a simple habit, but it really helps with digestion, focus, and energy. The second thing I do is make
energy. The second thing I do is make coffee. I'm usually not hungry right
coffee. I'm usually not hungry right after waking up, so I love starting my day with a warm cup of coffee. For some
people, coffee on an empty stomach can feel irritating. So, if that's the case
feel irritating. So, if that's the case for you, skip it or have it after food.
But if it feels fine, there [music] is no problem. Coffee isn't just about
no problem. Coffee isn't just about energy. It also improves focus. It's
energy. It also improves focus. It's
full of antioxidants that protect [music] ourselves. And of course, the
[music] ourselves. And of course, the smell and taste just make mornings better. Good morning, and welcome to
better. Good morning, and welcome to what I eat in a day as a model and nutritionist. But first, let's have a
nutritionist. But first, let's have a coffee. I really enjoy slow mornings.
coffee. I really enjoy slow mornings.
That 15 minutes with coffee feels like a small ritual to wake up and get ready for the day. Recently, I've been also using the 6 minutes diary. [music] It
was a Christmas gift, and I've been surprisingly consistent with it. I
really love it. Breakfast is probably my favorite meal of the day. I have a sweet tooth, and breakfast is the perfect moment to enjoy something sweet, [music] but in a balanced way. Some people say savory is better for glucose, and sure,
if that makes you feel better, go for it. But if you love sweet like I do, you
it. But if you love sweet like I do, you can absolutely enjoy it. Just make sure to add protein and healthy fats. I start
with Greek yogurt as my base, rich in protein, calcium, and probiotics for [music] good health. Sometimes I mix in a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost. Then berries. Blueberries and
boost. Then berries. Blueberries and
raspberries are a [music] daily staple for me. They're full of antioxidants,
for me. They're full of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and even support brain and heart health. I often
[music] use frozen ones. They're
affordable, last longer, and just as nutritious. Next, cottage cheese. for
nutritious. Next, cottage cheese. for
more protein and creaminess, [music] walnuts for omega-3s, cashews for magnesium, and pumpkin seeds for zinc [music] and iron.
Finally, a sprinkle of cinnamon, not only for flavor, but also because it can help stabilize [music] blood sugar. And
voila, my favorite yogurt bowl. Protein
rich colorful [music] and full of nutrients. The best part is how easy it is to switch it up with different [music] fruits, nuts, or protein flavors.
[music] To warm up, I usually start with a walk.
It's such a simple but powerful form of movement. And honestly, if you're not a
movement. And honestly, if you're not a fan of working out, walking is the best thing you [music] can do for your body and mind. It improves circulation,
and mind. It improves circulation, supports fat metabolism, and helps with stress. Sometimes I go for a run two
stress. Sometimes I go for a run two just to get my heart rate up, but recently I've been focusing more on strength training. [music] In the past,
strength training. [music] In the past, I worked out just to burn calories, but now it feels completely different. I eat
to fuel my body and I move to feel stronger, healthier, and more energized.
That mindset shift makes all the difference.
And of course, nothing beats a beat of morning sunshine. Natural vitamin D is
morning sunshine. Natural vitamin D is amazing for bones, immunity, and mood.
Enjoy my laughing.
It's time for snack. [music] Since it's still hot, I always make sure to have some fresh fruit in the fridge. It's
literally the perfect snack.
It's time for lunch and I'm really craving like a nice colorful bowl. So,
I'm thinking of making something with tofu. So, let's get to it.
tofu. So, let's get to it.
Also, I'm going to add kimchi that [music] it's so good for you and so tasty. I cut up whatever veggies I have
tasty. I cut up whatever veggies I have in my fridge. The more variety, the [music] better. Our gut loves diversity,
[music] better. Our gut loves diversity, so it's important to keep changing things up.
I dry [music] the tofu, cut into cubes, and fry everything together in one pan.
Quick and easy. I love one bowl recipes.
[music] [music] For the sauce, I mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey for a sweet and salty touch,
garlic, fresh or powdered, and pepper.
Simple but so tasty.
Quinoa is my go-to carb source.
nourishing, high in fiber, and naturally gluten-free. For healthy fats, I add
gluten-free. For healthy fats, I add avocado [music] and of course, kimchi.
An amazing probiotic food that supports gut health, digestion, and helps immune system. A sprinkle of sesame seeds on
system. A sprinkle of sesame seeds on top for crunch, and it's ready. Light,
filling, and delicious. [music]
[music] [music] I love my afternoon fruit snack. Sure,
fruit has sugar, but it also has fiber, [music] vitamins, and minerals that are so beneficial. To make it more balanced,
so beneficial. To make it more balanced, I add a few nuts. That healthy fats slow down sugar absorption [music] and keep blood sugar levels stable.
Tonight I'm craving pasta. I've got
tagatella, fresh [music] basil, batha, garlic, and tomatoes. To all the Italians watching, please forgive me.
I'm not a pro. For protein, I'm adding shrimp. They're light, quick to cook,
shrimp. They're light, quick to cook, and packed with lean [music] protein. I
dry them with paper towel to remove excess water and fry them in olive oil with garlic. I also love adding cayenne
with garlic. I also love adding cayenne pepper for a little kick.
[music] [music] [music] [music] Time to boil the pasta.
Honestly, I never know how much pasta to cook. I just eyeball [music] it. But I
cook. I just eyeball [music] it. But I
suggest waiting it if you often end up with too much like me.
The sauce is super easy. I blend
tomatoes basil garlic borata salt and pepper, and [music] a splash of olive oil. And that's it.
olive oil. And that's it.
[music] And here's the thing, pasta can absolutely be a part of a healthy meal.
Nutrition is about the bigger picture, the balance of your whole day, not just one dish. I like to eat [music] foods
one dish. I like to eat [music] foods that bring me joy. And as long as the portions are right and the meal is balanced, it [music] fits perfectly into a healthy lifestyle.
[music] [music] [music] I like to end my day with a cup of tea.
Mint [music] or ginger are my favorites.
Always coughing free before bed. And to
satisfy my sweet tooth, I love a [music] quick healthy Snickers. I date stuff with peanut butter. Sometimes I add melted chocolate too, but today [music] run out, so just a simple version. And
the most important part is little bit of salt. Cheers.
salt. Cheers.
[music] This plus one cup of tea. Perfection.
And this is also a perfect pre-workout snack. That's it for today's what I eat
