Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel. Today I'm going to be doing a

channel. Today I'm going to be doing a what I eat in a day. I have been trying to incorporate like a few healthy meals in my diet every day and it's honestly

been helping me just stay more energized and less bloated. Feel like I'm constantly constantly bloated. So yeah.

So let's start with breakfast.

I've been on a salmon kick lately. So

I'm going to make like a healthy salmon breakfast inspired by like traditional Japanese breakfast. And it's just so

Japanese breakfast. And it's just so clean but so filling. I'm going to attempt to make those like rolled omelets.

I'm going to add a little bit of soy sauce.

Cute.

Some rice vinegar, salt, soy sauce.

Got our salmon down.

We got our salmon, egg, omelette, our pickled cucumbers, our miso soup, and I'm going to enjoy it with some rice.

So, breakfast is served. I saw these like iced coffee packs at HMart and I just really wanted to try it. I've never

tried like the Korean convenience store drinks that everyone is making when they go to Korea. It didn't really intrigue me because I don't drink coffee. But

then I started seeing people drink it with banana milk and I was like, I have to try that cuz I love banana milk.

Yeah.

Oh my god, this is so good.

This doesn't even taste like coffee.

This is so good. Oh my god.

M. That is so good. I think it's because it's also like sweet iced Americano.

It's not like super bitter. Wow, that's

so good. I got my breakfast spread. I

got a coffee that I actually really like.

I can eat this every day.

Wow, that actually tastes so good.

And that was my breakfast. Now it's

lunch time and I'm going to make some shrimp, broccoli, cabbage, garlic stir fry. Creaming something with flavor and

fry. Creaming something with flavor and something garlicky.

Over the weekend, I did like a really exciting project. You guys will actually

exciting project. You guys will actually know very very soon. I was on set and it was really fun. But oh my goodness, I have so much respect for models and

people who just work in like production and like making something super creative come to life. It's very physical. My

body is just like recovering from that.

We were on set for like I think 10 hours what like 3 days and my body is still aching.

Just cut my veggies.

Add a little bit of butter.

We got our garlic, shrimp, broccoli, cabbage stir fry. I was going to eat it without rice, but I don't think I can.

M.

The garlic is so good.

M. This is so easy to make. You just put everything together, fry it up, and you're done.

For my beverage, my beverage of choice is Harmless Harvest coconut water. This cup so

dirty. Why the heck not?

dirty. Why the heck not?

Cheers.

So good. It is time for a midday snack and I'm going to make a Taco Bell inspired Supreme Crunch Wrap.

going to be using ground beef. I even

have the Taco Bell seasoning sauce.

Going to cut up some iceberg lettuce.

Going to take a tortilla. Spread some

nacho sauce.

Going to put the crispy tortilla on top.

Sprinkle some lettuce on top.

Cheese. Put a smaller tortilla on top.

Then I'm going to wrap it. Put some

cheese there just to like make it stick.

Carefully. I'm going to place this on the pan.

You guys see that? Doesn't this look like Taco Bell?

The perfect midday snack. Ta.

So, I booked us a spot.

Something came up. She's been so busy.

Tasters to the rescue.

What is the story with you two anyway?

Uh, we basically since Wow, so good.

Who hasn't?

The entire sold out for weeks.

I'm really excited for dinner today. I'm

going to be making suyuku, which is like braised pork, and maku, which is What is maku in English? It's a noodle dish.

It's like a cold noodle dish. First

things first, I'm going to make my radish kimchi.

While I let this sit, I'm going to prep my my pork. I'm going to use a pressure cooker, but you can just use a regular pot.

And then I have my giant green onion, my pork belly pen, black pepper.

So it looks like this. And I'm going to fill it up with water.

Cutting up all my veggies.

I'm making the sauce for the noodles.

Garlic.

Can add a little bit of water to this.

This is what the radish looks like.

There's all this water down here. I'm

going to drain this and then come back this up.

Why isn't this cutting properly? Okay,

this kind of a fail.

H. All right, people. We're working with what we got here cuz I'm not redoing this.

What is this? Okay,

not everything is perfect here. Okay,

it's honestly at the end of the day, still the same thing.

We got the fresh garlic, the sarrano peppers, nappa cabbage for my noodles.

Besides the pork, everything else looks really cute.

Hey, what are you doing?

No.

Okay, so we got our napa cabbage, kimchi on top, srano pepper. Enjoy.

srano pepper. Enjoy.

Put the noodle inside.

Now it's time for dessert. I saw this online and I had to give it a try.

First, you're going to need these grape jelly.

And you're going to get like grape soda.

I have my grape milkus.

Submerge them. And then I'm going to refrigerate this overnight. And then

they're going to swell up. And then

you're you're going to freeze them. When

you freeze them, they look like this after. I did this last night. So I can

after. I did this last night. So I can show you. And that's my dessert.

show you. And that's my dessert.

That's everything I ate today. Thank you

guys so much for watching and I will see you in my next video. Bye.
