It feels like a lot of stuff that actually makes an AI agency work is deliberately kept off YouTube. has tons of great material for learning the technical stuff, how to land clients, but the second that you start to ask questions like how to scope a project and what to charge and how to actually deliver it without the whole thing falling apart, you still feel like you might have that imposter syndrome and
maybe a little bit confused. Now part of this is because that's like the secret sauce, but mainly it's because everyone's in such a different boat when they start and this space isn't like a one size fits all.
